Excellent food. Perfect service, very attentive and attention to details. Very spacious with the view of the ski slopes. Would recommend!

Easily approachable French cuisine. Choose from a pre-fixe menu or mix & match starters / entree / pasta. Decent selection of meals available or go ala carte and make up your own line up. Food is fresh and presentation well done. Wait staff is very friendly and attentive. There's a Good selection of bottles on their wine list at reasonable prices. A little difficult finding the actual restaurant. It's listed as being on the fourth floor of the South wing but the floor doesn't look like it's part of the resort. It looks more like dorms or employee quarters. We eventually found the restaurant but it was actually just past the second floor South wing lobby desk.

FYI you can't use extra rusutsu resort credits to upgrade the set meals.

北海道ルスツ旅行2日目のディナーはルスツリゾート側の施設内のステーキレストラン ベルビューで肉を食う。 アラカルトでシーザーサラダ、オニオングラタンスープ、活オマール海老の蒸し焼きにサイドディッシュをいろいろオーダー。 オマール海老うま。 メインは各自ステーキをオーダーし俺はかみふらの和牛フィレステーキA5 200ｇをオーダー。 このフィレ美味い。 ガーリックライスでフィニッシュ。 食い過ぎて腹一杯。 ナイターのゲレンデを一望できるロケーション。 持ち込み料は3300円。 こちらも要予約。 30k

宿泊プランの金券使い、 予約して行きました。 子供と二人なので450グラムの北海道牛をシェア。 脂身が甘いっていうの、 初めて味わいました… うまかったー。 そこのウエイターさん、翌日はバイキングの方にもいらっしゃり、声かけてくださいました。 人の顔覚えるのも、名前覚えるのも苦手な私からしたら、見習うべき部分✨ 味も人もパーフェクトです。

静かな雰囲気で北海道の素材を堪能できました。

雰囲気はいいのですが、バイキングは正直酷いですね。おしゃれな雰囲気だけ。 7000円近い値段で、北海道で、海鮮のコーナーにイクラの一つもなく、とびっ子というのもがっかりです。ビジネスホテルの朝食にも劣ります。カニの解凍もビチョビチョです。 2泊しましたが、変更されたのは1品だけ。 ルスツは隔離されてる状態なのですから連泊対応も考えていただきたい。 雰囲気、サービスは良かったです。食べ物の補充も完璧。如何せん出してるもののクオリティに難があると思いました。
