Hands down the best and most knowledgable coffee makers in town! And it helps that one of their blends won 1st place at the Roast Masters in Milan. The Italians must not have like that! The gentleman is so helpful and truly passionate about coffee. The beans seem to be roasted on site and they have workshops and coffee tastings too! I bought a gorgeous coffee machine there along with their beans and could not be more thrilled.

I had a tasting workshop today with Ludo and it was really amazing to discover all the steps to produce speciality coffee. He is so knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend the workshop for anyone willing to learn more about speciality coffee. PS : Don't forget to try the Chateau Belleville house blend ;)

This establishment ranks among Paris's top spots for purchasing coffee equipment such as Comandante grinders and Fellow kettles. However, the customer service is somewhat lacking. Despite not offering Tax-Free options and my substantial purchase of over EUR 700 in gear, they still charged me EUR 12 for two coffees, indicating a lack of appreciation for customer patronage. It's disappointing 😔.

Best coffee in Paris! Very nice and professional owner. A little off the centre, but it’s definitely worth it (Metro 7 to Stalingrad, then 7 min. by foot). The smell, the taste - mmmh, delicious. Merci beaucoup, we will be back

Amazing coffee and extraordinarily friendly and knowledgeable staff! Went to a coffee tasting at Belleville Brulerie. They do these on Saturdays and I would highly recommend it! The coffee is excellent and the tasting is a great way to learn about the origins and processing of the coffees available. The staff were super friendly and happily answered all odd questions we had. They do all the roasting themselves and supply cafés and restaurants around Paris. This will definitely be my go-to place for the best coffee in Paris.
