Bellevue Beach

What an amazing place to visit. Perfect place to sunbathe. Long beach with nice view

Beautiful sunny beach 💕 The water is so clear and clean, big green grass space that you can lay down a whole day. There are many public changing rooms and toilets here as well, very convenient!

Probably the best large beach north of Copenhagen. Take the train to Klampenborg and enjoy a great day by the water. There are several places you can buy food and drink, and public restrooms.

The Place to Be. All nationalities eats and prepare /make food - everybody enjoying them-selfs. Be there; Feel like part of a big family. Bring own food.

Nice beach. If it's busy and you can't find parking (for example behind the theater) then use the paid parking close to where the horse carriages are. It's also shady there is it's a sunny day.

Very nice beach and very close to Klampenborg station. There is a Circle K right across the street with snacks, candy, ice cream and (adult) beverages. There was some nudity, much to the consternation of our American kids 😊 The water was very clear.

Beautiful beach, clean, shallow water. Ample amount of space to play volleyball. Trees all over. U find places to grill. Please get ur grill box. Can find toilets. It's a sand beach. Walk able distance from klampenborg station. From here you can even go to Bakken amusement park.

One of the best beach in denmark. Has been a frequent stop in summers Looks very colorful witha. Lot of people around . Has the grassy and sand area and there are washrooms for men and women Has a small shop which sells burgers and some drinks like coffee or wine

I went here in a sunny day in October. It was windy, but the beach is lovely. The sand is nothing compare to South America. The water is refreshing tho. This is the best beach I found near copenhagen. better than amager strand. And the facilities of this beach is designed by a Danish designer, which is pretty cool

As weather was concerned I may have shown up on a perfect day. As monuments are concerned the Arne Jacobsen tower was not there! Even the employees of Den Gule Cottage said one day they showed up to work and the tower was gone. They believe that it's being restored but it's been missing for a while. So as an iconic look, Bellevue unfortunately looked like any other piece of coastline. However the calm water, beautiful weather, and the view of Sweden in the distance was quite fetching.

Bellevue Strand is a beautiful beach close to Copenhagen centre. It's easy to reach by train straight from the central station, but at the same time it's a beautiful route to drive along by bike - just like the Danes. During those long warm summer nights in Denmark it's a perfect place to barbecue with friends, play games or just take a breather from the city life. If start to feel restless from relaxing (as I sometimes do) the beach is within walking distance from Dyrehaven, one of the most beautiful parks in Denmark. And if the warm evenings turn into fun nights, it's a short trip to Bakken, the oldest amusement park in the world. It's fun for the whole family.
