Bellevue on the Lakes

Check in was a breeze even after hours, the TV and heater were on when we arrived which was a nice touch as it was cold outside. Location for us was spot on. The 2 bedroom apartment had everything we needed and was clean and very spacious. Close to everything. Would highly recommend.

It was a truly wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. The rooms were immaculate, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel’s amenities made the stay even more enjoyable, and the location was ideal for exploring.

Our travel agency booked the hotel. When we read the reviews, we were a bit skeptical at first. But everything was perfect for us. We received a friendly welcome and helpful advice at reception. The hotel was very clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. The room was large and immaculate. Despite the bad weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the hotel and noticed several issues with the room. The water wasn’t draining properly at the wash basin, and the shower had no exhaust fan. We reported these problems to the staff, and they assured us they would fix them immediately, but nothing was done. Additionally, the room wasn’t clean, and the bathroom was in particularly poor condition.

We had 6 people (2 kids) stay in this apartment. The place was nice and clean as we entered. The beds were also clean. The shower and bathroom was clean. The breeze was amazing and the look out towards the lake was beautiful. They had dishwashing liquid and sponges, shampoo, conditioner, body soap. There was a hair dryer and extra toilet paper. For the price we paid, I’m glad all these things were included. Its not a cheap stay, but it was worth it for the comfort and cleanliness.

We were really looking forward to our stay, having always enjoyed dining at the Bellevue. Unfortunately, the accommodation didn’t meet expectations this time around. Upon arrival, we noticed the shower was leaking heavily from the side, causing water to pool across the bathroom floor. We had to constantly angle the shower head and line the floor with towels to prevent flooding, which meant we had to keep showers very short — not ideal, especially with little ones in tow. On top of that, the washing machine also had a major leak, making it unusable. We were offered access to another vacant room just to do our washing, but with two young children, being offered a fully functioning room instead would have been a more appropriate solution. While we’ll gladly return to the on-site restaurant, as always, we were disappointed with the accommodation and wouldn’t choose to stay again under the same conditions.

We stayed three nights at this apartment. We had the 2bedroom apartment so we had tons of room. Fully equipped kitchen, with laundry. Very comfortable furnishings. I used the pool and spa two nights and the temperature was perfect. |Very nice staff.

I went for a business trip staying overnight only. |Great location, plenty of private parking, rooms fully equipped, comfortable, pretty and functional.||There is a restaurant attached to the hotel for easy meals. Only 2 min away there is an EV charging station and supermarkets. ||Service was fast and friendly.
