Bellonias Villas

We had a wonderful experience at Bellonias Villas. The rooms were spacious and clean, excellent value for money. The pool and the beach were beautifully maintained with gorgeous sun loungers and very attentive staff. You could always get a sun lounger at any time of day. The quality of the food and drinks was an amazing surprise, some of the best food I’ve had on holiday and the best cocktails we’ve ever had. It’s by far the best place to eat in Kamari! But the staff were the true highlight of this incredible hotel. Everyone was so attentive, warm and truly excellent at their jobs. There aren’t enough words to describe how much we enjoyed our stay and we can’t wait to come again!

Wonderful hotel. The standard and quality of the room and facilities was first rate. A special shout out and thank you to all the staff. They were friendly and helpful, and made us feel relaxed and at home. The food is exceptional and delicious; food allergies were well understood and catered for. We rarely return to a hotel, but we are already planning another trip to this beautiful hotel.

Bellonias Villas was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The team made everything easy before we even arrived—helping with restaurant bookings, last-minute changes, and giving great recommendations. When we got there, the welcome was warm and personal, with a lovely surprise upgrade. Throughout our stay, the service was consistently top-notch, whether at reception, the bar, or the restaurant. Big thanks to Thomas and George at the front, and George and Nassos in the restaurant—plus apologies for forgetting the names of the other amazing team members! The food was excellent across the board—breakfast, lunch, and dinner all had great variety and quality, and we really enjoyed every meal. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the hotel itself is just the right size, with great facilities that never felt overcrowded. The beachfront location is perfect, and the beach area is a great spot to unwind. Would definitely go back and happily recommend it.

We had such a fantastic 5 night stay at Bellonias Villas for our anniversary. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, very clean and most importantly really good value for money. Both the pool and beach area were stunning, with plenty of comfy sun loungers available no matter the time of day.||The food and drinks were of such high quality, especially the breakfasts where we had a large choice to choose from and catering for all needs. It’s definitely one of the top spot to eat in Kamari.||But what made the experience truly unforgettable was the staff. Every single one of them was warm, attentive, and so good at what they do. They genuinely made us feel so welcome and couldn't do any more to make or stay fantastic, from booking beautiful restaurants and organising the hiring of a quad bike to explore the island.||Would 100% recommend a stay here if your going to Santorini... Loved it.

From the time of booking our family holiday directly online with the wonderful team to our arrival, time spent at the villa and in Santorini to our departure. Returning to Bellonias Villas in Kamari, Santorini felt less like re‑booking a holiday and more like walking into a family reunion. After a week’s stay last September we couldn’t resist stretching to a two‑week visit this year. We booked directly in August and when we arrived the front‑of‑house dream team, George and Thomas, had already coordinated every detail. George V, who runs reception from the afternoon into the evening, welcomed us with a warm hug and already had our catamaran excursion and restaurant reservations organised. Thomas covers the early‑morning shift until around three and had our bags whisked away before the sun was high. Their genuine hospitality set the tone for our entire stay.||Behind the scenes, the operation runs like clockwork thanks to Georgios and Adrianna, who manage the floor and restaurant bar. They kept everything flowing smoothly and made sure our glasses were never empty. At the bar the talented duo of Grigoris and Athanasios mixed cocktails and poured wine with good humour and flair, creating an atmosphere that made the bar feel like our own living room. Down by the pool and private section of the beach, Lazaros was always there with a towel, a smile and a helping hand – and he even lent his energy to the bar when things got busy.||The hardware at Bellonias Villas remains as impressive as ever: tastefully decorated rooms with Oliva amenities, comfy beds, high‑quality fixtures and plenty of outdoor space. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, the kitchen served consistently delicious meals, and there are plenty of shops and amenities just a short walk away. Need a car? Papus Rent‑A‑Car offers €60 a day for an automatic Kia with sat‑nav. Looking for a massage? The car‑rental owner’s daughter runs a spa next door. Craving authentic Greek food? The team’s recommendations did not disappoint: Stavorlis is a traditional fish tavern straight out of a postcard, while To Pinakio serves tapas that make your taste buds applaud.||Corporate jargon aside, the magic here is human: smiles are genuine, nothing is too much trouble and the team remembers you. As returning guests we felt valued and welcomed – more like family members than customers. To the owner Yannis Belonias, thank you for creating a place where tradition and hospitality go hand in hand. We couldn’t recommend Bellonias Villas highly enough and are already looking forward to seeing everyone again next year.

Love it! Just came back from our 3. stay at Bellonias Villas. It is a beautiful small boutique hotel. It is eben nicer as the pictures on the Website. The pool area with the bar and restaurant is amazing and perfect to relax and enjoy the delicious food and drinks. The rooms are modern and very clean. The entire staff is lovely and made our stay perfect. It is the kind of hotel where the owner is present and warm hospitality is daily present and lived by everyone. We will surely come back! Also Kamari is very nice.

Everything about this stay was perfect, highly recommend. |I have to try to name the staff: Lazaros assisted with luggage and beach chairs, Restaurant and bartenders: Gegory, George, Nasos and Ada, Reception- George and Thomas. Great communication prior to arrival and assistance while there.
