Perhaps our experience isn’t a reflection of what this restaurant can do as the lunch menu offered to us was concise, not the one shown on the website. It offered pastas, salads, club sandwiches and the like. Our food was totally unmemorable to say the least, my Caesar salad dry and tasteless. Such a shame, and an unexpected disappointment, as the welcome was warm and professional, and service efficient and friendly. The setting is also very nice, the al fresco terrace dining area, chic and upscale.

A very nice hotel with perfect service, good cleaning, it’s really beautiful. Spa is very small but ok. Massage was good. Breakfasts are very poor, but you can do fresh juices - that’s a plus. Bar is good. It’s super close to the Thermes.

Located in the cute Tuscany Thermalvillage Montecantini, this hotel has excellent service and a very good kitchen. Super food. The Spa-area seems to be newly renovated and offers a pool, hammam and sauna. Also the treatment I tried was really good. |The Palazzo Belvedere's website however market itself with modern and elegant rooms. But the reality is something completely different. I travel a lot for business and pleasure and know that 5***** hotel quality might differ when one comes to Italy. But the disappointment that Palazzo Belvedere brought, was very sad. I thought at first sight, that I had been given one of the staff-rooms.|The room was minimalistic, not even space to fit a door to the bathroom, neither to the shower (which was not the rain-shower promissed on their website). The sink in the bathroom was in rusty metal with a dirty rubber ring on top. Looked like a public WC. No shelf in the bathroom to put even a toothbrush, neither any shelf in the wardrobe in the room to place clothes. Futhermore, I had especially requested a quiet located room, but got a room facing the main-road with heavy traffic. |Immediately after check-in, I requested to get another room, corresponding to what I had booked and which had also been confirmed to me. The only answer was ; the hotel is newly renovated, fullybooked, and we are sorry you do not like the style/design of your room....

A spa hotel that looks impressive on the outside, and provides a warm welcome, after cycling from Lucca the welcome drink was very welcome! The spa is just as extensive with indoor and outdoor pools steam room and sauna to name just a few of the facilities. This is the type of place that you could arrive at and not leave until it was time to go home. The rooms are stunning and very relaxing.

We recently stayed at the hotel and couldn’t have been happier. Check-in was seamless, our spotless, spacious room with a lovely view felt like home, and the staff—from concierge to housekeeping—were friendly and attentive. The location is excellent, with a huge parking area just steps away. Highly recommend!

It is a unique establishment in the snese that it is a 5 star hotel in terms of facilities and amenities but a boutique hotel in terms of the way staff interact with the guests. I had the best 3 day retreat I could ever ask for. Silvia and Giulia from the spa were amazing and I can even already call them friends. Mahmoud at the restaurant and all the staff there were wonderful not to mention the tasty and diverse food options made by the experienced chef. Yoga with Anu and the group yoga class with live music on Sunday were just perfect. The room and hotel facilities are spectacular with great attention to detail. The location is also great, next to the funiculare to go to Montecatini Alto and 10 mns walk from down town and the nearby park. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo BelVedere. We were well taken care of from the moment we arrived by Oksana and that continued throughout our stay.||The hotel itself is beautiful and I really enjoyed the aesthetic touches throughout that combined mid-century modern, art-deco, nouveaux, and a nod to the hotel's ecological conscience and focus on wellbeing.||Our room was very nice, clean, and comfortable and provided great views over the foliage and up to Montecatini Alto. Housekeeping was great in the room and the Spa was also very well looked after. We were really able to relax and unwind after hard days of sightseeing :-)||We ate incredibly well too. Breakfast was really nice and snacks are provided during the day, but Aperitivi and Dinner is something you don't want to miss! It is generous, thoughtful, and well executed. We ate 3 of our 4 meals in Tuscany here and honestly wish we had the 4th here too. Mahmoud and the rest of the staff in the restaurant and bar are excellent and we'll hopefully greet the entire team as friends on our next stay!

I liked this hotel very much. The location suited us, we had a car and used the public free carpark opposite the hotel during our stay. The vibe in the hotel was quite laid back and relaxed, we would have liked a bit more information on check in as we haven't stayed in the area before, however when we asked about anything the staff where more than helpful.||We enjoyed the breakfast which had lots of choice, I would have liked more fruit available - fruit salad and omelettes where charged extra, which I thought was unusual as they are normally standard on breakfast buffets. The food we ate at the hotel was very good.||The room: All rooms are different, some have baths and some do not, we changed our room on arrival as it had a bath but no sofa in the room, I would advise to be specific on your requirements prior to arrival. The member of staff who dealt with this for us was excellent and took time to show us available rooms. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the room during the day and really benefited from having a sofa.|Bathroom was spacious and well equipped, bed large/comfortable, on the 4th floor windows are small but we were at the back of the hotel which was quiet. Bedroom and lounge area separate. | |I would point out that the room lacked drawers for clothing and I used my suitcase for this during the stay, it also appeared to lack a full length mirror (only mirror above the sink in the bathroom) - adding these items would make the room more comfortable.||The area: Montecatini is a very pleasant town with lots of lovely restaurants and interesting places to visit. We went up to Montecatini alto to eat in the evening and worked our way around the restaurants - they are all outstanding, we had some of the best Italian food at Caffè Giusti', so pretty at night and a great atmosphere. If you don't have a car you can get to Montecatini alto by funicular - the views/sunsets are amazing. This was our favourite place for the evening. ||I would go back to this hotel for the lovely area, pleasant staff and great local restaurants. Spacious well equipped rooms.
