"One of Bangkok’s few public green spaces, featuring a jogging track and walking paths that make it a popular spot for morning exercise and inspiration among local residents." - RC Owen
Nice place where you can escape the busy city for a while and relax under the shade of the trees. Hoses are spraying the floral in the morning to keep everything green. There are two children's play areas, one either side of the lake. Likewise two areas of exercise stations. A number of sculptures decorate the park. No dogs allowed unless registered as guide dogs for the blind. Basketball and kick volleyball courts at the far end of the site.

I used to think Bangkok only had Lumphini Park in the city center, but I was wrong! 🌳 Benchasiri Park is another gem, and you can easily access it through EmSphere Mall.
It’s a great option if you want to squeeze in a workout after work and then grab dinner nearby 🍴. I went on a weekday and the park was filled with office workers just relaxing and chilling.
The view is beautiful — there’s a lake right in the middle, and at night you can see the lights from the surrounding buildings reflecting on the water ✨.
Highly recommended for a picnic, hangout, or just a peaceful stroll. 🌿 Please remember to keep the area clean and tidy so everyone can enjoy it!

One of my favourite parks with no doubt. Eventhough it's in quite a crowded area (next to Emsphere) it's a very quiet park. There are plenty of kids playing, an arra to do exercise and stay fit, to skate and if I'm not wrong... A swimming area? (Haven't check it yet). It's a great place to go sit, read and relax.

The park is beautifully landscaped and kept in pristine condition. I enjoyed a peaceful stroll and appreciated seeing workers actively cleaning and raking dried leaves during the day.

Not too small but very good place for morning walk jog or gym. Beautiful lake and the fountain in the middle. Surrounded by beautiful high rises gives a very nice view.

This lovely park is next to a busy Bangkok highway, and really is an oasis for the locals..There is an impressive amount of amenities, toilets, children's play areas, exercise area, tennis courts.
There are many works of art in the park, quite amazing

Pretty good place for break time. It's noisy from the around city life, but good place anyway. Right now there is some renovations constructions process.

It's a lovely park in the heart of Bangkok, not as big as Lumpini or Benchakitti park, though.
If you have a kid, you will have fun at the playground and even with various fitness equipment.
We love to visit here during weekends taking a walk watching flowers and cats from time to time.
It will give you a green airy relaxation in a hustle and bustle sukhumvit area.
