We’ve tried to dine in a few times, but it’s always quite crowded, so we usually opt for takeout. The pastrami and tamago sandwiches are fantastic—flavorful, well-balanced, and worth the hype. The strawberry dessert sandwich was not only beautiful but also delicious. Since everything is made to order, expect a bit of a wait—ours took about 15–20 minutes. Definitely a great spot if you’re craving a high-quality Japanese-style sandwich, just be prepared for the crowds!

Beautiful place with good quality sandwiches. Enjoyed their iced coffee but the price was quite high (7€ for an oat latte). The service was quite fast and location is ideal!

Nice for an early coffee stop, nice Japanese modern style coffee.. the family running is so professional. Nice pastries, gets crowded fast. But soo good to try plus they have cute merch.

We felt completely forgotten. Several customers who arrived after us received their orders well before we did. The Sandos do taste good, but they weren't worth the 45-minute wait or the high price tag Benchy is charging. The fruit Sando, in particular, was a joke—just one slice of white bread with some whipped cream and two strawberries for €7. Really? The high chairs were horribly uncomfortable, and the unfinished walls didn’t help the atmosphere.

pretty and cozy Japanese sandwich shop, I ordered the most famous egg one. It amazed me with the pepper , the ice latter is also very cool. It’s around le bon march, very convenient.

My mother and I visited Benchy because my friend highly recommended this place. Wow what a cute place with delicious food, drink, good music and friendly service. We had Edamame onigiri, egg sandwitch, and hoji cha. As a Japanese, I was so happy to enjoy those food away from home. Thank you!

This place is loved by locals and tourist. The food is absolutely delicious and the matcha latte is one of the best ones I've had at a restaurant, and I've had many. The only downside is that the place is quite small and the service is a little off BUT you will not regret it.
