This was my second visit to the Benefit Brow Bar at John Lewis Oxford Circus, and once again, I had my appointment with Sarah W.—and she was absolutely amazing! She truly knows what she’s doing and takes the time to listen to exactly what you want. The results speak for themselves—my brows look fantastic every time. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with them now. Highly recommend her!

I had my eyebrows done by Maisie at the Benefit Brow Bar in John Lewis on Oxford street, she was absolutely amazing! She understood exactly what I wanted and gave me suggestions and tips for coloring and styling the brows, got out with perfect fluffy brows :) also she was genuinely lovely and I had a great time chatting with her. Absolutely recommended!

Maisie and Sabina at the Benefit Brow Bar in John Lewis (Oxford Street) are absolute brow queens! My friend and I stopped in before heading to Paris for Beyoncé, and they worked their magic. Maisie shaped and tinted my brows beautifully, showed me how to maintain them, and didn’t push products — but I still bought what she used because the results were that good. I’ve been getting nonstop compliments ever since. Sabina brought my friend’s thinner brows to life with shape and definition. We both left feeling confident and fabulous. Don’t miss them if you’re in London — they’re the real deal!
