Benfica Official Store Estádio

I bought a Benfica shirt (new season) in size XL as a gift for someone online on the 6th June. It was shipped to The Netherlands but unfortunately it was too big. I return it and it arrived back to your store on 20th June and I requested an exchange for a size L. It is now the 27th July and I still have no new shirt sent to me. I have called your customer service team on multiple occasions and they are so unhelpful. No I’m sorry you are still waiting, no I’m sorry to hear you are frustrated. They simply don’t care and just keep telling me to wait but can’t tell me for how long! So I am 100€ down and nothing to show for it. Disgraceful. I have now requested a refund. Let’s see how long it takes you to return my money!! Do not buy from them online unless you know you exact size or you’ll be waiting indefinitely!!!!!!! Prioritize your customers!

Was on a cruise and wanted to visit the stadium to buy a jersey. Picked up my usual size. Later that evening back on the ship I tried it on, only for it not to fit. Got in contact, but apparently can only return it in person! Why i couldn't pay to send it back I'm not sure. But I'm not paying hundreds of pounds to fly to Lisbon! 😂 Absolutely gutted 😭😭

This was an amazing tour and highly worth it if you’re in the city as a casual or a dedicated football fan. The tour itself was very well laid out and very easy to follow. The information is available both in Portuguese and English, with people along the way to help and give information. Takes about an hour at the longest and is a great way to spend €20. Special mention to Rita the tour guide, who I bumped into several times and had a lot to say. If her boss reads this, give her a raise/bonus/promotion 😁👍

If you buy tickets for a tour be sure to check queuing time. After buying tickets queued for 1 hour to be told there was another 1 hour wait. No advance or proactive communication to allow us understand how the tour queueing operated. Refund not possible as against the clubs policy. Dreadful experience.

Everything is good. Not all of the employed are polite with the customer. Even, they talk with the collage infront of the client.
