Vinmec Nha Trang International Hospital

Visiting from Australia and became unwell. I went to Vinmec Nha Trang for treatment and was very happy with the care I received. The hospital is clean and modern, the staff were friendly and efficient. Most staff had enough English to communicate well and there was also a lovely translator who ensured I knew what was required and assisted with any questions. All of the paperwork was written in Vietnamese and English so I knew what was recorded and what I was signing. I received copies of all the paperwork. I had a thorough ultrasound (the technician who did the ultrasound spoke very good English), one test and needed some medication. All up it cost $113aud and around 2 hours, very reasonable. I recommend the hospital to visitors.

At our 05-01-2026 nighttime pediatric emergency visit, they promised multiple times a within 4-hour laboratory test result to know the causes of severe diarrhea at our infant. This result has reached us with 19 hours (!!!) later, only after 5+ call follow-ups and direct urging to send it. Vinmec is cheating patients! They are efficient in taking money before even running diagnosis on the baby (75% of the cost was for this urgent test), and do not care after cash collection!!! The worse hospital experience in Asia due to the multi-layered lack of care and lack of delivery. Our infant had a severe condition, and they did not do the smallest effort to deliver the paid services, not even to contact us about the status. A hospital like this shall be strictly audited and fined by health authorities. For future patients; better to chose another hospital.

My wife suffered from a serious ear infection that didn't cure even after we saw few doctors. We got a warm recommendation to come to VinMec Hospital and especifically to Dr. Duc (E.N.T). We are very happy we got that recommendation. Dr. Duc is amazing!!! First and most important, he is a very nice person. Second, he is super professional. My wife is now completely cured thanks to him. I wish you all great health, but if you are in Nha Trang area and you need E.N.T doctor, Dr. Duc is the best choice! Thank you Dr. Duc 💜

A hospital full of incompetence. Doctors don't speak English and reception can't understand how to bill insurance. I live in Vietnam and my insurance has direct billing with Vinmec hospitals. But they still made me pay. I even called the insurance company and they spoke with the hospital telling the hospital to direct bill and it is covered. The hospital said okay, and then after service was done made me pay. The service was also extremely slow. After everything was done I laid there waiting for 1.5 hours for them to get the medicine and finish. Ive had faster service in VN public hospitals. I've been to Vinmec in Hanoi and they are good. Vinmec Nha Trang is A DISGRACE to the Vinmec group. I hope someone in their management reads this and improves their hospital.

Very much appreciated his professionalism and direct approach to my issues. Highly recommend Dr Hung should you have orthopaedic issues. I am very pleased with the knowledge off all de doctors en the nurse. All the treatment is going very fast skilled. I recommend this hospital to everyone. Specially to docter dong and Dr tuan(ent) Dr.song. Thank you very much for you help. I am proud of this hospital.

I broke my hip on Jan. 20 and I was brought to VinMec hospital. Here the preformed my surgery and my aftercare until February 8. The nurses were absolutely magnificent! They were very patient, kind ., and sweet. I got the best care that I could have gotten after suffering an injury in another country! They are neat, clean, positive, and so respectful to me and all of my family! Thank you VinMec

Stay away from this pospital if you don't want to waste your time. I had an appointment at 14:30 but was asked to come earlier at 12:00 because doctor will have operation at 13:00. I waited 40 mins and left without seeing doctor. I asked how a proper medical check could be done in less than 15 mins especially since i wanted to have an MRI. The staff told me doctor would only do a general check and prescribe medicine first. This is completely unacceptale and shows a blatant lack of respect for patients'a time and proper care.
