Wow! What an amazing leather shop with amazing staff, right in the heart of Florence! A must visit if you are looking for genuine handmade leather belts, shoes, and jackets. I had the pleasure of meeting Omar, Marco, and Luana today and they helped me find the perfect new shoes in my size. I also was lucky enough to meet the famous BenHeart and he is a one-of-a-kind Florence celebrity with a personality that is unmatched. I will be returning in the near future for a leather jacket.

Love this 100% authentic genuine leather shop/store. You can pick out whatever buckle you want and leather belt and they will hand measure you and cut the leather to fit your size exactly. Love Ben’s story and how he overcame so much to make a name for himself and carve his own path in the world. I now have a belt that I’m confident will last the rest of my life. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and we stopped in Benheart the first day we were in Florence. My husband was looking at jackets and while he did not end up purchasing one here the sales person was very helpful. We ended up returning the same day though and I ended up trying on some leather jackets. Another sales person helped us and he was also very nice. I couldn't determine which design I liked the most from two different styles so I ended up leaving for the first day we were there to think about it more. We also had just arrived in Florence so I wanted to check out other leather stores as well. We ended up returning two days later. As I couldn't stop thinking about the jackets and wanted to try them on again. We ended up getting both and also received a belt. Which was an awesome experience, as you get to choose the leather, the buckle, and they measure it to fit you specifically. I was able to see the salesperson/leather craftsman assemble the belt and see him stitch everything it was very cool! While I just purchased these jackets and cannot comment on wear and longevity, I was extremely pleased with the service at Benheart, the staff were wonderful and patient.

Very good shop, very good jacket, Duccio is a kind person, a professional who knows what is best for you. I wasn’t planning to buy a leather jacket, I just stopped by this shop, and when I tried the jacket I instantly wanted to buy it. Thank you for the experience !
