Love this 100% authentic genuine leather shop/store. You can pick out whatever buckle you want and leather belt and they will hand measure you and cut the leather to fit your size exactly. Love Ben’s story and how he overcame so much to make a name for himself and carve his own path in the world. I now have a belt that I’m confident will last the rest of my life. Wow! What an amazing leather shop with amazing staff, right in the heart of Florence! A must visit if you are looking for genuine handmade leather belts, shoes, and jackets. I had the pleasure of meeting Omar, Marco, and Luana today and they helped me find the perfect new shoes in my size. I also was lucky enough to meet the famous BenHeart and he is a one-of-a-kind Florence celebrity with a personality that is unmatched. I will be returning in the near future for a leather jacket.

My goal for coming to Florence was to find the perfect leather belt, then I walked into Ben Heart. I was greeted by the nicest and coolest staff. I worked with Marco who was an awesome and knowledgeable leather craftsman. He let me take photos and showed me step by step how to choose all the parts for my custom leather and silver belt. I told him that I was interested in learning leather work myself and he taught me a lot of what I needed to know. If I could give this place a 10, I’d give it an 11/10! What a truly incredible experience coming to Benheart was! Coming on here was at the top of my list for leather goods while visiting Firenze. It was my last day, so I came early in the day with my heart set on a custom double buckle belt, something unique. I was told to come back later in the afternoon and someone would be there to help me, so I did. I was greeted so warmly by everyone. I picked my buckles and color strap and my belt was crafted by Ben himself! What an absolute honor. What a lovely kind man with an amazing story. He stopped to chat with patrons and treated everyone like they were a celebrity. This was a once in a lifetime experience that I will never forget. Thank you Benheart! ❤️
