I could not be happier with my purchase and experience at Benheart. First and foremost I want to thank Duccio and Marco. After wading through hundreds of knock off “Italian made” shops in Florence(that had the audacity to charge more than benheart does), or finding quality shops that the styles just weren’t as interesting for me… I finally found what I was looking for. Classic with an edge and top grade leather/craftsmanship. Marco is the kind of sales person I like dealing with. I’m indecisive and hate shopping. One of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The whole thing was like being invited into a friend’s private studio. The shop is beautiful, the music is brilliant and - Marco is amazing! He’s knowledgeable, interesting, funny and relaxed. He gave me all the space I needed to decide what I wanted - which was obviously what he suggested! Never buying another belt from anywhere else.
