Nice hotel. Not expensive. For people who like to cook themselves and to " get up" when they feel like. Cleaning only once a week. Great super personal. Very kind and helpful. Getting you everything you need very fast. There is a pool. Very clean and relaxing pool area. The hotel is far from a supermarket and it is a really problem for costumers without a car. The nearest Minimarked is 600 meters away. But difficult to carry things up the hill. They don't have a rent cars in the hotel, but they helping you to find one. The girl in the reception was super kind and helpful. Really service minded. And speaking fluently English which make everything easy. We stayed in this hotel/ flats 2 times and for sure that we shall stay and recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The place is located in a quiet zone far from the noise of the centre. Beach is 1.5km by car. There are plenty of free parking space available. The hotel seems a bit old and may need a renovation. Staff was polite and very helpful. The room was a bit old too and the bed was very unconfortable. The kitchen is good with all the necessary appliances to cook. The pool is a bit small. Overall it was not good and not bad for the price.

As our flight was delayed the reception was closed but it wasn't a problem with clear instructions we gained access to our room easily . Clean and spacious, it's a nice walk down to the beach but you need a taxi to the main strip . Overlooking the golf course we had a lovely peaceful stay and will definitely be going back |

Wasn’t quite sure what to expect however really happy with the accommodation. 10 minute walk downhill to Poniente beach where there are lots of nice restaurants. About a 25 minute stroll to the old town, we enjoy walking so the location for us was fine but wouldn’t be good for those with mobility issues. We walked to Levante beach but a taxi is about 6 euros.|The accommodation was basic but clean and spacious, it’s lovely overlooking the golf course and a lot less built up than the Levante end. The kitchen has a microwave but no oven there is a conductor hob and dishwasher, it would be quite a challenge to do a meal for more than a couple of people one large pan sauce pan and frying pan but I’m sure you could ask for more. You need to request a kettle and toaster there is a large fridge freezer but no washing machine. |We could only get ITV and Chanel 4 on the TV which wouldn’t usually matter but given it rained for 3 days we were great full for the TV. |Balcony was spacious we were on the 4th floor some of the other apartments hard larger patios and balconies. Pool is quite small but clean and well kept. |There is a small supermarket about a 5 minute walk away or a larger supermarket on the prom towards the old town.|All in all it offers good value is quiet and a great place to relax and I would happily stay again.

Was a really enjoyable place to stay. Good value for money but thought the cleanliness could have been a little better. Cooker hood in the kitchen was dirty and the windows and balcony screens were also dirty. Will stay there again.

We can not fault the place. Lovely place, quiet, great views and wonderful staff. Lovely apartment comfortable bed and everything we needed for our stay. Buses are short walk away. We highly recommend this place.

stayed here from Jan 2020 to June 2020. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay and extended our stay during the lockdown period. The accommodation is clean and spacious. Lovely view of the golf course. 10 min walk to the beach.. Quiet and relaxing stay. Bus stop outside the apartment.

This was a teletext deal which included this hotel. ||1) If you have children do not come here unless you like long walks or paying for buses and taxis a lot. There is a bus which is the 26 which comes past the hotel but seems to come at Radom times. We walked to the bottom of the hill, which isn’t far and got the No 2 from the other side of the road. €6.40 for 4 people one way. The walk down is much easier as it’s mostly downhill so recommend you get bus or taxi €8 back.||2) The rooms are very dated. Ours was clean (108) and looked out on the golf course. There’s no hairdryer, toaster or kettle BUT all are available at reception if you ask as long as you take them back when you leave. As the hotel was extremely quiet think that this could be a problem in high season as everyone will want these items.||The beds were all fine. Had to take rubbish out on day of leaving. The other bit I found annoying was cleaning the room before having it inspected by the staff. I don’t go on holiday to clean I do enough of this at home. ONCE this is checked you then get your €200 deposit back. Yes all that from previous reviews is true. They put it back on straight away. Also our balcony doors didn’t shut so had to get someone to fix them which they did. No tea towels. They did supply a very small box of dish washing tablets, washing up liquid and a washing up cloth. ||3) Security. As I had read all the horror stories we took all our items with us everywhere we went. I know not ideal but wasn’t chancing it by paying for the safe and it disappearing. We didn’t see anything suspicious at all.||4) Staff. All very friendly and willing to help. There’s and room if you want to leave your suitcase for no charge. All didn’t speak good English. ||5) Facilities- The outside pool wasn’t open. The inside pool was okay but the door to the door was broken and we had to rescue another family who had been locked in for half an hour. The gym is pretty poor. Grounds are nice. Golf course is nothing to do with the hotel. ||Area- There’s a very cheap, lovely cafe at the bottom of the hill, on the main road and a supermarket. Too far away from everything. Much preferred the Old Town more expensive but much more traditional. The central side is literally full of English bars. Cheap but not why I go on holiday. Beaches are lovely. Very busy. ||We went on the motorised scooters which were great fun. €11 each for an hour but we got to see loads. ||Overall would not go to this hotel. There’s so much choice much nearer. ||Lastly there’s a bus from the airport to Benidorm central. It costs €18.60 each for a return. Follow signs for buses and the one for Benidorm central says it on the stop. Very easy and much cheaper than a taxi.
