I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent dining experience. My family and I had a truly horrible experience that I feel compelled to share.
Despite having a reservation, we were made to wait over 30 minutes for a table. Once seated, our troubles continued as we waited another 30 minutes before our food even began to be prepared.
When the food finally arrived, it was mediocre at best and, frankly, seriously overpriced. The presentation was lackluster, and to add insult to injury, essential components of my meal, such as the rice and mushrooms, were missing entirely. The rice that was provided was only provided right at the end of the meal.
The service was equally disappointing. Our server, while initially attentive to our dietary restrictions, ultimately only partially fulfilled our requests. Furthermore, at the end of the meal, the server presented us with the bill and then stood there, rather pushily, awaiting our gratuity selection. This felt particularly inappropriate given the poor service we had received.
Overall, this dining experience will go down as one of my biggest regrets and most wasteful spending experiences of my life. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and take steps to improve the quality of your food and service.
