Everything about Benjarong was fantastic, be it the ambience, service, or food. If you’re at the Dusit Thani hotel itself, you can take the hotel tuktuk service to the restaurant, which is quite an experience in itself.
Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by the staff. I’m not sure I understand some of the other reviews on here about the lack of service. We had the full attention of the staff, especially Khun Pong, who was incredibly friendly and attentive.
The food was refine traditional Thai cuisine. Using high quality produce, the restaurant elevated the typical Thai dishes you find elsewhere. My favorite has to be the beef short ribs green curry. Not only did the beef melt in my mouth, but the curry was truly excellent. The duck leg was also really unique. The only item that was a little forgettable was the pad see ew, which was rather ordinary.
I’ll definitely be back to try the other dishes!
