Benny Vitali’s does not believe in small portions — and I respect that.
We’re talking 28-inch pizza pies. For reference, Costco’s are 18". This thing completely covers our coffee table.
Now let’s talk crust — because I love a good crust. And this one? Super crispy, perfectly cooked, nothing burnt, nothing floppy. Just the right crunch without being over the top. The topping, cheese, and sauce ratio is spot on, too. No sliding toppings. No sauce overload. Just perfectly balanced.
You can dine in or take it to-go, but seating is limited inside and out. Every single time we’ve gone, there’s been a line out the door. We usually opt for to-go and eat it at home… although sometimes we don’t even make it home and end up eating a slice in the car. No regrets.
We went for a Valentine’s lunch and, of course, they were packed again. What shocked me was the wait time — still around 20 minutes, about the same as on a normal day. With that kind of volume? That’s impressive.
Also, shoutout to the fact that they have a pizza box trash bin that actually fits their giant boxes. It’s the little things.
Service is always quick, organized, and efficient. Everyone in there knows exactly what they’re doing, and they do it well.
Zero complaints. Giant pizza. Great crust. Consistent wait times.
We’ll absolutely keep coming back. 🍕🔥
