Im really upset because I really gave this place a chance but their customer service completely ruined my experience and this is why I most likely will never go back.
I did a call in order with one of the servers named Koresh R and he overall sounded annoyed on the phone that I was asking questions about the menu. I specifically asked for a shrimp burrito with everything in it including: sour cream, pico, guacamole, rice and beans and when I got home the only things in my burrito was beans, rice and shrimp.
I then called them on the phone to complain about this and they kept passing the phone to new people and completely wasted my time. I was asking for a refund or voucher for a new burrito in the future and all they could tell me was they would remember my name if I come in, which is totally unprofessional and didn't give me any security that they would ever even remember me.
When mentioning the quality of the food I would say it was okay, nothing special, I've had better burritos from Baja Fresh or chipotle (chain restaurants) and I wanted to change it up and try a local place.
Overall, don't go to this place, it's definitely overhyped, overpriced and the service made my experience go from pretty good to ruining my image of this restaurant.
They told me they would "call me back" regarding the refund which is pretty odd and I doubt I will ever receive a refund or at least a voucher for a new burrito, but at this point I don't want to waste another 30 minutes on the phone waiting for them to put me on hold/ transfer me to new people, so they can keep their $20. They also offered for me to just come back and they can make a new one, but I live in downtown LA and the restaurant was on my way home from an event and this option was super inconvenient for me. Extremely poor customer service.
