The large restaurant is located in Greenvale(Long Island), New York. It is in the Wheatley Plaza shopping mall. They prepare kosher deli cuisine. Soups, salads, appetizers, entrees, platters, beverages and desserts are available. I ordered the corned beef sandwich which consisted of a generous portion of meat. The matzo ball soup was tasty with a firm matzo ball. The square knishes were fresh. The food was well-prepared. Friendly and helpful staff.

Really good food but stingy with their mustard. We order here couple of times a month while at work. Best meats in town and what is super good with their meats? Their MUSTARD! It’s a little spicy and addictive! But they are really stingy with it. We do over a $100 order and if we don’t buy extra mustard they only give you ONE small container of mustard for 4x sandwiches, a knish, 3x hot dogs and some appetizers, Ridiculous! Our boss got a sandwich to go so we just gave him the one container and used Gulden’s in the frig. We’ll gladly pay more we just didnt know we had to. I called them a couple of weeks ago to see if this was normal which they apologized and said we should have gotten more and they just did it again today… Also the people at work have mixed feelings about their service when we had to call in a couple of times. It’s still a really yummy place and we order from them a lot, we’re just a little disappointed at their overall service…

Really enjoyed a beautiful dinner last night at your restaurant.I drank hot tea with honey and a wonderful salad with a scoop of delectable chopped liver. My hubby had a hot, open turkey sandwich with gravy and a potato pancake with spplesauce. He devoured every last drop and topped it off with Dr Browns black cherry soda. What a great meal with adequate service !

Google
Reliable classic deli. Sandwich sizes have shrunk, but taste is all there. Ask for "juicy" meats to avoid too lean, less tasty preparation.

Google
What happened to Ben's chicken soup? They must have changed the recipe because it now tastes like warm dishwasher. This is not just from me, others I have spoken to say the same from a variety of Ben's location! Very very disappointed...and the price was ridiculous!

Google
I’ve eaten here a few times and the food overall is ok. Nothing great but mediocre. The staff excluding behind the counter are horrible. The manager Morey Berkley was so rude and condescending for absolutely no reason. I will never eat in this location again. Grabbed a bag out of my hand followed by a rude sarcastic comment. With such a bad attitude I don’t know how he is still working with the public. Maybe he needs to reconsider his career and sit behind a desk not interacting w people. People pay money going out to eat to have a pleasant experience not to be treated with snide condescending comments. If you’re having a bad day keep it to yourself. Thanks

Food was decent. Would recommend. Service fair, not great. Atmosphere was ok. Setting was peaceful and pleasant. They have booths and tables for your preference.

Google
Excellent & one of the last “authentic jewish style” deli’s. Good food. Lightening fast service. Nice big open eating area in the corner of the lovely Wheatley Plaza.

Yelp
I've been to Ben's a few times now in Delray Beach every time the food the service and the portions have all been up to par. With all the pickles and coleslaw, you can eat Plus your sandwich or what have you definitely is worth thedollar..

Thus S.

Yelp
Good food and service for decades. Tip: May pay to call ahead because sometimes run out of chopped liver or baker hasn't made apple strudel. Don't be disappointed! Plenty more good food.

Yelp
Another Ben's, I seem to be doing the Ben's circuit, Boca, Bayside, and now, Greenvale. It looks larger than the others with the big parking lot in front. There are many separate dining rooms, a large takeout area and even outside tables with umbrellas The pickles in the coleslaw never get old. Shared a salad & an over stuffed warm sweet pastrami sandwich. Lori our waitress was equally sweet and so was Will.

Yelp
Ben's is a nice wide open place inside, a little buried in the corner of the mall area, but if you're in the area it may be worth the find! It's a kosher (meat) deli so I ordered my standard corned beef and tongue. The table started with pickles and cole slaw and the ordered food all came out promptly. They forgot to Russian dress my sandwich so they brought sauce later but not the same as building it in themselves... Anyway, this is an okay to good Jewish deli in the realm of those I've tried. Meats are a decently big portion, not quite overstuffed but a good value. Rye bread not very good, dry and lacks flavor. Sour pickles are sour but not the huge ones I miss from days of yore. Cold slaw tasty and crisp. Water refills as needed and at the very end she brought out the tall glasses - if you need a lot of water, ask for the glass up front! Verdict: A weak 4 stars but bolstered by the relative paucity of Jewish deli competition. If this is the food you're after, either you're in the City or you can come over here should this be "local".

Yelp
Best pastrami and corned beef. Best matzah mall soup. Service is always quick and servers are are nice! Booths are comfy and feels like home

Yelp
I always crave their pastrami sandwiches they have the best hot pastrami on rye bread and their pickles are so good

Yelp
We had a fabulous experience!!!!! We got the 3 meat combo which was outrageous !! I am so picky but this was lean (just as a regular order) and so tender and just YUM. The waiter gave us extra bread, he was a kind server and attentive. Ordered 2 kid hot dogs with fries. Nice and there was a snap to the hotdog which my husband said was very good. I thought the fries were tasty and fresh and I love how they aren't greasy or they don't put salt on. Love that. The place is clean and it's in a nice area. Great GREAT lunch!!!!

Yelp
It's Sunday afternoon at 6 o'clock. I walked in and stood at the counter to order and no one even looked at me for five minutes. Then I went to the cashier and I asked her what type of soups they had and she pointed to a little blackboard, after she bothered looking up like she didn't care less one way or another. I walked out never to return.

Yelp
4 stars for the hot pastrami sandwich. The meat is so well balanced. Right amount of salt. The rye bread is great by itself. Toasted it is even better. I enjoyed its nutty texture.

Yelp
This place was an accidental find. We happened to book a room across the street. We slept in and happened to just pull out of the hotel and made an immediate turn into Ben's on a whim because we were starved. In a world full of microwaved, hot lamps and fast food, Ben's makes almost everything in house. For breakfast I had a corned beef on rye...fantastic. We went back and had their pot-pie with a bowl of pea soup...OMG it was delicious. We stayed 4 days and ate there at least once a day. I'm am so stuffed! This place is everything I grew up eating. It's like my Mom works in the back.

Yelp
I've been eating at kosher delicatessens since I was five years old and I'm now 69 years old. You have a lot of nerve telling me that tongue is supposed to be served cold. Yours is the only deli who has ever, ever served me cold meet and then told me that's the way it's supposed to be. My 87 year old mother only eats tongue and she has never ever had it served to her cold. You may be the only delicatessen person in the tri-state area who would say this. You don't know what you're talking about. I think if my Rabbi was ever served cold tongue, he would plotz!!!

Yelp
Fantastic food and service! We've ordered take out and delivery and the quality and service is top notch.

Yelp
We have become a fan of Ben's since we first tried the Syosset location and further more at the location in Greenvale. Service is always top-notch and the food will keep you coming back again and again. Their endless slaw and pickles are always a hit and the store label mustard goes great with the pastrami or corned beef. Another family favorite is the matzah ball soup. Almost a meal in itself. More often than not, you'll be bringing food home with you. Plenty of parking in the shopping center makes it a snap to get in and out if you're on a lunch break and need to park, run in and get out again.

Amy M.

Yelp
I haven't eaten in the restaurant in years, but recently did take out from there. They are consistent and really good.

Alan R.

Yelp
One of the last kosher delis in NYC and Long Island area. Deli sandwiches good and exceptional Cole slaw. Stop there whenever in area

Eldad S.

Yelp
I've been going to ben's Kosher deli for over 10 years. Every time I've gone I've had a better and better experience. There is nowhere else better to have a pastrami, tongue sandwich, or a steak or chicken salad in all of New York.

Roger H.

Yelp
Has really gone downhill. The matzoh ball soup was tasteless. I was served regular coffee when I requested decaf. The corned beef omelette was flat and greasy. Omelets should be fluffy and folded. If I had wanted pancake style I would have asked for it. And when I asked for jam or preserves for the toast, they didn't have any. Most preserves sold in grocery stores are kosher. Big disappointment. Never going back.

Marilyn S.

Yelp
I had ordered a deli platter of meats, corned beef, pastrami, turkey and roast beef for delivery to my son's home for a Hanukah family celebration. I was told that for 12 people there would be four pounds of meat on the platter. I also made 7 pounds of brisket and a tray of fargrl to supplement the deli. when I got to my sons home and saw the platter I was appalled at the paltry platter of meats and the presentation that had no garnishment to speak of. I picked it up and knew there was not four pounds of food on that platter. Furthermote, instead of cut from the frame turkey there was some mystery meat substituted. I was never told that the turkey was the type you would purchase at a supermarket deli counter. Due to covid we ended up being only 8 rather than 12 people. There was not even enough food to feed 8 small eaters. I contacted Ben's the next day and they literally lied to me. This was clearly a case of bait and switch as well as someone putting their finger on the scale. Don't waste your money at Ben's you will be cheated and very disappointed Marilyn Silverstein

Yelp
I had my Thanksgiving dinner at Ben's Kosher Restaurant and Delicatessen in Greenvale. Not only did I have an incredible dinner but l got a lesson; in the darkest days of Covid instead of going with common sense, Ronnie Dragoon decided to renovate his flagship location. This was a time when the rest of the restaurant world was getting ready to throw in the towel . If you haven't seen it yet, I highly advise you to not walk but run. The food, service and new surroundings are second to none. Thank you Todd and Hector for an amazing Thanksgiving experience tonight. I think some loyal customers will sign a petition to bring back David and Goliath!

Yelp
The lean pastrami sandwich was really tasty as was the standard side of pickles. However I was somewhat disappointed with the coleslaw. It was very dry this time. Don't know if it's always like this since this was the first time going to this location. My daughter's potato pancakes were a nice portion so she was able to bring leftovers back to her fiancé.

Ruben T.

Yelp
Rubén. I have lunch at Ben's for years,. I haven't had a bad experience eaten there. If you ever have a pastrami sandwich, I suggest you by a roll in the bakery, because they give you so mush meat, that you can make another sandwich. That is how much meat you get.

Magnolia G.

Yelp
Ate there yesterday. My friend had Pastrami on rye i had motzo ball soup and 2 franks. The Pastrami was scraps of meat, dry not even warm. My Soup tasted like sink water. I have been a patron of Bens for over 50 years on queens blvd. That location was the best of Bens which unfortunately closed down a few years ago. I dont know who owns this location, but i think they sold out to people who do not know how to prepare kosher food. I will never order food from them again.

Yelp
The food at their other locations was fresher and was warmed up as well. Marshall Maor

Yelp
This has been our location since we gave up on the Woodbury store. Unfortunately, they seem to have followed the same downward path. Simple order of Hot Dog (well done), square knish, soda. The hot dog wasn't even warm in the middle and certainly not well done. The square knish, which is fried, was a greasy soggy mass. Returned, and new hot dog brought over, definitely hot. The knish was hotter but still uneatable. Fried should have a crispy shell, not soggy so when you push down it bubbles up grease. So disappointing.

Yelp
Had a real pastrami sandwich here. Free pickles and coke slaw with every meal. I also had kashka varniska which was great. Just like it was at Ratners 40 years ago. Great Jewish deli food for the holidays. Well worth the price!!

Yelp
I can't even remember what decade I had lunch or dinner at Ben's and I have one within walking distance of my home. Had lunch with 2 gals yesterday at the Wheatley Plaza location. My grilled salmon salad was fine but the cole slaw and pickles were tasteless, certainly not what you would expect at such a popular deli.

Yelp
When you in the area and craving kosher Pastrami sandwich this is the spot. Came across this spot on Yelp and thought would be a great spot to eat. Got seated pretty fast. Server was a ultra sweet and nice lady, Liz. Food was very good. Loved the matzah ball soup and pastrami sandwich. Tried the lean pastrami. Kids enjoyed the kosher hot dog and chicken nuggets. All very yummy. Next time we in the area will definitely go again.

Yelp
We came here on Rosh Hashanah to celebrate with Mommy after visit I bf the cemetery. The place is similar to Katz Deli or any Deli's except this one's kosher. We had stuffed cabbage, brisket, rib-eye steaks, gefilte fish, and some side dishes to go with those entrees. I thought the rib-eye was good but not the brisket. The brisket was so dry and the meat was so hard and chewy. Mommy had a tough time eating the brisket, and so had we. I liked the way they prepared the rib-eye, juicy and tender, and the onions were crispy and flavorful with sweetness. Gefilte fish was not bad. The stuffed cabbage was quite good too but Mommy wasn't a big fan of that. The best part of the meals according to Mommy was the desserts, Apple pie and rugula!

Yelp
I've been coming to Ben's for the last 15 years if not more and it's such a staple. Yes, there are many locations but this one is my favorite (even though they're all good). Look, is it Katz's Deli, no, but the sandwiches are overstuffed, the pickles and coleslaw are my faves, and whenever that old school Jew-food craving kicks in, Ben's fills that void. Some of my favorite things: pastrami, kreplach, potato salad, fries, and their soups. The service is always good, they cater, and considering NYC prices on these sandwiches, you get a decent bang for your buck.

Yelp
I'm a fan of Ben's, yet I miss traveling a bit farther for their Carle Place location becuase of their daily lunch specials and plates. In Greenvale, no lunch specials and things seem off. Service is OK but portions are smaller, not the same Wow we're at Ben's and the pricing seems way over the top for what is offered elsewhere. $25 for an open turkey sandwhich plate, come-on now. It's good, but not that good. Bring back the lunch specials, get a little more generous with the portions and expect they'll see better business. Down the strip, a 40 minute wait for similarly priced food, inside or outside. Telling.

Sarahbean M.

Yelp
I've been happily eating at the Greenvale location for over 20 years. Stopped by today on a whim and had, what my boyfriend and I agree, is the best Pastrami sandwich we have ever had. Melted in the mouth. I'll be dreaming of it tonight! We were a little early but one of the counter staff happily offered to seat and wait on us. Again, best pastrami sandwich we have ever had, with pleasant helpful staff.

Yelp
Heard about their pastrami sandwiches for a while and my fam has been wanting to try it so we finally made our way over after a hike. Went with 7 people plenty hungry and needing fuel. Started off with rye bread and butter, pickles half sour half not as sour plus cold slaw. I ordered the grilled chicken panini with fried potato knish. Some of the orders my family got were pastrami sandwich/brisket panini, pastrami combo, stuffed cabbage with meatballs. Most of these came with a drink of choice such as cream soda, soda, lemonade, iced tea, etc. Also came with derma no idea wtf this is and it looks kinda gross but tastes sooo good with gravy! Try the potato pancake it is lightly fried not too oily and this plus the portions of food are pretty big in general. Fries are an option as well. My grilled chicken was good nothing extraordinary but i figured that. Became pretty soggy though from the chicken and i got the chipotle sauce on the side. Everyone liked their dishes overall. Some of the pastrami was dry sadly like some end pieces. Service was fine the manager and waiters checked on us a good amount!

Jake G.

Yelp
Had the worst dinner of my life tonight with 3 people all agreed...place has gone way down hill and the service sucks!

Yelp
This is a five star Jewish deli. It doesn't have steaks like Peter Luger or pancakes like IHOP, but it consistently does pastrami, corned beef, brisket and fresh carved turkey great. When I order their pastrami or corned beef, I ask for the extra lean. They (all of the locations I've been to ... Carle Place, Greenvale, Woodbury and Manhattan) seem to get their meat centrally. We also think their cole slaw is the best. The potato pancakes and apple sauce is great, thick, crispy and often, like their deli meat sandwiches, enough for two meals. It happens they have a duo, half a deli sandwich plus a bowl of soup. As to soup, I like their mushroom barley more than their bestselling matzoball. They also do kasha knishes and varnishkes, Hungarian goulash, potato salad, and sour pickles. I saw a two star review by someone who ordered salmon. We'll you don't order steak at IHOP or pancakes at Peter Luger. As I recall, they carry Hebrew National salami and do very nice franks and burgers too. The Greenvale location offers about a half dozen outdoor tables with umbrellas. We got service with a smile on Father's Day plus an extra large booth that no one had reserved. We admit to getting large orders from Ben's for the holidays when we're having company. And hey, if you carry a Ben's card (now available on your cell phone), you accumulate points that give you discounts on future orders.

Yelp
Very good service and excellent food! We had an amazing dining experience and our waiter Margorine was super helpful and was very endearing. Would definitely recommend!

Yelp
Pretty much the same review as I wrote for Carle Place because... I always seem to order the same thing! The major difference here was that our waiter Hector A was outstanding, not just really good but genuinely great! He was just so attentive to us sitting there. Always water in the glass, and always a smile. Everything we ordered was perfect and came out as we had asked. To start: One chicken soup with Matzaoh Ball and one with Kreplach (a jewish word for a kosher won-ton.) Both soups came quickly and were hot. The Matzah Ball was big and had a good light texture while the kreplach was also good with plenty of meat stuffing. I have complained about the lack of salt ion the past but this soup was outstanding!!! Stuffed Derma: Clearly and acquired taste and this was excellent... A well seasoned "vegetable stuffing" in a beef casing... It had a good firm consistency, not mushy. Again it's not meat, its a kosher kind of Sausage. Two nice pieces perfect for sharing with plenty of hot gravy. When we finished and told Hector that we cud keep the gravy for the sides, he reached over, took it and told us that he would bring us a fresh hot gravy.... Now for the main dish: One pastrami on club bread. I must say that was very impressed with this overstuffed sandwich. Plenty of warm, tender meat that was well sliced so they were not stringy or too thick to chew. I like the Geenvale location...There is a lot of electricity at Bens and it makes it a fun experience being in the large, clean, and bright restaurant. I definitely enjoyed my meal here and look forward to going back and trying some of their other dishes.

Marcia R.

Yelp
We were in the Greenvale store Thursday evening, March 3, 2022, at about 6:30 PM and ordered a pound of pastrami, 2 knishes, a quart of chicken noodle soups, 3 matzoh balls and several pickles. We couldn't understand why we waited so long for the order. When we arrived home and opened the butcher paper holding the pastrami, we figured it out. It was apparent the slicer needed to gather up several tag ends of pastrami and then slice them thickly for our order. Mind you, we requested the order sliced regularly. The pieces and chunks were dry, hard and simply unacceptable. The rest of the order was just okay. We definitely are not satisfied.

Chris T.

Yelp
The Greenvale location is better than the Bayside one. I get a better quality pastrami it seems and a bigger sandwich. Over the years, they've gotten smaller and smaller from both places. They are fairly expensive and I used to get almost two sandwiches out of one but not anymore. I suppose inflation is to blame. Nevertheless, Ben's is my go to for a pastrami on fresh rye with a pickle!
google avatar

Ron R.

Yelp
I've always been a fan of good Deli. Unfortunately Ben's is one of the few remaining places around. I alwyas go to the one in NYC on 36th. So when I saw this Ben's I decided to go one night. It did not disappoint. Good deli is hard to find at a good price. And Ben's delivered. Great pastrami on rye. Wonderful corned beef. Great matzo ball soup. All washed down with a Dr. Browns Cream Soda. It is the only way to go. And the bottomless pickle bowl and coleslaw plate is perfect. Never enough. I love Ben's.

Yelp
I love coming here with my kids. Service and food are both great and while eating here isn't "cheap", you are getting what you pay for. I'll continue coming back to support one of the only Kosher deli's left on LI.

Steph S.

Yelp
This is not what we hoped for; the food quality is passable at best; the service was poor, understand that they may be understaffed but server was not too pleasant. The turkey was tasteless with canned vegetables; hot corned beef sandwich was dry, but well stuffed. The best part was the pickles and coleslaw.

BB T.

Yelp
Place was quite expensive, it was not even busy but took extremely long for the deli counter to make our order. I literally couldn't understand the person who was behind the deli counter and has an asked several times what he was saying. Food was OK, but nothing exceptional and the experience was not particularly warm or nice. I went several times in one week because I had some personal affairs to take care of close to this establishment. It kind of felt like you were watching a reality show of a pressurized restaurant on the brink, and you just happen to be there annoying the staff, unpleasant.

R. L.

Yelp
I have been going to Ben's in Wheatley Plaza for as long as I can remember, I grew up near there and I would go in for lunch or to take food out pretty regularly. During these difficult times I try to support local businesses as much as I can. I stopped in to Ben's for cold cuts and asked for a 1/3 of a pound of bologna and 1/3 of salami. I asked that it be sliced to make sandwiches, so normal thickness, not too thin not too thick. When I got home I opened the package to find that it was so thin I couldn't pull it apart. I decided to call to let them know and to explain that when I came in to place the order the person behind the counter who I have seen for years seemed to be training someone and explaining to him what I wanted. I said I'm calling because I think it's probably a good idea to let you know that this happened and that perhaps he needed some extra help. Her reply was that I might have miscommunicated what I wanted! Really? Okay whatever. She then said come back and we will replace it. I went back and told her I was the person who called about the cold cuts, she took them from me and went behind the counter before I could even show her what I meant. She came back handed me the bag and said here you go. When I got home yet again I was mortified. She gave me just a little over 2 ounces of each, which you will see in the attached picture, not only just the quantity but I got three thick slices 2 of which were the end slices. What I see that I got is a big fat "FU". What happened to Ben's? The audacity to treat a customer in such a rude manner is really disgusting. So sad.

Yelp
Seated at the table abutting the front desk I sat and sat and never so much as received water. The waitress came and went from my dining area three times and never loomed my way. I stood up and asked the gent at the fromt desk if I could have service and he asked someone out loud "Susie, tell Ms Ruby this gentlemen is ready to order. Ms Ruby came out again, took an order from a party seated AFTER me and again left, never looking my way. I left. Wont be back. Seems overpriced anyway. Peace.

Yelp
This is the first time I've gone to Ben's Deli. Went here with my family the other day since my aunt was having a craving for pastrami. First impression of their menu is that it is quite huge. There are many options for diners to choose from. From soup, giant hot / cold sandwiches and wraps, sides and desserts. The waitress gave us a bowl of coleslaw, sour and half-sour pickles, and bread for the table to share. I decided to do their version of a half and half, the "double dip." The double dip gives you a half of soup and half of a hot sandwich. I decided to get a half of matzo ball soup and half a pastrami sandwich. Both were very delicious. I felt the matzo ball soup was on the lighter side. Very light on the seasoning and served with thin egg noodles. The pastrami I had with the classic rye bread and mustard combo. The meat was tender and also light on the seasoning. I prefer my pastrami to have a little more heavy hand on the black pepper seasoning, but it was still good.

Yelp
My boyfriend took me here for the first time and I was definitely impressed! The slaw and pickles they put out on the table are delicious, and if you ask for more - they will surely deliver. We ordered: - Chicken Soup with Matzo Ball - Chicken Soup with Kreplach (which was super delicious) - Stuffed Cabbage Hongroise (I didn't expect the sauce to be sweet, which caught me a little off guard. Very different for my taste, but good nonetheless) - Pastrami Sandwich + Sauerkraut & Russian Dressing (YUM) - Dr. Brown's Black Cherry soda (first time having this, and it was so yummy!) The food came out in a timely manner and the staff was friendly. Service was a bit spotty at times but that can be a hit or miss depending when you come. The restaurant itself is pretty large, I didn't expect it to have such a huge dining area in the back. Also, once you receive the check - you pay up front with the cashier. Despite the service, the overall experience was good. The food is delicious and if you haven't tried this place yet, you definitely should! *I would come back again *I would definitely recommend to my friends

Yelp
Madness. People were standing on top of each other at the deli counter and the staff kept letting people in. They made no effort to social distance everyone. When I finally got my order and brought it home the deli meat was dingy and gray and the rest of the food tasted vile. I threw it out rather than go back there because I did not feel safe in this restaurant. Definitely will not be going back.

Yelp
We ordered a complete dinner for Passover from the Bayside store. The staff was great. Especially Helen. . It was amazing. The matzoh ball soup. The gefilte fish so good. . The Brisket was incredible. Along with the potato pudding and the Farfel! The Tsimmis was amazing. It was the most delicious dish we ever tasted. We had relatives from out of town. That completely flipped over the food. I wish I had ordered more but it probably wouldn't have been enough. Definitely make this a stop for amazing food. Can not wait to have Bens again.

Yelp
Consistently excellent!! I have my favorite dishes and my wife has hers. We both agree that Ben's will always satisfy. Last week we ordered 3 dishes and some sides for about $100. We actually got ten full meals out of it and the leftovers

Yelp
Ben's is consistently my family's weekly "go to" spot for an informal dinner (my 8 year old daughter's "fave"). What makes this restaurant so special is that everything is cooked fresh, contains high quality ingredients, and generally all the food is really, really good. Pair that with excellent service and a nice atmosphere - and you have a recipe for success which Ben's has deservedly enjoyed for many years. The basics here are always excellent - soups (matzah ball is a staple and a killer mushroom barley), sandwiches (pastrami/corned beef), hot dogs, and knishes are always reliable. Their dinner specials are really good too - try their "chicken in the pot", awesome stuffed cabbage, and a really good take on the old reliable "pot pie". You just can't go wrong pretty much anywhere on the menu. Finally, I see a lot of reviews that talk about the prices being high. Ben's is not cheap, but it's only marginally more expensive than the average local diner and you just can't compare the quality of the food or the service they provide. Ben's is much, much better. FYI, their "Ben's Loyalty Card" gives great rewards, so ask for one! Over the years Ben's has become part of our family. Always a good meal and good friends.
