Great location near SoHo Palermo shopping and restaurants. Within easy walking distance to multiple restaurants, shops, etc. The staff provided recommendations for restaurants. We enjoyed The Panera Rosa that they recommended. Also, Be sure to check out Full City Coffee across the street!||Breakfast was a nice touch and we enjoyed the selection available and the time of 7 am to 10 am.||We appreciated having luggage storage as an option for the day we checked out so that we could go sightseeing and not take it with us until we were ready to go to the airport.||The hotel was a boutique hotel with a lot of charm, however, it was a bit more rustic than advertised. Be careful with the shower as the door is a half door and does not block all of the water from getting on the bathroom floor. ||Upon entry both doors to the lobby should have been opened to be able to bring our luggage in. Even when we asked the f the second door could be opened they would not open it. A young woman offered to open the door for us when we were leaving with our luggage on the last day and it was much appreciated

Wonderful hotel, great value, superb location, great breakfast, friendly and accommodating staff, great for solo women travelers. Clean and comfortable rooms. The garden view was amazing.I definitely would stay there again.

Fantastic hotel! Some of the friendliest hotel employees I've met. Very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, they gave me some great recommendations. The hotel is super close to a ton of restaurants. It's in a very very walkable neighborhood. I did nearly 100km of walking in a week

First of all: the staff at the hotel are excellent, friendly and helpful. They are the absolute plus in this hotel. They helped us with all our reservations and gave us valuable advice About the hotel itself: unfortunately we had one of the rooms on the ground floor. The room was small and dark. There was also mould in the air conditioning. I think the rooms at the back or on the second floor are much nicer. Make sure you get a room there. The garden is beautiful. Unfortunately, though, there are a lot of mosquitoes which make it almost impossible to stay there. The location in Palermo is good, you have lots of cafés, bars and restaurants nearby. All in all, there are certainly better accommodations nearby for this price.

We spent 4 nights at this Buenos Aires boutique hotel following a 17-day South American cruise. Room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Bathroom is a little tight, but quite manageable. Included breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold items. Staff at reception was very helpful in recommending a range of restaurants and arranged transportation to the airport for our departure.||Hotel is located in a great neighborhood with many dining options. We walked to many of the attractions in Palermo and Recoleta. We felt safe walking the neighborhood both during the day and in the evening with the usual precautions.||If you are looking for an affordable non-corporate hotel with a local Argentine feel this is a great option.

They're scammers. They offered me a discount for paying with a foreign card, and they charged me twice. They don't even provide receipts. Dirty rooms, noisy. They're a disgrace. NOT recommended.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Ben’s Hotel Palermo. I paid $117 per night for a 9-night stay, but I had to leave after just one night because the hotel lacks basic accessibility features. As a 75-year-old with mobility challenges, I found the facilities completely unsuitable. The bathtub was dangerously high, and there were no safety handles to assist with getting in or out. This made it unsafe for both me and my 69-year-old wife.||Rather than addressing the issue or offering an appropriate solution, the staff transferred us to an Airbnb at Ben’s Downtown. This location cost $60 per night but lacked security, daily cleaning, and breakfast—none of the amenities I was paying for. It was a poor substitute and felt like a downgrade, especially for someone with accessibility needs.||To make matters worse, the one night we stayed in Palermo had a strong mold smell, which made it unbearable. I requested a refund for the remaining 8 nights in Palermo, which totals $456, but my request was denied. I cannot understand why I’m being charged for accommodations that I could not safely use due to their lack of proper accessibility features.||As first-time visitors to Argentina, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I am asking for a refund of $456 for the nights I did not stay. My reservation number is 368438102. To anyone with accessibility needs, I strongly advise avoiding Ben’s Hotel Palermo and Ben’s Downtown. They are not equipped to accommodate guests with disabilities, and their customer service left much to be desired.

I actually ended up staying twice in one week, as after the first stay, we decided to re-book on our way back through B.A. from Uruguay. The place felt like a cozy little mansion. Great friendly service and nice breakfast in the morning. For the price, this spot is a gem! I highly recommend and will be back here next time I come through Palermo!
