This hotel is beautiful! The pictures are accurate but don't even do it justice! The breakfast was also lovely. It's really the staff that make this a great experience though. We came to Buenos Aires after I did an ultramarathon, and the staff were so helpful and attentive! Special shout-out to Clara, Santiago, and Michaela for making our stay so memorable. We'll 100% book here again when we return to BA!

Very noisy, small rooms, but well located. The little pool looks bigger than it is. It was pretty humid when we went, so lots of mosquitos around. The breakfast area was nice, food typical buffet. Saturday morning the shop downstairs started playing basso music around 7am. It was crazy loud, and didn't stop for a couple of hours.

The staff was all so welcoming, helpful, and|friendly. Julieta gave us great tips on restaurants and excursions. We felt that she genuinely cared that all the guests had a good time in Buenos Aires. Our 7 day stay felt very comfortable. Small hotel gives you that personal service. Best location in Palermo shopping and eating:). Quiet yet close to everything. Bonus..Beautiful courtyard and pool.

This hotel wins for the best concierge service and garden respite from the bustle of the city (pool however seems more decorative than for actual swimming). The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located to restaurants and parks. The breakfast, while the same daily, still has a good variety even if you are here for a week. The rooms aren’t fancy but the beds are comfortable, the ac works and the while the washrooms are small, the water pressure is good and everything one needs is here. We are having a very comfortable stay!

My husband and I stayed here for six nights last week. Before booking this property, I made sure to read many of the reviews from people who had previously stayed here. Based on the positive experiences that they shared, I felt confident in booking here during our time in Buenos Aires. I arrived hopeful that our stay here would be memorable and comfortable.||When we arrived, I couldn't help but smile at the inconspicuous wooden front door. The front desk staff seemed excited that we had arrived and the woman who checked us in was very friendly. She provided information about the hotel and some things we might want to do in the city during our time there. She then walked us over to our room.||At first, I was a little worried that the room would feel cramped for us as we're on the tall side. Although the room was small, it was clean and felt very cozy. I really liked the antique look to the furniture. We slept very well during our stay, even though our room faced the street and there is some street noise throughout the night as this is a popular area with nightlife. Also, the bathroom was spacious. I felt like I had plenty of room to move around in there, which is very important to my comfort.||We thought the breakfast dining area was a nice touch, allowing us to interact with some of the other guests there. I enjoyed the coffee, fruit, and bread selections. I thought the grounds of the hotel, especially near the pool, were very well kept, even though we didn't hang out there much because of the heat during the day and mosquitos at night, as we were there during an unusual time when mosquitos were more of a nuisance than usual. I heard from several locals that this was not common and that it was kind of a rare thing for the mosquito problem to be that bad.||On the day of our checkout, our flight wasn't until late that night. The front desk staff eagerly offered to keep our luggage while we went out into the city one last time. They even told us that we were welcome to remain on the property to relax in the public areas anytime during the day.||Overall, I would stay here again. It truly felt like a home away from home, perhaps because the property has that small, intimate feel. I loved the way the front wooden door to the property plopped open slightly every time we tapped our room key, kind of like entering an exclusive and secluded retreat. The staff also add to the experience. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, was eager to help and answer questions, and made us feel like we were special. I could tell that they really cared about our comfort and wanted to make sure that we had a nice stay. They are one of the biggest reasons why this property is special.

We had a pleasant stay in Buenos Aires. Palermo is a lively area with great dining options like Fogon and Don Julio within walking distance. Many thanks to the front desk and especially to Jose for allowing us to check in early and for organizing our transfers from the airport to the hotel and to the port. The breakfast was good, and the location is excellent.

A beautiful oasis nestled in a prime location in Palermo. We were upgraded and had a beautiful room facing the garden and pool. The staff were super helpful during the whole stay and very attentive. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very accommodating for my partner who is gluten free. All around great experience!

We really liked the hotel, our room was spacious, comfortable and the balcony with pool views was lovely, we sat there and drank wine, it was very nice and luckily we didn't have to deal with annoying mosquitoes at the time we were chilling there, but I guess the later it gets, the more mosquitoes, so bring repellent cause you might need it anyway. The breakfast was too basic, I think they should improve this aspect since the hotel has a fancier vibe so they should step up their game. Personally the best part was the cutest staffers Luisa the best hostess ever. And at the end of the stay I met her twin sister who's name I forgot :( but she was also lovely. Any place where I can pet a cat is a place I want to go back to ❤️
