Fantastic hotel! Some of the friendliest hotel employees I've met. Very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, they gave me some great recommendations. The hotel is super close to a ton of restaurants. It's in a very very walkable neighborhood. I did nearly 100km of walking in a week

We spent 4 nights at this Buenos Aires boutique hotel following a 17-day South American cruise. Room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Bathroom is a little tight, but quite manageable. Included breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold items. Staff at reception was very helpful in recommending a range of restaurants and arranged transportation to the airport for our departure.||Hotel is located in a great neighborhood with many dining options. We walked to many of the attractions in Palermo and Recoleta. We felt safe walking the neighborhood both during the day and in the evening with the usual precautions.||If you are looking for an affordable non-corporate hotel with a local Argentine feel this is a great option.

First of all: the staff at the hotel are excellent, friendly and helpful. They are the absolute plus in this hotel. They helped us with all our reservations and gave us valuable advice About the hotel itself: unfortunately we had one of the rooms on the ground floor. The room was small and dark. There was also mould in the air conditioning. I think the rooms at the back or on the second floor are much nicer. Make sure you get a room there. The garden is beautiful. Unfortunately, though, there are a lot of mosquitoes which make it almost impossible to stay there. The location in Palermo is good, you have lots of cafés, bars and restaurants nearby. All in all, there are certainly better accommodations nearby for this price.

They're scammers. They offered me a discount for paying with a foreign card, and they charged me twice. They don't even provide receipts. Dirty rooms, noisy. They're a disgrace. NOT recommended.

I actually ended up staying twice in one week, as after the first stay, we decided to re-book on our way back through B.A. from Uruguay. The place felt like a cozy little mansion. Great friendly service and nice breakfast in the morning. For the price, this spot is a gem! I highly recommend and will be back here next time I come through Palermo!

Best value for money! This is our second time staying at the hotel for one week and I don’t think you can beat the offer. . Clearly the bathrooms need some renovations! But overall a charming, romantic boutique hotel with comfortable rooms - some with balcony overlooking a beautiful garden with pool. Definitely enjoyable after a day across BA. NOTE: Pool is not open all year around and not marketed as such on the website. So make sure to inquire when booking. Excellent Staff! Very friendly, helpful front desk - providing great recommendations & attentive to their costumers needs. Ex: Pool was not open for the season when we arrived but considering the hot days during the week they managed to open it within 48hrs. Unbeatable location! Restaurants, bars and shops for everyone- literally around the corner. Definitely recommend it

Such a great location and the garden is the perfect place to start and end your day. Somewhat faded but the staff is friendly, interested and exceedingly helpful. They learn your name and inquire about the experiences they knew you were planning. Varied fruit and local sweets for breakfast. Try the excellent pastries and limonata directly across the street. All Uber rides easy and cheap, plus you can easily walk to many many places for lunch and dinner. Special shoutout to Jose and Clara.

Bens L’Hotel Palermo is a mixed bag. |On the plus side. The location is fantastic. The hotel is located on a nice quiet street close to many restaurants and shops. The staff is warm and welcoming. And, the pool area is a relaxing oasis. |On the negative side. We had a first floor room. The room was very noisy and small. We could not open both of our suitcases at the same time unless we used the bed. Additionally, the room was tired, in need of a major update. The bathroom was the worst part. There was mold in the bathroom. The breakfast was the worst we have seen in a long, long time. The coffee was undrinkable. The pastries were stale. We , along with several other guests, just went across the street to the café for breakfast. |With Bens L’Hotel Palermo is all depends on your priorities.
