My honest review about this place.. The location is perfect, next to a beautiful beach. The room itself was very nice. The food was ok. I wanted to extend my stay but as soon as I said that, the staff contacted the owner and increased the price of my room instantly on the app, I know this because I work in the same industry, so I refused to continue my stay. Other than this my overall holiday was good.

I had a great stay! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind, which made the experience even better. The room was spotless, and I really enjoyed the restaurant—delicious food and a nice atmosphere. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great location, 5 minutes to the beach. Nice small rooms with normal furniture and amenities. On the ground floor there is a cafe where you can eat, drink coffee, alcoholic drinks, etc. Friendly staff. There is a small area outside, under umbrellas, where you can sit - eat, drink coffee or smoke. Of the minuses - the room is on the opposite side from the road, there are many noisy and dripping air conditioners. If you sleep lightly - this will be a problem. Recommend 👍🏻

Underrated hotel. Location is ideal, very close to beach and services yet not on a busy street so you will not be disturbed by traffic. Rooms are very clean and modern with well-functioning shower, a large refrigerator, coffee pot, good lighting, good temperature control (mini-split heat pumps with remote), comfortable beds, etc. Prices are very competitive.

Been a very relaxing stay & so close to the beach. Everything I need is close by, it’s a chilled location away from the busy Patong beach.

Great place for the price and great location. Booked a studio room and was nervous there wouldn’t be any natural light based on other reviews - but there’s a door and a small side window that allow plenty of natural light during the day and nice curtains for night and sleeping. The room is clean and size was comfortable. It feels like the bed is tucked into a cave/alcove - never seen a room like that before, can feel a little narrow but it’s also kinda a fun novelty. Bed was comfortable, pillows were very firm. The fridge is stocked if you want to purchase Coca Cola, Chang, or water. Two water bottles are brought to the room each day. Kettle and cups, but didn’t see any coffee or tea in room. Plenty of closet space, hangers, and a laundry bin. Water pressure was fine and hot water was reliable. Staff is very kind. And it’s just across the street from Surin beach, great location.

//Lots of improvements needed// The nice - Walkable distance to Surin Beach - No carpark but the beach has free public car park - Cute room design The bad - Unprofessional staff and owner (lady). Informed on booking that I’m pregnant and with my senior mother and I heard the lady Chinese owner complaining and mocking us to her staff why we needed assistance when they were already informed and they don’t have an elevator. Hospitality training needed. Why open a hotel if you can’t handle requests. Eventually they did when I explained why. - Disgusting musky humid odor of the pillow cases and bed sheets. - The shower curtain is short so water wets the bathroom floor a lot. Careful for spills! We almost slipped! - Housekeeping lady staff cleaned a spill in our room and then wipes her hand on our shower towel. - You pay extra for a room on the second floor with a terrible view and same room size (300sqm+) while the top floor is with a nice sea view. Lol - When we arrived the staff just looked and didn’t help at all when I struggled carrying the luggage - they know I’m pregnant and with a senior. Bad reviews make you improve ey? :)

Location is very good, but the rooms are in need of a make over. Mattress quality was decent, but not great. For the price, I would suggest looking into another hotel in the area.
