The hotel is only about 2 minutes from the beach. Right by the beach there is also a small food market where you can get delicious and affordable meals. At the same time, the hotel is located slightly away from the main hustle and bustle, which makes it pleasantly quiet and perfect for relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated that complimentary water and snacks were provided in the room every day. The only downside is that you can hear almost every word from the neighboring rooms, so depending on your neighbors, you might be unlucky. Overall, however, it’s a very good hotel with excellent service and a great location.

The cleanliness is average, we constantly had stains on the bed sheets even when we asked to change them. Ants were permanent guests in our room. The complimentary snacks were mostly expired. Although employees were very nice and polite and helpful. The location is great, 2 min to the beach and very calm.

Stayed twice now. Very happy overall. ||Staff is friendly. wifi ok but struggled at night. Price is about as good as you will find in the are. Location is directly opposite surin beach. Rooms not spotless but reasonable. ||TV - A highlight of my stay had google apps built into it so I was able to watch whatever I liked on YouTube. There is also a Netflix button the remote that takes you to Netflix login screen. Although you will need an account. I'm not sure if all rooms have this great tv setup but it's something I'venever seen in a hotel before and was great.||There is a cafe downstairs that sells decent coffee until 8pm. Although quite a varied menu. I only tried the fried rice which had a sweet sauce mixed in that I did not enjoy. ||Pretty happy and will be back to stay again

Booked a studio and we were upgraded to a suite on arrival which was a lovely surprise! Staff were generally very friendly, we only tried the restaurant once as there are many local options, but the food and drinks were very nice an reasonably priced. The room was clean and the bed large and comfy. The bathroom had a bath plus a separate rain shower cubicle with great pressure and plenty of hot water, although it tended to flood the bathroom a bit (who cares when you can dry a towel in 10 minutes on the balcony). The room was quiet even despite building works nearby, and only a stones throw from the beach.

Worst experience in my life, hotel room inside was so bad. I even threw up from that nephroline smell. No refund, other rooms they offered were also as bad. Dont stay there if you want to enjoy phuket. Plus their doing road works in front of the hotel. Dont stay there, i even felt something was off at check in.

This hotel has got really good location, beach 5 min walking distance they do give you beach towels free of charge, staff was helpful also they take care of out luggage for free on the last day, if you want to stay in budget and have a good location that your spot !

I had a great stay! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind, which made the experience even better. The room was spotless, and I really enjoyed the restaurant—delicious food and a nice atmosphere.
