Bep Sai Thanh (BST)

My boyfriend and I love this place! I went there with my mom before to get the Labubu bucket and it was so cool. We got to pick our own drink and toppings and the bucket was so big we didn’t finish it for 2 days lol. But I went back with my bf and we got the milk teas it was delicious 😋. I highly recommend everything here !

Nut allergy warning: They do have a pistachio foam, so I would be careful about foams here. I did have the salted egg foam with no issues. Time-to-Order: ~10 minutes They were open on Christmas, amazing! We stopped in and there was quite a line of people. They kept it moving. They had sold out of some food items, like the xoi (sticky rice) but I'd give them a pass since it was Christmas. We ordered the salted egg foam milk tea at less ice and 30% sweetness. While I understand the hype, as it was quite good and the toppings are all customizable, it is still relatively pricey and the drink still had a tad too much ice and was still too sweet for me. The salted egg foam was very good. I'd say it's definitely a worthwhile treat and bats with some of the best boba shops in Bellaire for customizability, but it is not somewhere I'll go back to regularly because it is too pricey. If you're going after special custom milk tea drinks without caring about the price, it is definitely a great spot for that!

I tried a few drinks at Bep Sai Thanh and they were all surprisingly good. The Coco Matcha was creamy and well-balanced, not too sweet. The Pistachio Matcha Latte had a rich, nutty flavor that paired really nicely with the matcha — very unique. My favorite was the Yogurt with Cheesy Pandan Jelly Pearl. The yogurt was refreshing, and the pandan jelly pearls were chewy with a light cheesy taste that made the drink fun and different. Overall, great flavors and creative combinations. Definitely worth trying if you like matcha or something a bit different from regular drinks. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just tried the Mango Passion Fruit Tea and it was amazing The mango flavor is sweet and refreshing, and the passion fruit adds a perfect tangy twist. It’s super fruity, light, and not overly sweet, which makes it really easy to enjoy. The drink tastes very fresh and is perfect for a hot day. If you love tropical flavors, you definitely need to try this one. Highly recommend!

I took a little detour on my way home to try this place and it didn’t disappoint. I love matcha so I had to try theirs and it was delicious! I also tried their yogurt and it was different but good. Customer service was very good. The place is small and not too crowded on a Thursday afternoon so I was able to sit down and enjoy my drinks. Calm and relaxed ambiance.

Me and my girl got the thai green tea with grass jelly boba and pandan jelly boba and a special oolong milk tea with grass jelly boba. We got a thai green tea jelly on the side too. The drinks were rich and flavorful and had a perfect balance of milk and tea. Eating the toppings by themself is so good but with the drink makes th even better. Quan gave the best customer service and hes so handsome 😍. Best believe this is my favorite boba spot from now on.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I got the chrysanthemum and grape fruit tea and it was so refreshing and delicious!! My favorite food items were the crab egg rolls and the soy dac biet!! Everything was so tasty and authentic! The service was so quick too for all that we ordered! The music and vibe is really good. I am definitely coming back!!

Wonderful service and food/drink. I felt compelled to get the bucket. They aim to please! If they run out of a boba, or anything, they'll let you know. If they ran out and didn't know, they'll work with you to find something great. The tea and shrimp tempura were delicious. Thank you for a great experience! Was looking for a nice boba shop after dinner with family, was around Bellaire area and decided to give Bep Sai Thanh a try. Drinks were delicious especially the Strawberry Matcha and Crab Egg Rolls. Extended family also enjoyed the seating, food and drinks. Perfect place to eat and relax with family.

The first time I came, it was for their tea buckets that I saw on social media, they put my contact information down to contact when they restocked the buckets. The following week, they texted me and I had 5 days to come in. When I did, they double checked my name and I was able to pick a purple cooler bucket filled with various jellos, and picked their lycee tea. The drink lasted all day! I was really surprised. I loved all the jellos. Some had cheese inside which really surprised me and I really liked it. The room was open and space ish and they had snacks for sell. I bought banh Trang cuon which was a very interesting rice wrap with mango, egg, beef jerky. It also has a slight kick. There's free parking out front too. I really liked the jellos. I would come back for another bucket of jello again. lol. Warning, the back of the bucket is not sealed. I spilled some tea in my car because I wanted to share all of this with my husband. :(

I went here 2 days in a row and I'm sorta obsessed. I had the Green Thai Milk Tea and Oolong Milk Tea, both 50% sweet and were amazing. Highly recommend. This is very similar to a place I went to in Orange County called Unu Cafe, which I love. However, Bep Sai Thanh is more expensive as they charge per topping. My drink ended up being $10 because of all the toppings I added. Whereas at Unu, it's one set price for ~$7 and it comes with 6 toppings. Bep Sai Thanh has a huge menu of drinks and snacks. I love that they offer over 20 toppings, it's quite overwhelming. Both times I visited, they ran out of black pearls. But the staff recommended oolong pearls which have very similar texture. They're delicious! I also loved the various flavors of crystal pearls and the Thai green milk tea jelly. The yellow creamy kitten paw jelly was very cheesy, which I surprisingly enjoyed. The best way to describe the flavor is that it's very similar to the Ritz cheese dip with the breadstick crackers that I ate growing up. My husband and sister weren't fans of it, but the cheese flavor is so nostalgic to me! I would go here every day if I could.

Every drink and dish was so good!! I got the chrysanthemum grape tea and it was so refreshing. Perfect for the summer! The crab egg rolls and combination sticky rice were my favorites!! Everything came out so quick too! The employees were very friendly and sweet! The vibe inside felt so comforting like I was back in Vietnam! I would definitely come back to try the rest of the menu!

I visited this spot because I've been hearing a lot of good things about it. I got the green thai tea for myself and a regular milk tea for my sister. The drinks were too sweet for our taste, even with 50% less sugar. The toppings are very unique, but a bit pricey. I got the pandan jelly cheese ball and the taste was a bit strange to me. However, the service was great and I still enjoyed my drink and finished all the jelly. While I wasn't blown away, I would come back and try their other drinks and toppings! Be mindful that they do not offer any dairy-free milk options.

The manager Quan was the absolute pinnacle of customer service and to top it off the drink was great! I got special oolong milk tea with cheese jelly!

Not a bad place, however there are other better options in my opinion. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The store is decorated well as well. One of the drinks I like here is the Sen Oolong tea with milk foam on top.

The yogurt and bong lan trung muoi are very tasty! I have not tried the drink but will definitely try next time!

This place is small but very clean and bright. They have boba drinks, snacks and dessert. The service was very friendly and helpful. The Nem Tre Tron was very tasty and refreshing.

Favorite drink spot in Chinatown! Better than your typical boba spots all the drinks are elevated and very refreshing! Takes awhile to make but definitely worth the wait or call ahead! We always order the Thai sour plum, refreshing artichoke and the chestnut coconut pandan drink. The special Thai green milk tea is good too and yogurt drink is good if you like the Asian yogurt it's very thick! Definitely must try spot it's worth the drive!

I don't usually give a bad review but this time they made my order so wrong. I ordered 2 oolong milk tea no ice, half sweet but I received 2 milk tea with full of ice and regular sweet. :( and they didn't bother to fill all the way up my milk tea. What's wrong with this store. They always have problems with their ice options.

I would hate to give bad review but it's deserving. Service was not great, waited for two drinks and they were sitting on the counter and said they were mines. The manager said it wasn't.... After 15mins, they were min le drink to order...salted egg foam drink wasn't made to look anything like the image. Tasted not so great, took two sips and threw the rest away. Waste of $9.00 drink, drink are not reasonable, the front desk order some topping wrong, not my fault, my manager asked me for the .75 difference. It's principle not the money

In order to pay with card, Apple Pay, etc, the minimum order amount is $10. If you can't reach the $10 they charge "minimum fees" to get to $10. Also no wifi for customers in 2025 is unacceptable.

Yesterday,by to buy some cool water and poured it into a glass to drink right away, but the water was thick and sour.

I was really disappointed with the tea selections here in Bellaire until I found this shop. I've been searching for a place that sells chrysanthemum tea. My friend and I decided to get a drink, and we're glad we stopped by. Not only is the tea high quality, but the flavors are also rich. I will definitely come back. The customer service, including the owner Khanh himself, was excellent. He was kind enough to let us sample his most popular item on the menu, the "chestnut dessert." It tastes just like a Thai dessert--creamy, lightly sweetened, and loaded with toppings. But the chrysanthemum tea really stole the show. If you don't have a sweet tooth, I highly recommend getting it with 0% sugar. The drink is a 12/10. The aroma of the chrysanthemum is enhanced by the sweet and tart notes of the grape. Not to mention, the atmosphere and the aesthetic of the shop are very calming.

I ordered taro milk tea, and they took more than 30 minutes for making only one drink. They also forgot to put my toppings which i already paid for. Really disappointed with this kind of service.

I got the oolong milk tea with salted egg pearl. The tea flavor was really strong which is great and the salted egg pearl really didn't have the salted egg flavor. It tasted like sweet cream cheese and it was delicious. My brother got the special thai green tea with green tea jello. The floral notes and tea flavor was strong in the tea and the green tea jello. The green tea jello wasn't really sweet. The drinks here are not as sweet as other boba tea places or average US sweetness levels. I love their unique toppings and their prices are more reasonable than other boba places that offer cream jello so I definitely will come back to try their other drinks and their snacks. Only thing I wish they had was the basil popcorn chicken and the other snacks like fried fish balls, etc.. that are typical at other boba places.

If I could give 0 star, I would. We ordered the rambutan milk tea without ice and the cup was 1/3 full. I kid you not. The taste was alright but we didn't understand how a restaurant can serve a cup 1/3 full at full price. We also ordered some sticky rice, which is pricey at right under $15! The rice was too soggy for my preference, and the sautéed hearts and gizzards were way too salty. Never. Coming. Back.

Good Nem!!! My favorite so far. I do come back for tgose. I like the drinks too. Will work my way slowly to the whole menu
