Came for drinks after having lunch. Followed the sign on the building but after parking and heading to there I was a bit disoriented because the door had no signage. It was all covered with wooden slats and just the "open" sign. I hesitantly opened the door and found a bustling bubble tea shop within. Did not try any food but the drinks were very good. Their pearl balls are huge! I liked the cheesy pandan jelly pearls and the aloe vera toppings but the black pearls I did not like. It had a hint of an eastern medicinal taste to it that turned me off on it. Definitely did not taste like the usual tapioca pearls. I like the vibe of the place. Good for friends to meet and enjoy a drink and catch up on conversations. The counter staff was also attentive and ready to take orders and drinks did not take too long to come out considering how busy the place was while we were there.

Great customer service, clean location. Usually ample seating since most people take their orders to go. One gender neutral restroom. Prices on drinks are slightly higher than other similar places.

There are many yummy drinks with their homemade toppings to choose from. We tried the Golden Lotus tea, Rambutan milk tea, and Thai Sour Plum. They also have the drink bucket option for $20. The crab egg rolls were really good too. Nice staff, great atmosphere. Will be back to try the others.

They have the best delicious milk tea drink and Vietnamese snack. I had yogurt with cheese jelly boba, mango fruit tea with passion fruit milk jelly. The sticky rive with crab meat is also delightful.

Went here to try the Taro milk and I can I was not disappointed and extremely satisfied! Not only was the drink amazing but the vibes and service was just as incredible. The restaurant is decorated beautifully and very peaceful for studying or just having a nice chat with friends. I will be coming back!

Drinks are good but customer service from the cashier extremely bad. Ordered 2 drinks and asked for a cup holder. Cashier gave me the cup holder and watch me put the drinks in myself. Gave me an attitude when asked for a cup holder. Cup holder didn’t even work and she just stood there watching me without offering to help. Acting like it’s not her job. Will not be coming back again.
