Travel + Leisure Editorial Guidelines
"Launched as a small villa collection at a family-run beach hotel, the offering currently includes two ocean-view villas (with another planned) and emphasizes light, airy bedrooms and generous outdoor entertaining spaces. Villa One features six en-suite pearly, lightwood bedrooms, an outdoor dining gazebo and a private Jacuzzi, while Coral Hill is a five-bedroom home with a master suite occupying an entire floor; both come with dedicated butlers and private chefs. Because flight schedules to the island are limited, the hotel eases access with its own short-flight service from nearby hubs." - Mary Holland
"With its own shuttle flight service from St. Lucia andBarbadosand an unbeatable location on one of the Caribbean’s most picturesque stretches of sand, Bequia Beach Hotel is an island unto itself. The 10-acre property, easily Bequia’s most luxurious, also includes a spa, two swimming pools, two restaurants, and a canvas-tented bar on nearby Princess Margaret Beach, plus 56 individually appointed rooms and suites furnished in an eclectic, island-chic style (think red four-poster beds, wicker armchairs, and palm-accented throw pillows). Adventurous types can take advantage of the hotel’s free sports equipment (including kayaks, paddleboards, and bikes), while those who prefer more subdued activities can opt for complimentary yoga classes."

My family booked Villa One for the last week of November - and we had an absolutely amazing vacation. Aoife, Asha, and Ariella made sure that we were always well taken care of - and by the end of the trip they felt like they were part of the family.||The villa itself is gorgeous - spacious and luxurious with world class views. Kids and adults all loved the private pool and the beach was just a short stroll away. The ocean water was so refreshing and the resort had a great casual but upscale beach vibe. ||We enjoyed lunch at Bagatelle, both in the outdoor lounge by one of the pools and also on the deck overlooking the ocean. And we drank many Pina Coladas at Beach Bar!||This is a great spot for relaxing - it's exactly what a Caribbean vacation should be about. Walking down the beach barefoot with our sandals in our hands felt like we were living in a tv commercial for the islands.||Thank you to the entire staff that contributed to our incredible, memorable trip.

We arrived early (11am) therefore our room wasn’t available but because we were traveling with a young toddler the staff had offered us a temporary room to use as needed while we waited which was much appreciated. The villa with a pool that we had was beautiful, the grounds were well maintained and gorgeous. The front desk team helped with taxis and even helped organize our taxi after arriving on the mainland after our ferry. It was an amazing experience overall.

My wife and I have just returned from a very relaxing stay at the BBH. Our first time to the island. We had a very tight turnaround following our main flight into Barbados, there was no need to worry, the super efficient ground team transferred us away from the main arrivals area into a cosy private section where we could relax and await our little 18 seater plane to Bequia (via Mustique no less!), hold luggage and all with loads of time to spare. Our room at BBH was an ocean front ground floor apartment and the views were as good if not better than any we have experienced elsewhere in the Caribbean (which is a lot!). A couple of small hitches were dealt with most efficiently by the new General Manager Katie and Balinese Chef Sumen. In fact thereafter the service/attention we received was as good as we've had anywhere in the world quite literally. When staying bug spray is an absolute necessity as the sandflies make an appearance around 4pm and do nip! We had a lovely 2.5 hour tour of the tiny island finishing off for lunch at Jack's, again very good service (the two properties belong to the same company). We preferred BBH beach to Jack's even though it is on the Atlantic side as the sea was rarely anything more than slightly wavy and fine for swimming. TOP TIP: go shoulder season for a wonderfully quiet beach with none of that reserving towels on beds business we all loathe.

Stunning location and very relaxing. Junior Suite was spacious and well furnished. Staff were friendly and helpful. Other guests were also very friendly and sociable. Food had highs and lows - grilled lobster with mac and cheese at Jacks was excellent.

Beautiful hotel, staff are exceptional and the views wonderful. My room was kept clean and Ann Marie was great. The food was very good and as a solo visitor I was made most welcome. Kate's cocktail parties were lovely.

The best kept secret in the Grenadines! Everything about this hotel is 5 star and holds a high bar for everything related to a well run hotel. The location is remote compared to many of the more popular Caribbean islands, but if you are looking for beauty, top notch service, excellent restaurants, and superb accommodations, the Bequia Beach Hotel is waiting for you.
