Berberè Pizzeria San Frediano

Pizza is delicious. You can taste tge fresh and quality ingredients. Atmosphere is warm and relaxing. Prices are amazing, considering the quality of the place. We’re staying in Florence for two weeks and have been here a few times already!

This was the best pizza I have ever had in my life. We loved it so much, we went twice in our trip. A lot of times with artisan pizza, the middle just isn’t quite baked all the way through and is a little soggy. But this pizza had a thick sourdough crust and was perfectly baked all the way through. I highly recommend the Bologna pizza, which pretty much had hash browns on it and was topped with mortadella. Fantastic. Anybody looking for good pizza in Florence should definitely make an effort to go here. I recommend going right when they open, especially in the evening, as seats seem to fill quickly!

We loved the pizza so much!. Our first meal at Florence. We chose this restaurant based on Google reviews. Not disappointed. You can taste the freshness of all ingredients. Love the thin and crispy crust. Just grab some good quality pizza here if you are in the area.

We enjoyed the Margherita, Ortolana and Norma pizzas. Each pizza tasted super fresh and uniquely flavored in terms of both the sauce and toppings. Portion size / pizza size was also good. 3-4 pizzas could serve 5 people. The staff was super kind in marking which items on the menu were vegetarian and helping us pick between them. 10/10 recommend!

Can't speak more highly of this Pizzeria. The staff are so lovely and the food is incredible. We've dined in and taken away and always enjoyed it. We'll certainly come back if we find ourselves in Florence again.

One of the best Pizza in Florence for sure! Delicious fresh ingredients. Great friendly service and very well priced. Excellent experience from start to finish. I also highly recommend the Italian Mole Cola that they sell here it is delicious and goes a treat with the pizza. There was gluten free options for people who need it and the craft beer is great too!
