Berd's Hotel

Great rooms, great hotel. Will be definitely returning there when visiting Chisinau. The only thing which I'd like to bring to your attention and which i don't think is ok for that kind of hotel, is that while checking out we had to wait until someone would go to our rooms and check if indeed we hadn't used anything from the mini bar, as we had stated. Completely unnecessary and unfit to the general experience. Otherwise everything esle was great.

Highly proffesional and friendly approach towards guest. Modern and clean rooms and venues. Good food and concerned to meet the requests of the guests. The Spa-area and lounge area was a positive bonus. Really recommend Berd´s hotel both for hotel stay but also for organizing conferences du to their proffesionalism and concerns to meet the needs of the guests.

Very clean rooms, good breakfast, good staff, yet considering the price, it should have been perfect, but there is always something to improve. Smoking area is outside the hotel in the street, when you get out in the evening to smoke, every 2nd unknown guy from the street asks for a cigarette. All of them look unsafe as the hotel is in close proximity to the central bus station and street market...In such a hotel there should be a closed smoking area so that the guest does not need to interact with someone not from the hotel. Overall, the location is not good. But overall nice.

World Class experience. Excellent architecture down to the wall to wall to floor marble in the bathroom, one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever had to enjoy, and extremely warm hospitality by a very attentive team with incredible service. Alexandru (spell ?) at the front desk was awesome and went beyond the call of duty to make everything even more perfect. Thank You, Accor and thank you, Berds !

Loved everything about this hotel. Great eye for local details in the design and everything is superb quality (sheets, amenities). Perhaps towels could be of a bit better quality. The food was amazing! Both breakfast and dinner was so tasty and of excellent quality! Would go back to just eat here for a weekend

Best hotel in Chisinau which can take 200£ per night because other hotels are overpriced.|Sleeping quality was superb, service was excellent. Service in rooms was great also add ons great, surprised me that even sleepers you can home :) definitely worth it and I will definitely will comeback soon.

The hotel is very nice. Attention is paid to the details. The stuff knows how to make you welcome and taken care of. The overall experience is excellent.
