Although we basically had the place to ourselves, it also seems popular with local tour guides taking people out in the glass bottom boat. We went snorkelling, had a glass bottom boat trip to the Japanese Garden, C130, tank and sunken reef ship, enjoyed the pools (some closed in winter as is typical everywhere in Jordan it seems), beach bar, swing, changing rooms, free snorkel equipment and beach towels provided. They also have yoga classes in the evening and loads of other activities during the day.
If you have a car, you can stay in a town centre hotel and then take the short drive out here and use Berenice Beach during the day rather than one of the more expensive resort hotels.
