"Aqaba isn’t considered a prime beach destination, and indeed the city’s public beach is a slightly seedy affair. Instead, head just outside town to Berenice Beach Club. The private resort occupies nearly half a mile of beachfront in the heart of Aqaba Marine Park and has all the facilities you need for a day in the sun, from shaded loungers on the sand and a series of landscaped swimming pools to several restaurants and shops selling beachwear. If you want to get active, you can snorkel on the nearby reef, parasail, water-ski, or even take a boat cruise around the surrounding islands. The $14 single-day entry tickets conveniently include transportation from the center of Aqaba."

There was virtually no one there during the week. Nice place, you can order tasty food. The resort is pleasant, but I wouldn't call it luxurious. However, there is nothing to complain about.

It’s a very nice beach club with lots of swimming pools and they offer diving and glass boat rides. Food and drinks are not allowed to bring in, but you can purchase food while you’re here.

I loved this place, I mean absolutely loved it. First of all, it’s reasonable, 13JD entrance per person and I really appreciated that there are pool options for families, adults, and then there is a REAL beach, I kid you not when I tell you that I just snorkeled the whole time in the beach because it was so fun, and I played volleyball and liked the activities that they gave us. We didn’t order any food while there, but it seemed reasonably priced and not bad for the fact that you’re at a beach club. However, The only thing I would rate down, is man oh man, one of their employees, a female one, who’s name I still remember, but for the sake of not getting her fired was the MOST unprofessional human being ever and so disrespectful, I waited so long to rent snorkeling gear and she kept mentioning the price over and over again when I told her I’m not asking you about the price, just give me the gear, like girl, stop. Then I waited for her for so long to give me the gear, she didn’t clean it and I had to ask for it to be cleaned, I mean thank goodness for her colleagues who literally saved her from getting reprimanded by me, they switched out my gear, because she gave me a faulty one and cleaned it, bless their hearts, but her unprofessionalism had no bounds, of course, we waited for a half and hour to get back my i.d. that she misplaced and I saw how she spoke to other customers, she could have been the make or break for a good weekend. Also; that ladies bathroom needs some cleaning Ms. Attitude Lady

13 JOD (around 17€) entrance fee with no need to book in advance. Almost on the border with Saudi Arabia!! Perfect place to relax, have fun, enjoy the beach by the Red Sea with no fear or tension.. a very well deserved relaxing time after our full Petra day. They have a restaurant (2 actually, one being by the beach) and also offer a loooot of water activities: boat, jet skiing, snorkeling and many more (even a yoga class at the beach that started around sunset time - that, by the way, was soooo beautiful). the best time there. The pools are also very great. Totally recommended!!

I recently had the pleasure of spending a day at Berenice Beach in Aqaba, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This private beach offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, making it an ideal spot for anyone visiting Aqaba.Location and Ambiance: Berenice Beach is nestled along the Red Sea, offering stunning views of the clear blue waters and the surrounding mountains. The beach is well-maintained, with clean sand and plenty of space to relax. The ambiance is tranquil and exclusive, providing a peaceful retreat from the more crowded public beaches in the area.Facilities: The facilities at Berenice Beach are top-notch. There are comfortable loungers and umbrellas available, and the beach is equipped with clean restrooms and showers. The beach club also offers a range of activities, from swimming in the clear waters to snorkeling and diving, which are absolute must-tries. The coral reefs just off the shore are teeming with marine life, making it a paradise for underwater enthusiasts.Service: The staff at Berenice Beach are incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile and offered assistance with anything we needed. The service throughout the day was impeccable, with staff regularly checking in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we required.Food and Drink: The beach club has a restaurant and bar that serves a variety of delicious food and drinks. We enjoyed a refreshing cocktail while lounging by the beach, and the lunch we had at the restaurant was both delicious and reasonably priced. The menu offers a good selection of local and international dishes, catering to a wide range of tastes.Activities: In addition to the stunning beach and water activities, Berenice Beach offers a range of other activities, including boat tours, parasailing, and a seawater swimming pool. There's also a designated area for children, making it a great spot for families. We particularly enjoyed the snorkeling trip, where we had the chance to explore the vibrant coral reefs and spot some incredible marine life.Value for Money: While Berenice Beach is a private beach with an entrance fee, I found the experience to be worth every penny. The exclusivity, cleanliness, and range of activities available make it a worthwhile investment for anyone looking to enjoy a premium beach experience in Aqaba.Overall Experience: Berenice Beach is a hidden gem in Aqaba. Whether you're looking to relax by the water, explore the underwater world, or enjoy some great food and drinks, this beach has something for everyone. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Aqaba—it's a place you won't want to miss!

A very beautiful, clean, elegant, quiet location, where you can relax on the beach. The glass bottom boat ride was great, you can see huge corals and all kinds of wrecks and you can also snorkel. For swimming in the sea, it is good to have slippers, the pebbles are a bit disturbing. Lunch and service, very good! The owner, very kind, talked with us and we met Rio, the most beautiful and playful puppy! 🥰

Basically had the place to ourselves! Absolutely fantastic place to spend a day in Aqaba. Food and drink are a bit pricey, but not more than expected for a resort. The snorkeling was incredible, but I would recommend bringing your own snorkel gear if you’re going multiple days.
