Very clean and modern hotel room in an ideal location in the new town. Only a 10 min walk to the carriage to go up to the old town. Right on the shopping street with good choice of restaurants and bars nearby. Room was a good size and very tidy.

The rooms at nice and clean, but the service is unreachable, for the registration link we had to wait for 5 hours, and we ask for the breakfast, they send us a bill, we paid that, but they for got to tell us where we have to go for breakfast, because there is no service person in this hotel, but after a phone call on of the staff told us that they don’t serve breakfast! Good luck for us to receive our money back

Such a late response! Such a slow communication. The WhatsApp assistant is extremely slow... I have no words!!! Zero communication when it comes to a room problem! It smells like food from a restaurant downstairs. The location is very good, clean rooms, that's all.

Zero stars - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Avoid at all costs — this place is a scam, not a hotel. Booked via booking.com. Prior to arrival (and following a direct payment to the hotel via their internal portal - which by the way is against booking.com policies), I pre-warned them of our late check in to ensure I would be able to access my room! I was subsequently bombarded with multiple phishing messages demanding bank details or facing cancellation. Upon arrival, after a delayed flight, the self-check-in system was COMPLETELY BROKEN leaving us stranded at a locked door with no one to support or assist and no emergency number to call. An hour of futile attempts, unanswered calls, app downloads, and error messages later, we were left stranded at 2:30AM in an unfamiliar city and forced to pay out of pocket for another hotel. The customer service? Abysmal. Rude, dismissive, and blatantly dishonest — they blamed us, refused a refund, and then marked us as a NO-SHOW in order to double-charge via Booking.com (no show fee). This is FRAUD, plain and simple. I paid twice for a room I never entered and am still chasing a refund weeks later. Absurd and appalling. Steer well clear unless you want your trip ruined, your money stolen, and your sanity tested. Shame I didn’t read the reviews beforehand - many people having the same dreadful experience! Beware and steer clear!

Overall good hotel with excellent location and digital reception and check-in . Couple poor things, room service left old pillow case in the bed, toilet brush is broken and not changed at room service, bathroom/toilet doors can’t be locked, coffees not updated at room service. But all that is forgotten because of the view from the balcony. ;) However, Thank You from Latvia Formula 1 fans!

Wonderful room. Location exceptional. Just needs sockets by bed to charge phones but overwise, a perfect place to stay.

Totally Scam We tried to make a reservation for one day through the booking app, but due to a malfunction the app booked the next available date instead. We immediately called the property to inform them. They said they would follow up, but did nothing. For four full days they ignored our messages on the booking platform, and only afterwards replied that the booking was “non-refundable.” This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate scam.

Nice, clean and big room with basic neat furniture. Great location nearby Restaurants, shopping, coffee Shops, Alta Città funiculare.
