Zero stars - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Avoid at all costs — this place is a scam, not a hotel.
Booked via booking.com. Prior to arrival (and following a direct payment to the hotel via their internal portal - which by the way is against booking.com policies), I pre-warned them of our late check in to ensure I would be able to access my room! I was subsequently bombarded with multiple phishing messages demanding bank details or facing cancellation.
Upon arrival, after a delayed flight, the self-check-in system was COMPLETELY BROKEN leaving us stranded at a locked door with no one to support or assist and no emergency number to call. An hour of futile attempts, unanswered calls, app downloads, and error messages later, we were left stranded at 2:30AM in an unfamiliar city and forced to pay out of pocket for another hotel.
The customer service? Abysmal. Rude, dismissive, and blatantly dishonest — they blamed us, refused a refund, and then marked us as a NO-SHOW in order to double-charge via Booking.com (no show fee). This is FRAUD, plain and simple. I paid twice for a room I never entered and am still chasing a refund weeks later. Absurd and appalling.
Steer well clear unless you want your trip ruined, your money stolen, and your sanity tested.
Shame I didn’t read the reviews beforehand - many people having the same dreadful experience! Beware and steer clear!
