Lovely room, we'll furnished and immaculately clean just 10 minutes from the train station and on the main boulevard leading to the old town. Check in awkward but someone waiting to great us. Felt a bit unnecessary since online instructions were spot on.

Its a ”hotel” of nightmare. Absolutely terrible. Stay away. THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. BARELY 1 star!!!!!!’ Here are the facts: - When I arrived the code for the premises and the room didn’t work. Even though it should have been activated. Tried to contact the service phone and called constantly for 45 minutes. No answers just an answering machine with music. Finally got them to open the front door after all the calls. But now now the door to the room didn’t work. Had to start to call again but they answered at least after 10 minutes. And they activated the code but had to wait. So all in all it took almost 1 hour to get in to the room. Absolut disgrace. - The bed is absolutely horrible. Like a wooden plank. Must be the cheapest they found. - The A/ac doesn’t work but it wasn’t even any inflow of air so the oxygen was eliminated after 2-3 hours. So had to open the window in the middle of the night not outside was a outside fan creating noice so had to look for my earbuds in the middle of the night. Luckily I had them with me. - Suddenly in the night the dead A/C wakes up and creates a horrific high sound. Like an airplane in the room. But still no air flowing in despite this high noice. Couldn’t stop it so just had to wait it out and finally after 5-10 minutes it stopped. Terrible. - The safety box didn’t work and requested if they could fix it approx 15 minutes after I got in to the room arriving day. Still 2 days after no sound a from them and they didn’t fix it. Didn’t work the stay. Really poor service. It’s the worst ”hotel” I have ever stayed in over my frequent travel for 35 years. It’s a horrible place and a hotel of nightmare. Stay away from it.

I reserved through Booking.com and started receiving messages asking me to update my personal and credit card information, or my booking would be canceled. They tried to get me to use a specific link and said I needed to do it within 6 hours. I received many messages like that, and of course, I ignored them. I eventually canceled my booking because it felt like a scam, and I didn’t want to end up without accommodation.

the worst experience with a hotel. Check-in is done by phone. The code to enter the room arrives with a delay of 30 min. No one answers the phone, there is no one to help you. I stayed in front of the door for an hour because no one answered the phone and because after checking in I didn't receive any code. The heating in the room was done with an air conditioner that did not cope. it was cold in the room.

Very bad experience, was not able to access the room via their code and was no help via customer service. I would not recommend this place!

There was no instruction about check in and they left us to wait 30 mins before they let us in. The staff doesn’t speak proper English and their customer service is really bad. Also there is no heating inside, you have to use only the ac which is set at maximum 21 degrees. Do not recommend.

Lovely rooms, central, bus and train 5 mins away, short walk to funicular to Citi alta.

I've been there with my colleagues for a weekend and i was expecting everything to be bad after the reviews i read here, but honestly everything was AMAZING! Rooms were clean, no problems with access code, the view was beautiful, the place is very beautiful and peacefully. Also there is access to train/bus station, market, stores, restaurant, cafe. I would deffinetly come back here! Thank you!
