Berghotel Randolins St. Moritz

A wonderful stay. The general managers were very hands on and omnipresent. We were there for Christmas and while enjoying complimentary mulled wine, we were charmed by them while enjoying the incredible scenery. The rooms are clean and Alpine decor, the buffet breakfast a good range of cold cuts, continental, bacon and eggs and the on site restaurants both reasonably priced with a good range of good Swiss cuisine (with lots of cheese lol). Complimentary shuttle to the train station also much appreciated and spa/wellness Centre had everything from outdoor hot tub to steam and dry sauna.

We stayed 7 nights at this hotel in St. Moritz and had a very comfortable experience. The location is ideal for skiing—about a 7-minute walk to the Suvretta chairlifts—and the hotel also offers quick shuttle runs. A special mention to the drivers, who were consistently punctual and helpful. Our suite had a beautiful view, and the restaurant also looks out over impressive scenery, which made meals especially enjoyable. The restaurant staff were attentive and efficient, which was much appreciated after a full day on the slopes. Overall, it’s a well-located hotel with great views and reliable, friendly service.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The shuttle service was very convenient and always on time, which made getting around super easy. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful — their service really made a difference. The spa was a real treat — relaxing, clean, and perfect after a long day. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. We stayed in a South Room with a beautiful view. Everything was lovely except it was very warm inside so needed to have the window open and we were just above the outside spa which at times was extremely noisy. There are both inside and outside spas as well as saunas and relaxation rooms. This was very enjoyable after a days hiking. There are different buildings which house different levels of accommodation. Breakfast was fantastic as were all the staff. Nothing was too hard for them. The one dinner we ate was very average though.

We had a wonderful stay at Berghotel Randolins. From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated Davide's recommendation on hiking options. Although the hotel is located outside of St. Moritz, we found it easy to get around different parts of town using the chairlifts, gondolas, funicular, and public buses (all of which was complimentary at the time we stayed due to a special Engadin visitor's pass), though we did have a steep walk back from the final bus station. We enjoyed breakfast and a half-board dinner at the hotel, and everything was consistently fresh and well-prepared. The room itself was clean and comfortable. We also took advantage of the included wellness spa facility and were pleasantly surprised to find it not at all crowded. Highly recommend Berghotel Randolins for an active and laid-back stay near St. Moritz.

St. Moritz in autumn is simply magnificent.|The landscape is a breathtaking symphony of color — golden trees reflected in crystal-clear turquoise lakes, all framed by the whie, snow-capped mountain peaks, and a deep blue sky.||The hotel is located in the renowned Suvretta area, just a few minutes from the town center, with a shuttle service available upon request. It features a small but excellent wellness area complete with a sauna, steam bath, and both indoor and outdoor whirlpools.||The on-site restaurants serve hearty, well-crafted dishes accompanied by a smakk but carefully curated selection of wines. The rooms are spotless and leave nothing to be desired, while the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. The value for money is, quite frankly, outstanding.||Overall, our stay was short but wonderfully revitalizing — and we can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this beautiful mountain hotel in St. Moritz was absolutely amazing! The views, the atmosphere, and the service were all perfect. A special shout-out to Davide, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable , he was incredibly helpful, super friendly, and always in such a great mood! Absolutely worth your visit. Everything was magical and completed with the best amenities and the location is perfect. We loved our stay here. Shuttle to and from the station very convenient.
