A really great hotel with lovely rooms, friendly and helpful staff, situated on the hillside above St Moritz. We took the half-board package, which was very good value as the breakfast buffet and dinners were excellent. We particularly appreciated the spa, the free ski lift/public transport cards and the shuttle service. Highly recommended!

Our stay was incredible. It is advertised as a 3-star hotel, but it should have a 4-star rating for sure. We came for the view, it did not dissapoint.|We had a room in the main house, it was modern and incredibly clean. The spa is is in another house, but the hot tub with the mountain view was incredible. Also have a steam bath there and a Finnish sauna. The parking is free. They also have a shuttle to get you to the city center and back. We had breakfast included, also with amazing view and plenty of options. You can go with dinner included, but we went with a reservation at the restaurant for the a la carte menu and went for the delicious fondue, worth it. |I liked their attention to details from chocolates in the room to free water in the wellness area and all the staff was smiling and friendly. |Highly recommend.

The setting, staff and service was superb. Booked a couple of nights rather than doing the Bernina Express by way of a day trip and am so pleased we did. Although St Moritz centre was a little uninspiring (posh shops and 1970’s slab architecture), and expensive, the hotel was just a mile outside nestled in the hills. The service and satisfaction were encountered early with messages about the stay before hand and on arrival with complimentary minibus transfer. At the hotel, we were greeted like old friends with full explanations of all our queries before going to the accommodation, called the broom cupboard. Yes it was small, but adequate with lovely one of the lakes. Two nights meant a free pass for any mode of transport in the Engadin Valley which allowed us to use chairlift, funicular and cable car to Piz Nair. The walking was fab. We took the HB mostly based on the distance from the centre and it was good value. Two staff were particularly good to us Sergio and Lorena. Along with others they really made us strangers feel welcome and at home. Not by any extravagance but by being friendly helpful and doing the basics well. Thank you

Super hotel with great location. Rooms, food and staff were all excellent. I can hardly wait to return next year!|We had free bus/train tickets as we stayed 4 nights and were able to explore the area and experience some amazing hiking!

Don’t really care about their customers. We had booked a family room when our son got a viral infection with 40 degrees fever a day before arrival (during low season, last weekend of June). Despite a certificate of the hospital there was Zero refund nor any recognition in form of at least some discount offered for a next stay. Only offer was to send a cancellation notice for an insurance claim despite the fact that we told them that we didn’t have a travel insurance and hence no claim was possible. Discussion ended by being told to get an insurance in the future… Kind of would have expected a bit more empathy by a family hotel in such a situation - especially during low season, where there isn’t much opportunity cost of an empty room.

Summer stay review.|Expensive for what it is. First time I have been charged for tap water (there is a story around supporting a cause but they only charge you for it if you haven’t ordered alcohol…).|Pros: great location, clean.|Cons: poor value for money, mediocre service, mediocre food, no pool.

Great customer service, nice comfortable, clean room. The food was delicious. The location was beautiful above the townsite of St. Moritz,

Randolins offers a great alternative to the overpriced places in St. Moritz - great rooms, very friendly people and good food at a reasonable price. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to the train station and ski lift. Perfect. And you get the ski pass at a discount! We will be back next year.
