Berghotel Riederfurka

Great location at the top of the slopes, easy to access hiking and skiing trails. Very cool view of the Alps from the top, and the staff is very nice. Unfortunately, I was locked out one night and no one could let me in until the morning. Other than that, was a great experience, and definitely worth it!

Very nice place to stop by after a hiking day. Toilets are impeccable. I would recommend to take the Raclette menu offer, since it's pretty affordable and tastes great.

We had lunch here with a large group after a mesmerizing winter hike from the Hoohfluh to the Berghotel. Staff is very friendly and passionate about what they serve. The view from the Berghotel restaurant is enchanting. At the end of our meal we were offered some 'Italian hospitality' in the form of a digestivo, since we enjoyed an extensive lunch. The house Grappa is an absolute recommender!

Almost died of dehydration in the swiss alps. Helicopter had to evacuate us from the mountain. Somehow they think its normal to deny people access to water. The only tap was secured and water inaccessible. There is not even 1 fountain on the whole mountain. Better go to the grisons or berner oberland if you dont want to carry 5l of water per person.

Great place to have a racket and or a beer after a long walk. Somewhat dated place but the location in fantastic.
