Bergrestaurant Brandegg

We got off from the train after visiting the Top of the Europe to have early lunch. The food was so delicious, and the best chickens I ever had. The view was great. We'll be going back there.

Right outside the train station, this restaurant is conveniently located as well as having amazing views. The meals were great and the service was excellent. The kids liked playing in the playground.

Great spot for a much needed drink and snack after walking down from Männlichen. The apple fritters were excellent!

Stopped here for lunch during our hike up to Brandegg. Sat at the sunny terrace and quickly had the best pasta of the area. Thankful to have visited this restaurant. Would recommend!

I’ve visited here in summer and winter. The apple donuts in batter with vanilla sauce are excellent. This time I also had the Brandegg speciality coffee. It tasted great.

Great Rosti and superb apple doughnuts...freshly made! Good for a break at the end of the long reds/blues down slopes towards Grindlewald. Right by the first train stop up on that side, so us good to go back up.

Stopped by hoping for dinner after completing our hike, as the restaurant is next door to the station. They were kind enough to make us dinner even though it was only a few minutes til closing. We enjoyed a (massive) burger and fries and a ham & cheese sandwich. The food was all good and came out fast. Loads of indoor seating and a huge outdoor patio with stunning views in all directions.

Location is good, service is horrible!!!! Waited over 50min...still no food. Was ready to walk away then the waitress ran and got us our really horrible tiny portion food which was thrown onto the plate. I highly recommend that no one goes here. It's a nightmare. Crowded with 3 service workers. Food is bad and portions tiny. Location is good, that's it.
