I had a great experience when working with Alex and Vinny. It was our first time looking for an apartment in Chicago and it couldn’t have gone better. They were both professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and kind. They both listened to exactly what we were looking for and it translated into the listings we toured. Whether it was communicating through email or by phone, it was easy and prompt. All of our questions and concerns were addressed and answered in a timely manner. I can tell they both care about finding their clients the perfect home. When the time comes, I will be using Alex and Vinny again to find my next place!

This review pertains specifically to the Lincoln Park office. In my experience, these folks do not protect the buyer's financial interests. My agent, Cindy Wilson, advised me to bid very high right at the outset, via an escalation rider. Then the sellers of my unit refused to allow the rider. At that point, Cindy refused to offer ANY input to help shape my bid. She had no "Plan B" to help me think through my decision in this pressured situation -- and she made no attempt to come up with one. Other agents I later spoke with found it inexplicable that no input was offered. Complaints to Cindy and to the team lead, Amanda Austin, went unanswered.

They deserve a negative review. Awful service, if you can call it that. As another reviewer stated, the "bosses" don't care that their "marketing" produces no results. If you want out of the contract, they insist you pay this outrageous, ineffective fee anyway. And they only seem to sell by lowering the price below market value.

I have had nothing but excellent service from my agent Desai Clay. He is a professional and puts the interest of his clients first. Working with him to rent a house in Chicago was a seamless process and he's also very communicative. I have zero complaints about the service I requested. I have value for my time working with him on this project. He is so patient and he follows through with every of my concerns. I will definitely use his services again in the future and will always recommend him to friends and families. a thank you Desai.

This review is specifically for Izetta Caroll our families previous real estate agent. I've posted an honest review on zillow about her back in October to only find that she is now demanding my parents to remove a review that I'm responsible for. Why? Everyone deserves the honest truth and if she can't deal with it then treat others the way you'd like to be treated! She made false promises to my parents, she did not disclose the type of tenant she found for them in our previous property (bad credit and a foreclosed propery mind you), when we chose to sell that property she verbally made a promise to my parents on the percentile she will be comissioning on which later she switched differently on paper. Btw she never communicated that change to my parents; if i had not read the whole entire document. Oh and she was rushing them to get the documents signed. In addition, her attitude and professionality is not up to par at all. And now she threatens my parents via email because of an HONEST REVIEW made? (which she had removed. lol) Truly, unrecommendable! Stay Away from Realtors/Brokers who can't handle the damn truth!

Had an absolutely terrible experience (or rather no experience) with an agent representing a rental property - Dave G. Took 4+ weeks to get a hold of (said he was "traveling") with no OOO email, text, etc. and the WRI Management group said we could only reach out to him. Once he got back, no apologies, no nothing, just a cancelled/no show showing for this we had scheduled to do. His justification? Sending a text/email saying there was going to be an open house at 9am the morning he sent the text, which he sent at 12:30 am. No talk of moving our already scheduled showing then being rude saying he was miles away and bailed based on a generic text. No ask to change but a note when we were sleeping. So unprofessional and not sure how he is even employed. Why would someone be so rude, and unwilling to do what is supposed to be their job?

Do not even call to that company... I've got terrible experience...they just set me up with the rent... Agent John Graft suggest me very good 2 bedroom apartment and took 50 $ for buck ground check... He knows that I need to move march 1and I put the request February 22 he call me back Feb 26 (it should be maximum 1 business day) and make me sure that I'm approved but just Feb 28 one day before my previous contract expire he call and told me that my application doesn't go thru because the copy of my pay check which I provide to him was not enough to the land lord of the building... It means that right now I going to move all my stuff to the motel and doesn't even know where should I leave all my furniture... I hope I gonna find something before my previous apartment will be rented...I hope that my bad experience with that comp will help you avoid the same mistakes....... P.S. Not good, avoid the 2301 N Clark office. Zero help, actually had services reneged post sale by agent because (God knows why) the company sent my feedback to the agent directly. Thank goodness Sellers agent helped me along when he noticed I "seemed to not be getting reasonable service." I've bought and sold with BHHS services, but I'm finished with them. I'll steer everyone I know to @properties in Chicago, positive feedback from many on their agents. Good luck!

First of all, if you have extra money and looking for greedy people to lose your money to, it is a very right place for you. We have chosen one of the agents from Berkshire and Hathaway based on a recommendation to sell our condo in uptown, Chicago. House was built in 2000 and is in great condition. My wife and I thought that the reasonable asking price is $355K. Our agent put our home in the market for $385K in mid May 2021 and we trusted him. I should say that he is a decent man; however, his strategy wasn't very brilliant. We kept loosing time while lots of condos were being sold around us because of the hot market. We asked him to drop the price and we went to $375K. We still couldn't bring good traffic. We went lower again to $360 and still no chance. Dropped again to our own initial thought, $355K and people started showing up but we already lost almost 50 days of market. Before we started this, we had purchased a house in a suburb and told our agent that we couldn't afford two mortgages and this unit must go before new mortgage's payments begins. Anyway with $355K we finally got one offer and buyer pulled out after the inspection since our agent wasn't there to address her immediate question/concern. So I informed the agent that we are not gonna go with them after 60 days. He showed for 2-4 groups and there wasn't any luck. I requested contract termination and I was told by his manager Michael Mazzei that we must pay cancelation fee, $1023.95. I did research and talked to few realtors and they all said after 60 days in the market no agency charges a client for cancelation fee since it is about them not being able to do their job. This is ridiculous but I am gonna post the photo of what they asked us to pay and I had to do so since I didn't have any time to lose and they took advantage of this in a very inhumanly way. These people ARE NOT there to help you for sure. After reading this review, if you are still willing to work with them, please please do yourself, your family and your bank account a favor and read the contract you are going to sign with them very very carefully. They know how to fool you.

This rating is specifically for the agent- Hilary Pender- who was the listing agent for the condo we purchased. She was extremely unresponsive, unprofessional and dishonest. She provided false information about HOA fees, rental cap and etc in favor of selling the condo. When we asked her to take the responsibility of all this false information, all we got was " listing is subject to error" in a very impolite and unprofessional language. Asking the building property manager, we realized that all the accurate information was given to the seller before listing date. In sum, you do not get to choose who is the listing agent but you can choose who you trust. Never trust her and this reality group.

We will never use or recommend Berkshire Hathaway Chicago in the future. Our experience with the company and realtor attempting to sell our property was unsatisfactory. As first-time sellers we had hoped that our realtor would look out for our best interest but this clearly was not the case. BH did not bring in any potential buyers to the property, they simply relied on other buyers to reach out and set up showings. Upon receiving our first offer (3 days after listing) we deeply regret our realtor's lack of experience in negotiations as they did not explain the terms the we were countering with. 'As is' was not a term we were familiar with and what we assumed turned out not to be the correct definition. Had we known what our realtor meant by 'As-is' we would have countered less aggressively. Additionally, our realtor was very aggressive in setting a high price for our property that inflated our sense of worth for the property. After seeing identical units in our building at lower prices, being sold quickly while we were on the market; we again regret not having better guidance from our realtor at the beginning. If we had been able to agree with the first offer we would have sold our property 11 months earlier and be 30k richer. Hindsight is 20/20. Our realtor did not even do the bare minimum as our property stood on the market, unoccupied for months. We broke the 1-year contract (penalty $1000+ with marketing collateral). In finding a new realtor and brokerage it was very important we did not repeat our mistakes made with signing our contract with BH. We learned this 1-year, binding contract is not common. Additionally, our new realtor explained how they would have expected BH to waive us from the penalties as they did not perform to acceptable standards/effort in attempting to sell our property. With our new realtor (not with BH) we accepted an offer within four months, despite being listed during the first surge of COVID19. The new realtor was actively engaged in bringing in their own clients to see the space; they were proactive in reaching out to potential buyers; they correctly assessed the value of our property so we would not have inflated expectations.

BEWARE...BEWARE...BEWARE...BEWARE!!!Northbrook, IL tried to sell my Barrington home and the realtors are novices and many can't answer a single question so BEWARE! Also before you sign up with Berkshire; read what happens if you're not happy with their level of service or experience ...YOU HAVR NO RIGHTS AND THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $1000's for canceling your contract! Also, don't try calling Koenig.....he'll never return your calls :( Use a larger and more experienced group like @Properties (largest in every neighborhood)

Buyer's Beware: I recently bought a home from Randie and agreements made verbally between her and my real estate agent and in writing through the lawyers were not honored, which is going to end up costing us about $1,000 that the seller was supposed to cover. When I brought up our agreement, she communicated to my realtor the day before closing that she had 4 other offers and her client was ready to walk. This indicates the house was being shown after we were under contract and that they were ready to break another agreement at the last minute after contracts were signed and significant earnest money provided. The condition of the house after closing was not acceptable. We did a walk through a couple days before closing, but the person was still living there so we assumed he was still planning to clean the place and remove furniture. Old furniture, bath mats, area rugs and dog waste were there. Every single surface and drawer was dirty. I expected to do some cleaning, but not the level required. Realtors have a professional responsibility to ensure their clients leave houses in "broom clean" condition. This was far from it. Finally, radon was detected in our house with a radon mitigation system to be installed. Randie was going to allow the installer to put it in an area we would use versus the furnace room. Luckily, my husband was there to prevent that from happening. Some of this may have been her client and she was just the messenger, but some of it wasn't. Either way, more could have been done to ensure agreements were honored and the place was left in appropriate condition.

Excellent experience with agent. Can't say the same about the broker. Wish I'd read these reviews before engaging this office.

Ellen Donnelly was my agent through the husband's and my very first home-buying process, and she was absolutely fantastic. She was engaged, understood our needs and wants, and offered her knowledge and expertise on places we saw. She was incredibly patient, and took us to see so many places, sometimes twice, and we felt like we were in such good hands with her. However hellish dealing with Chase was, dealing with Ellen was the exact opposite. She was like a mom or grandma or a really close, cool aunt who took us out to dinner several times to celebrate signing the contract and closing on our first home. She's very easy to talk to, and I completely recommend going to her to lead you through the process!

Five stars are usually enough for me.... but in this case, I really wish I could add one more star. My husband and I worked w/ Brett Deppeler of Prudential Rubloff to find an apartment when we recently relocated to the city. I had expectations on working w/ an agent -- Brett continually went so above and beyond that even after we've moved in, I'm still amazed. We're experience homeowners and renters yet Brett helped us narrow down neighborhoods and maneuver the world of Chicago rentals. There's no way I can say enough good things about this agent and the service we got from Prudential Rubloff. I started my search with three agencies besides Prudential Rubloff including Americorp Real Estate, The Apartment People and Fulton Grace. None of the other companies were any help AT ALL--none, zero, zip. Dismissive, rude and disappearing--those are the best descriptions I can come up w/ for those agencies.

My next door neighbor is a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate. Since her move here @14 months ago, we have had to deal with landscaping altered against the rules, junk left in the alley, a loudly barking and sometimes unleashed large dog, and most recently a parking lot accident causing damage to my car that she will not take responsibility for despite police evidence. My point is that she represents your company poorly (and talks to no one except to pass out her business cards.) Confrontational, oppositional, and uncaring of her neighbors unless she can sell them houses. I'm in the north suburbs, not San Francisco. Her van, which has a Berkshire Hathaway sticker on it, is the vehicle that damaged my car. Real estate is all about image. Is this the image you want out there? And there's other neighbors complaining, too, i.e. about the loudly and constantly barking dog. Oh, and today I returned home to find a large tree branch blocking my front door and called police. Extreme borderline personality, or so it seems, representing your company.

Worst ever. I had that Rubloff/Koenig had a good reputation. Should have read yelp reviews first. It's like a "holding house" conglomerate, where "anyone" can be an agent (and not a good one at that). Have a home to sell for about 550,000 and buying a new one around 1 million. Agent wasn't interested. Well, he said he was; but was too busy each weekend going to HIS home in Michigan and didn't return my phone call, as promised, upon his return. I should be chasing/soliciting them, lol. Waste of my time Anybody know someone, an agent or firm, that is honest, reliable and actually wants your business. OH, and this agent's excused was that his phone crashed all week, lol UHM, phone number on file. Hey, how about signing into someone's desktop or laptop and retrieving the information. P.S. I wonder if Warren Buffet knows about the horrible service and lack of responsiveness with this spin off company. Have bought and sold over 20 homes and KoenigRubloff is without question the WORST agency we have EVER worked with. Unprofessional, incompetent, and completely worthless. Security camera viewings of their agents at house showings revealed them consistently sitting around our kitchen on their phones, unable to answer a single buyer's question about our home. Their listing agreement is a full year and you have to pay a hefty penalty to get out of it after figuring out they are incompetent! They are the only realtors in the area with this type of agreement, but they tell you that everyone else does the same. DO NOT ENGAGE THEM. This is a shop of part time mom realtors who have no idea what they are doing.

I worked with Walter E. Stunard who represented the owner of a condo I wanted to lease. My agent and I spent days going back and forth him and the owner, only to have the owner deny me. When asked, it was simply that I am a contract engineer and just wrapped up a project and the owner felt that was risky that I was in between jobs. A week later I got my new project and presented to the owner and was approved. I spent WEEKS of back and forth with this guy, simply because he only was responding maybe 2-3 times a week. Finally got the Lease and setup a walk through and the guy never showed. I texted him over 20 times to have him tell me he was not coming. I begged him for info about move in fees and elevator info, so I could get things ready as it was 2 days before I was to move. He refused, so I reached out to the owner directly via email. The next day Walt contacts my agent to tell her I was denied. I reach out to him directly and he answers the phone confused and I ask about whats going on. He got loud saying that "You shouldn't have emailed the owner, that is not how things work and we are no longer comfortable". At this point I am livid and ask, "Are you f... kidding me, after spending weeks of going back and forth waiting and waiting for your calls, you tell the owner to deny me?" His response was "listen boy, I sent your agent an email and I told you thats not how things work". I lost it and hung up.. This unregulated industry is filled with scum, used car salesman.

Unhelpful and unresponsive. Was interested in a property handled by Ron Meadows, who despite multiple calls and contacts, never responded. I then reached out to his office manager Darlene Little, at which point he finally responded. Very unhelpful, and the manager, although she wrote back, did nothing to deal with the real situation that her agent is unresponsive. I would not recommend.

Do not use this company, I repeat do not use this company. I've been giving the run around for 4 days, I've asked for showings, and their agents are unconcerned and uncaring. I even offered to buy a property for cash, and they would not even accommodate me. Think I might have to call a Civil Rights attorney for perceived discrimination. I don't recommend them, and will tell all I know to steer clear.

This rating is for the agent - Iwona Filipiak listing agent for the house we bought. We complained to Berkshire and since we didnt get any response. Critical Complaints: 1) during the showings -- Iwona lied about the guest room ceiling leak being inactive and mold being dead 2) before the closing -- She refused to provide any information on the repairs other than to say the association was making the repairs. 3) at the closing -- She lied on the day of closing that Steve F. represented Hales Property Management condo association. She introduced us to Steve F (who we after the closing found out was an independent contractor) as being an employee of Hales. His identity was questioned at least 4 times and each time both the agent and contractor indicated he worked for the association. Next day after closing he changed his story saying that he was independent contractor and we needed to pay him for repairs and ran off with our keys. 4) at the closing -- She then refused to allow me to check if the wall was dry or not and tried to rush us out of the property promising that all work will be complete by the time we returned after the closing. The next day, all we had was a 4 feet X 40 inches hole in the wall. . A fake bill was also provided to us from them. When checked, contents mentioned in the email were not accounted for in reality. Other Complaints: 1) scheduled an open house after earnest money payment 2) at the open house, when asked if the property has a pending contract, she lied by saying NO Because of all her misdoings, we not only have had to suffer financial losses, but this has also caused a mental stain on our first home buying experience.

Danny Marchiori from Koenig Rubloff listed a property that we put an offer on. We had the inspection conducted within the 5 days, and cancelled the contract after the inspection was completed and found to be disappointing. We submitted the appropriate paperwork and our lawyer has been contacting them, but we have not received our earnest money. At first, we didn't think anything of it. Now, my lawyer is reaching out daily to check the status and they refuse to respond about the earnest money. These agents to not care to follow a standard of ethics as far as I can see, and if this company is comfortable employing people like that, I would recommend seeking a home listed by another company!

Kate Stephens from Koenig Rubioff was the listing agent for a condo we purchased. She was extremely unresponsive and provided false information again and again. Overall, she was really unprofessional. 1) Before the closing, she said that repairs were underway and would be easily completed before closing. During our final walk-through, more than half the items were not even started. During the process, she would provide false information that she had purchased replacement items that never arrived. 2) She would provide responses days later. She was also not available and not reachable during the closing so we could not verify any details about the repairs. 3) She put the WRONG HOA fee on the final contract for the purchase and didn't seem to care about the mistake. 4) The previous tenant had terrible experience with her to the point that she did not allow Kate to enter the apartment anymore.

Looked at a property and wanted to rent it. Agent Izetta Carroll told our agent we need to pay $70 for both of us to apply and get a credit check. They did not even get our credit check back and we were informed they rented the place to someone else. Our references were called after we received notice they gave the rental to someone else. What an unethical business practice. We are out $140 for NOTHING!

This review is for Andrew Fung. Andrew returned my call when I was struggling to get in to see properties over Memorial Day weekend. I was only in town for a few days to find an apartment and was frustrated to find that no one seemed to be showing anything over the holiday! Well Andrew was working, and he did his best to find someone who could show me one of the properties I was interested in. Ultimately he wasn't able to get anyone to help out but he followed up with my by email to check in and see how my search was going. He was very helpful and answered by questions about Chicago neighborhoods in detail, all without ever standing to make a commission off of doing so! His knowledge of the neighborhoods and rental properties out there was very impressive and spanned a range of areas. He was very helpful to me and I am so thankful that he went out of his way to offer his input. The fact that he came to work over Memorial Day weekend also speaks volumes about his work ethic! If you have the chance to work with Andrew, I'm sure you'll have a positive experience. He really goes above and beyond to offer his expertise and truly cares about helping people find what they are looking for.

Highly recommend our broker Kim Brychel. What a life saver! Helped us find an apt from across the country. Super responsive and attentive. Very professional. Difficult to find a good rental broker, but she is the real deal. Would definitely return to work with her when we are looking to buy.

I am writing this review for Brett Deppeler. I graduated from university in st. Louis couple weeks ago and just moved into Chicago for job, the big city. I did a lot of research by myself and also contacted two agents in Chicago. I feel so happy that I met Brett in Chicago. He is very nice, gentle, and professional. He first talked with me and introduced overall living situation in Chicago and discussed with me about my needs. Then, he send me a list of properties. I reviewed them and picked up around 12-15 different apartments. He took me to those apt and gave me insights about different apts. Yesterday, we went to the agent office and signed the lease. It was the worst day for weather. Big snow and hurricane in Chicago. He took the appointment and went to sign lease with me because he knows that I need a place to stay very urgent. Because of the bad weather, I decided to pick up keys and everything from owner this morning. He came to the building and make sure everything is good. Actually, he did not need to come because lease and everything is already signed and I have already talked with landlord. Anyway, he is very professional and knowledgable about real estate. Actually, compared with my experience with another agent, he is outstanding. When I just came to Chicago, I was a little bit nervous because people told me do not trust anyone in big city. People just want to take money out of you. But Brett is believable and professional. Actually, I visited more than 15 different apt by myself at first day but all of them are expensive and not really good. Most of properties Brett recommended for me are nice, good and within a reasonable price. I feel so good about my new apt and feel so lucky that I can meet Brett. Just like what my father said, there are three kind of people and he is the one who make money and help people make them happy.

I have used Ron's services on multiple real estate transactions and always have great results. My most recent sale of a multi-family was managed exceptionally well, and Ron was able to get full list price for the property! I highly recommend Ron Goldstein for purchase or sale if your next home or investment property. Thanks again Ron!

Very Unprofessional I attempted to do a showing with Sara Superfine. I show up to find her attempting to take the sign off. She pretended to be someone else and and we waited for another 10 minutes outside as she was watching us from the window. She could of owned up to the mistake and at least offered to show me other rentals in the area. Would not recommend.

Terrible terrible terrible. We attempted to do business with this company by buying a house from a realtor that works for this company out of elk grove village. We were under a signed contract, they cashed our earnst money and we had an inspection scheduled before they decided to pull out of our contract only to sign with someone else. This was very unethical of them to do this and they need to be removed from doing real estate. They are bad business. I hope karma bites them you know where and go out of business. Enough said

I worked with Nancy Donley a realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeSerives KoeniggRubloff Realty Group to find and close on my first condo purchase in the city. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, worked diligently to set up showings that fit with my busy schedule, and most importantly was extremely knowledgeable about the Chicago housing market. She could often name recent comparables of other sales that had taken place in the various buildings and neighborhoods we were looking in. I ended up closing on my dream condo at competitive price point, within my timeline, and I couldn't have done it without Nancy and her team!

I just had to write a review about the service I received from Ellen Donnelly. We had been in a short sell with another realtor and when that fell through after 6 months I picked up the phone and called Ellen and within 24 hours she found our new loft which was exactly what I was looking for and within a month we are living in it. She is excellent and I highly recommend her. She made the process of buying our new home so easy and fun and went out of her way to do the extra little things. You can't go wrong with Ellen Donnelly - she listens to what you need and gives a 110%. We are thrilled with her service and expertise.

Rubloff is a great real estate agency in Chicago. They took the time to explain things to us. They were always willing to go that extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. We interact with many people in this agency and wrote a special review for Peter Michael Schuler (he was our main contact). They gave us contacts and explained the whole house buying process very well. They really made us focus on the very important parts and helped us in the decision making process. They helped us find home insurance! Attorney! Locksmith! Contractor! Lender! and of course our condo ! I will be recommending this agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

I used Ron to sell my condo in lincoln park and purchase a second . I was a "nervous novice" and he held my hand through the whole process. Everything was smoothe and he helped my find a place that I loved. In addition, we got the highest price for my condo when we sold. I was THRILLED when I started looking for property in St Pete Florida and found out Ron was a broker there as well! He was thorough and knowledgable about the area and really paid attention to what my needs were. I will never use anyone else...he is a DREAM REALTOR

I received two annoying phone calls unsolicited from Izetta Carroll asking to list my property because she sold a unit in my building. First I am not interested in selling my condo and have no need for her services so she was very irritating to me and my husband. I would never call her to be my agent as she left a negative impression. Isn't this unethical?

My experience with them was that they were dishonest and unprofessional. I echo the other negative reviews. Avoid Koenig Rubloff at all costs.

We just closed on our beautiful home in Gurnee and are SO happy we chose Noel Alcantara with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Koenig Rubloff to be our relator. He made us feel like his only client, crazy professional, his patience never waivered and welcomed every listing we shared with him. He went above and beyond, not only researching the comps, but also created these detailed bounded pamphlets to take along during walkthroughs, etc. He always had a "never settle" attitude and only was interested in finding the BEST home for us. When it came to making and offer and negotiating, he was extremely articulate with the wording in contracts, emails, and responses with the seller's team. He recommended our attorney Patrick Walsh and he took really good care of us. Always attentive, easy to talk to, but more importantly he was on top of our contract negotiations. Noel also introduced us to an A++ home inspector, John Reim with Bee Sure who really did a thorough inspection on the home, wrote a detailed report with what needs to be done and suggestions on who I should contract. Did I forget to mention that Noel accompanied us to the inspection as well? Noel was always there 24-7 to look out for our best interest. The timeline to close wouldn't have been possible without Noel and his team. We were able to close quickly, in about 40 days without pushing the closing date back once. The buying process couldn't have gone anymore smoothly than it did. We will be forever grateful for his knowledge, care and guidance. If he puts this much effort into buyers who may/may not go through to closing, I can't imagine how much effort he would put in toward selling a home. We will always seek him out as long as he continues to do this work. I highly recommend him!!!

I took my property off the market about six months ago. Since then, I've been getting constant cold calls from this agency asking me if I want to list with them. I've told them I'm not interested, I've told them to stop calling. I'm on the federal do-not-call list, so the calls they're making are technically illegal. I would strongly hesitate to do any business with a company that operates in this way. If you're looking here to decide whether to use this agency, you might want to wonder whether the positive reviews here were written by the agents themselves.

I have to absolutely crow about Kimberly Brychel from Prudential Rubloff Properties in their Clark Street office. As I was on a very tight timeline to find a new apt, I was understandably stressed with the lack of response I was getting from other leasing agencies when I inquired about apts over the Christmas Holidays. Kim was superb, not only making suggestions, but actually getting me into see the properties that I had been dying to see. She scheduled the appointments at the times I could see them and was everything a great agent should be. I cannot recommend her enough. Please ask for her when looking for an apartment and you will not go wrong.

My wife and I relocated to Chicago from out of state. Not knowing anything about the neighborhoods and very little about the city, we were completely clueless and overwhelmed with our apartment hunt. We were connected with agent Brett Deppeler of Prudential Rubloff and he showed us a ton of wonderful places that fit our exact needs that we couldn't have found on our own. He also took the time to show us around the neighborhoods. He is a real professional and truly knows the city inside and out. It was a pleasure to work with him for the six days of our apartment hunting. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great realtor.

I am a small real estate developer and have worked with Connie Engel on several of our last projects. Her advice, council and fantastic skills in this industry were the ingredients that allowed our projects to finish successfully, even during this worst market in our history. She is not a person who will bend the truth, just to make a sale. We have found her to be honorable and extraordinarily professional, while at the same time being so down to earth and comfortable to be with. We would recommend her, and by association, her company, to anyone looking into a real estate transavtion.

Absolutely agree with the other low rating. Rubloff seems to prefer working with clients who don't have questions. They are by far the most unprofessional realtor I have ever worked with. Disorganized and complete failure to keep their clients informed. Since day one, we heard excuse after excuse from this team. We honestly never knew whether to believe them or not. Besides never showing up on time, the utter lack of organization was obvious in everything from paperwork to communication. I guarantee you can find SEVERAL better options in Chicago.
