Berlin ART Hotel

The food was terrible, and we ended up with food poisoning. The bathroom had no toiletries at all — not even toothpaste — only toilet paper. There was also no one at the reservation desk.

Excellently well located hotel, just a few minutes on foot from the centre of town where the city hall and the main modern church are and where one finds restaurants at the main square. The hotel has many works of art and offers a pleasant garden for relaxation. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are spacious, although the bathrooms are a bit dated. There is no safe in the room. Free wi-fi. The breakfast is a bit weak.

We had nights to spend in Gyumri due to business and we booked Berlin Art Hotel. Location is perfect, although there were road works around the hotel and it was not that easy to move around. Hotel has specious rooms, which are clean and provide the basics. I hate shower cabin with a curtain, which is more Scandinavian style, otherwise bathrooms are clean and serve the purpose. Breakfast is rather basic but descent, staff at the reception is very helpful. For the price you pay you get proper service and descent stay. In the corridor there are some spaces where you can have seat and chat with friends, you can also get a bottle of wine and some snacks if you are lazy to move out to the city.

Rooms are a bit small, but location is great and service was amazing

Trully disappointed with this hotel. Will never recommend to anyone. Matrasses and pillows were very soft and uncomfortable, blankets were small.|It was very hot in the rooms and air was very dry. Even lowing the temperature and opening the window didn't help. So it was very hard to sleep. The walls are very thin, and you can hear every noise.|Breakfast wasn't good. Bread - lavash was old with mold. The hotel is overrated

We had a workshop in Berlin Art hotel as well as organized our stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and responsive. Especially huge thanks to Berlin’s Lusine. She is a real problem-solver💪 The lunch and coffee breaks are tasty, rooms are cozy and warm. Overall the atmosphere is very creative and inspiring.

Very nice hotel to stay in Gyumri, it also works as an art gallery and each room is dedicated to a local artist. It's an interesting concept! The only thing that could be improved is the food. The rooms were generally clean and the staff was very kind
