Very nice person unloading my trailer before appointment , overnight ok

Bad company. You have a designated delivery time and they don't care.

They unloaded me very quickly. The receiver dude wearing glasses was really cool 😎 The only negative thing is they keep the outside door locked and you must ring bell and wait for someone to open it b4 you can check in. However, After being unloaded i parked awaiting a reload and witnessed many trucks coming inbound and the receiver pumping them All out Quickly! Good job Berlin packaging!

Overnight parking is ok .but there is no restroom for driver and long waiting to unload

What’s the point of having an appointment, when you’re not even going to be able to keep it. I’m tired of you and when I’m not tired, I’m sick of you.

Appt 7am. In 6:55 empty and rtg 8:10 full load 23 skids. Much better than i expected

PROS They have a great selection and pretty good pricing. Their e-commerce website is very intuitive. Perfect if you are looking to order a case or 2 of bottles online. CONS However their customer service could use some improvements. I have a $5000 order with them and I have waited on hold for over 10 hours on the phone in the last 2 weeks. I have also sent them several emails with no response. Looking for an alternative!

Appt only even there is available doors where you can get loaded or unloaded ,rude people in office They let drivers wait for hours..!
