Grandly located at the end of Unter den Linden, it was too cold to truly appreciate the facade.
Sweeping entrance with a number of bars but confusing queuing. Sadly, we were out of time to order sandwiches and wine during the interval.
This time, we watched La Boheme (wish the costumes had stuck to the 1820s rather than a century later). Impressive sets, although there was an extra curtain call just before the interval and a longish pause between acts 3 and 4.
Central seats in the stalls were comfortable with an open stage view. Being so close up front meant we couldn't see the pit / orchestra.
