This is a must do if you are visiting Berlin. It takes you through the history, never mind being and actual bunker build during ww2. Visit!! You won’t regret it

Such a wonderful place. Try to get there when they open. They have free lockers for your bags and small backpack. The price includes the audio guide. The guide gives you general information about the rooms you walk into, however the articles are other documents take a while longer to get through. Allocate about 3 hours to get through the whole process. Don't forget to go all the way to to the basement and see the actual bunker were 1000's of people escaped the bombing.

I highly recommend visiting this place. It’s not just a sombre reminder of what we once were, and what we must avoid becoming again. There is a great deal of sadness that history tells, and is highly educational. Tells the history story in a real bunker once used in the war. Replays the events from end to end. Visit to remember and pay homage to those that lost their lives.

Very well done! Highly recommend. Definitely give yourself several hours though if you want to read all the boards. Alternatively, if you just listen to the audio and look at the pictures, you can probably make it in an hour.
Did a great job of putting together the "how/why could this happen" linking some pieces I'd never heard as an American.
Well done, keep up the great work!

Very detailed journey of nazi rise to power in a real life bunker. I found the audio guide not so useful, the pictures on the walls and the great amounts of text were enough an helpful along the way.

One of the best museums I've visited. Inexpensive to enter as well. You receive a headset and control to play each of the room's audio as you enter.
Packed full of information from the 1910s to late 1940s. At the end of the tour you can go right down into a bunker that sheltered civilians.
Wasn't a flaw for me but there was quite a lot of dense information so if you like more interactive museums I'd just keep that in mind.

A deep merge, with short and direct information about the history of National Socialism in Germany and all the consequences of it. Supported by photos, videos and some objects all with ambience of being inside a bunker. As a big fan of history I enjoyed the tour accompanied by the audio guide.
Unfortunately the original bunker was closed and I couldn’t check it what would surely be a plus.

Very good museum and interesting with A LOT of information. I think you need 3 days at least if you want to read all the information they have. It is build in a good way and the audio guide gives a good picture of events. We spent there 4 hours, and had to rush towards the end cause we just got tired and hungry 😅.

Yelp
This museum was amazing! I only did the Bunker tour. It varied organized and not boring unlike other museums, it's definitely worth the money for the audio guide. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who visits Berlin.

Yelp
This is for history seekers. Hitler's story is told from beginning to end with great detail. There are also very graphic photos throughout the exhibit. Some floors were inaccessible to the public and some doors had padlocks which interested me, but the tour is definitely morbid. It is not for the faint of heart.

Yelp
This museum is two fold;
On one hand its an horrifying and at the same time amazing experience, a peak at The horrors of WW2 and what the Berlin people had to endure.
On the other hand its a ghost house attraction. It makes me sick that this place is used in this way to attract visitors.
The creators of this "tourist" attraction should have stopped after having created the bunker part of this museum.

Yelp
This was a fascinating museum; I had quite an experience, walking through the rise of Hitler and the Nazis. I actually came back the next day, so that I could see every part of it. I would dedicate a few hours at least to this museum.

Yelp
I was thoroughly impressed with this museum. Done extremely well and very tastefully. Everyone should have this experience in order to get the real feeling of what went down and how it did so that it cannot be repeated again.
Very well worth the time and I highly recommend it!

Yelp
This is a very interesting and informational, but this is not handicapped accessible at all. Which is a little misleading as it has a great ramp out front. I felt bad because my father who is from Berlin wanted to go here and because he was in a motorized scooter, he was only able to see the very end of the Bunker tour. So he graciously waited the two hours for the rest of us to go through the museum.

Yelp
Liked it. Lots to see. A little overwhelming but very well gone and gives you good perspective on city's history.
