Bernie Blends Barbershop

No wait and Bernie was very friendly and welcoming. I love my haircut and his attention to detail especially on the beard was amazing. Clean and nice shop! Will for sure be coming back.

The shop is a little small but Sonam is extremely talented. He gave me a great cut the first time and was a very kind person.

You won’t find better barbers. A lot of barbershops treat their businesses like revolving doors: increasing prices and trying to get you out the door as soon as possible. Here it is the complete opposite: the prices are very competitive and the barbers ensure that you are absolutely satisfied before you get out of the chair. I’ve had my hair cut by Sonam twice and by Bernie once, and all three of those haircuts have been flawless, across multiple styles. Beyond their execution, they are really great people and fun to chat with. Seriously, this is a gem of a barbershop and you will not find better. I highly recommend Sonam for his attention to detail and ability to give you exactly what you asked for.

Bernie is the best hands down, he is very welcoming and he takes his time and makes sure you are satisfied with the cut; It took me 3 tries with him to get what I was looking for, but after that now I just walk in and walk out with a good looking fade, even on difficult head shape like mine.

Sonam was s very nice and professional. He takes his time listen to what you want and delivers and excellent haircut highly recommend.

Bernie is the best. He takes his time and really cares about the quality of cut. 10/10 will not disappoint.

Bernie is a pleasure and absolute professional. I’ve been looking for a barber I can stick to in Astoria for about 3 years and am so glad he opened his shop so close to me. I highly recommend Bernie and his apprentices for a quality and detail oriented cut and shave.

Trying a new barber is always nerve-racking. But once Bernie sat me in his chair, I knew I was in good hands. He took his time, made sure everything was perfect before he allowed me to get out of his chair. the hospitality as well was a great touch. One of the best haircuts and beard trims I've ever received.
