Mandala Signature Berry

My stay at the Mandala Signature was lovely and the staff were friendly and professional. I booked one of their accessible rooms as I am a full time wheelchair user. The bathroom is excellent!! There are grab rails near the toilet and in the roll in shower, which had a flip down shower bench to cater for all abilities. The basin was at a great hight and the mirror was low. Their continental breakfast was lovely. But, as wheelchair user I could not access the verandah in the room because of the step down into it. I also couldn't access the sink and tea making facilities, or the clothes hanger as they are too high. The pool had a step down into it and also had no rails or hoist for someone with a disability to take a swim. The front foyer was accessible from the street, but after hours I had to ring the staff on his mobile late at night to come and open the front door. I booked this trip back in July for early December 2025, and feel disappointed that the ramp was not installed before I arrived. But, as a wheelchair user this was a nice short stay (like a weekend) and very accessible to all he lovely shops and cafes and I would certainly come again (for a short stay.)

Extremely clean both room and breakfast dining area. Great location, easy walk to shops. Room was quiet except for loud guests upstairs, with children running and jumping, which could be heard through the ceiling and into our room. Perhaps children should be placed in a downstairs room to stop the noise reverberating through the flooring.

Our fourth visit to Berry Boutique was the best yet! We return annually to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and have always been made to feel special. The twin room is spacious and quiet. The current renovations are evidence of the care and attention lavished on this motel. The included continental breakfast has always been nice, but the recent addition of the option to purchase a full cooked breakfast is sublime. So, the room, breakfast and location all make this motel a winner, but the crowning glory is the staff. Mike and Michael could not be more professional, efficient, helpful, welcoming and just an absolute delight to stay with.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The room was generous, bed comfortable. The breakfast was a simple buffet of fruit, cereals and toast - more than sufficient.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Located in the very centre of town. A bit expensive however we were in the middle of peak summer holiday season. Recommended for a short stay in Berry.

My husband and I stayed at this motel for 3 nights. 1st night in a queen size room. The other 2 nights we stayed in the spa room. The motel has been recently renovated. We found the motel beds very comfortable and warm in the winter months, very clean and tidy. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate you. We were very impressed with the continental breakfast each morning. Convenient parking. I would recommend to stay at this motel.

Great clean motel right in town. Couldn't be more convenient to walk to the main street. Clean rooms, comfy bed, welcoming staff. The bar right across the road is amazing for a drink/food/music. My only comment would be to improve the pillows...but otherwise a great stay. Thank you

Stayed two nights with my mum and we had a lovely time,the rooms are lovely and very quiet.|The breakfast was great,lovely fresh fruit and plenty of food to choose from.|Loved the pool area,had swim and was very relaxing lounging around the pool.|The staff were lovely and very friendly.|The hotel is in perfect location, you can walk everywhere. |We would definitely stay here again in the future.
