Bershka

Terrible, rude approach from staff. My family, daughter, son and wife wanted to shop and were looking at things in the men's department on the first floor (22 September 2023, between 4 and 5 in the afternoon). I, somewhat tired, sat on the stairs at the side for a while, then a slim woman came up and forbade me to sit. There were hardly any people in the shop, it was almost empty. I asked what the problem was, she stated that I was blocking the way. And she called a security guard. Nobody even asked me if I was okay, maybe I sat down because I felt weak? We gave up shopping at the Bershka chain.

Terrible customer service! One red headed lady was yelling at her “coworker” and speaking terribly to her , bossing her around and criticizing. So when I spoke up to her after the same red haired lady came yelling after me for not putting a top in the right place (I thought it was) she proceded to barrage me with rude attitude and comments very rudely and aggressively. I asked for a client complaint form and when they gave it(the forms), to me they screamed that I could not leave the store without filling them in and that I was not allowed to take the document home fill out. They threatened me and threatened to call the police on me I asked simple where does it state that I must fill the document IN the store. And the continued to yell at me. This was on Sunday February 27 around 8:30pm. Another day I will come back and fill out that form and call the police first. This will get back to your employers. To the woman I’m speaking of
