Amazing and enormously cozy place with a variety of indie fashion stores, crêpe cafes, Georgian cuisine and friendly loft-ish vibe. Absolute must visit.

Colorful and cozy yard with all sorts of cafes, little shops, galleries and studios. One of the best attractions is the free observation place on the rooftop from where you can see the city center around. Just a wonderful oasis of creativity to visit and enjoy.

Nice place to eat out and to have a drink! Attracts trendy youth, fashion freaks and not only. There are some shops selling things you don’t normally need, a hair dying shop, a book shop and the likes.

Warm atmosphere, wide range of choice !

Cafes, small hipster shops, bars, exhibition halls, a bookstore, plus (!) external staircase to the rooftop, all around a U-shaped courtyard, where an arched passage leads from Grazhdanskaya street. As of July 2018, new areas are being actively constructed. Worth paying a visit, be it for a particular event or just to chill.

New trendy spot in town. All what you need - 2 great places to drink and eat, few interesting stores and many design, art and etc. offices P.s.: it is still growing and growing fast (second floor access was recently added) so check latest available reviews for valuable updates

An area stuffed with caffès. Best suited for meetings in small companies or alone since there is an obvious shortage of space. However has a cute shop at a first floor called "Rediska shop". I found there an eco friendly skincare line from a local business
