Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

The wings was delicious. The alfredo was good my shrimp rossini was okay. waitress was attentive and answered questions. The atmosphere was blah, the furniture showed signs of being worn. wasn't to many people in there, and I had to squeeze into the booth lol. I know I got a big back but dang.

I think maybe this is really just a decent pizza place with too much else on the menu? Dinner items sounded good, but I was hoping this would be a step UP from Olive Garden, 2 mins away, and it was a step DOWN. Maybe two. Entrees were bland and plain. Service was good. The pizzas served to a next door table LOOKED pretty good. My Chicken Picatta lemon sauce was watery. The salad was pre-made and lettuce a bit stale. Caesar dressing came on the side in a plastic cup. Nothing I couldn't eat, but can't say I enjoyed anything either. If you go, try the pizza.

We used Bertucci's Springfield to host a pizza-making class for my son's birthday party. The set-up was so adorable - they put out colorful aprons & hats for all the kids, individual pizza boxes & ingredients. It was so organized, quick/timely and most of all - the staff was absolutely amazing! Mike surprised us with a pizza costume and Elyse was so quick with a thousand requests we threw her way. I will recommend this to everyone I know for bday parties in the future! We had such a great time!

Riley provided exceptional service, demonstrating both professionalism and courtesy throughout our visit. The Classic Margherita pizza was absolutely outstanding. Bursting with flavor and perfectly crafted. The lentil soup was equally impressive, offering a warm and soothing touch that made the entire experience even more memorable.

My mom and I come to this Bertucci’s pretty regularly and the service and food has never failed us. But tonight, it was crazy busy and there were a few staff members that were excellent. Yadi was working the front door and he was flexible, professional, calm, and organized which made the process of getting in almost flawless. He definitely had “courage under fire”. Our server Ally recognized us from other times when we came and provided top notch service as always and the bar attendant Wayne made me a non-alcoholic beverage and managed to hand deliver it himself. This is one of my favorite places to eat and these are just a few reasons why. Oh, the the food is always deeelllliiiicccoisssss!!!

I feel like Bertucci's had lost its charm. The food was pretty good but the restaurant needs some updating and the prices are outrageous. Almost everything on the menu is $26. I saw a lot of people with pizza and that may be there hidden gem but we didn't order that unfortunately. I don't know that I would come back for the pasta except their lasagna which I have to say was exceptional.

Food was great. Garlic knots/ bread were warm. The dipping sauce for it was really good.. Ryley our server was super nice, helpful and knowledgeable. She recommended dishes that were really tasty. Drinks had the right amount of alcohol.

I have always enjoyed eating at Bertuccis Springfield . The menu and food is always consistent and very good . You have to love the warm rolls and olive oil , the Tuscan chicken wings , chicken bruschetta, and the desserts are delicious . The food is very good but the service is outstanding . Hailey , Rylee , Jen and Heather do an amazing job in the front of the house ! They work well together and support each other to deliver excellent service each and every time I visit this restaurant . I would recommend Springfield Bertuccis to anyone , as I know you will receive great service and enjoy a very good meal !

Had an issue with meal we ordered on Saturday night. I came back on Sunday and spoke with the manager about the issue. He was kind enough to listen and took care of our problem. He also apologized for the mishap. The pizza we received on Sunday was very tasty. My wife is happy, that means I am happy. Thank you for making things right.

We use to come here often but the quality of the food has diminished. I ordered lasagna and it came out cold. The server must have been new she forgot to bring us our drinks. We came back here on a whim because I received a coupon that expired today. Even with the coupon the experience was very underwhelming.

The most underrated pizza place in the DMV. My go to order is the Big Papi add Ricotta. You won't regret it. The interior is old and dark but who cares. The people are friendly and service is good. Pizzas are made to order in their brick oven. If you love pizza then you should try it. I can't attest to anything else on the menu.

We go fairly often for lunch. We always ask for Haley, who is great and always remembers what we like. Food is consistent and fairly inexpensive. We like the free salads with the lunch. Pizza was good this time. Cooked exactly the way I like it.

Me and my husband decided to go to Bertuccis for our anniversary and to our bad luck, they were temporarily closed on that day due to something within the restaurant. So, we finally got to go and let's say they redeemed their selves without knowing. The food was so good and our waitress "Rylee" was amazing!! Very sweet and attentive. I will be coming back especially for their Tuscan wings.

This place has mice. It's a shame but it needs to be known. The kitchen staff is shamefully under educated as far as every protocol regarding any proper/responsible handling of food safety. Please look for a servsafe manager certification. Every station is filthy.

2 stars because of the service!!!! Came into springfield bertuccis and was waiting 15 minutes for someone to clean the bar. The tall white guy by the name of WAYNE with the beard and mustache looked at us 3 times, turned his head and walked away. The woman Jenn was running around trying to take care of everyone in the bar area. Wayne never came over BUT when the white folks sat next to us. Here comes Wayne all teeth breaking his neck to serve them. My money is the same as white folks. Just be aware of the ppl serving you when you come into bertuccis in springfield.

I've always passed by this place and have been wanting to try it. They had a special deal where some items are priced like it was the olden times. The value of each item being under $10 is great! But the taste and quality of the food is not good. There was not enough toppings and the pizza tasted really basic. I think I had better pizza that was frozen. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and would not come back here again. Just go to Olive Garden. The place looks decent, but the chairs and tables were sticky.

I haven't been to a Bertucci's in a long time, at least 15 years. I'm hoping they all haven't turned into this, because it was pretty bad. All the pizzas were very undercooked, to the point where the vegetable toppings were still completely crunchy and the crust was pale white and floppy with no char or crunch whatsoever. They were also drenched in tomato sauce, at least double the normal amount. The margarita was the toughest to eat, because that was drenched in tomato sauce with a few blotches of undercooked cheese. It was more like heating a warm tomato pie. We sent them back and asked them to put them in the oven for another five minutes or so, that definitely helped. There were only three tables there for lunch, and it took 45 minutes to get our pizzas. And, the Sporkie that we ordered without mushrooms had mushrooms all over it. If it wasn't for the sweetheart of a waitress, it would've received one star. Lastly, the whole place just looked dated, tired, and with some disrepair. I get the feeling this place won't be around too much longer.

Food was descent. I had meatballs & salad husband had pizza! Server was descent enough, I asked for an extra pour of wine (from $9 to $12) and this is the glass I was given. I did inquire, because she had a glass in hand with clearly more wine. Kinda of disappointed by the treatment.

Springfield PA Bertucci's Disappointed - took friend there for overdue dinner. Did not want to ruin his evening out, he chose location did not complain Table, wood top DIRTY Requested, Beefeater, charged for Hendriks. Maybe it was Beefeater, slow dining room, at least 15 minute wait Appetizer arrived after dinner served Order chicken, broccoli, pasta. There were 4 very small pieces of chicken, maybe total 1 forkful, sauce was tasteless

Always great staff and food. The manager is always engaging with customers when we are dining in. Rolls and oil are awesome.

First time customer and not disappointed. We sat towards front of establishment-eye shot of kitchen n bar( so we could see everything). All workers were working, not just standing around. Met up with a friend and we split the check, we both had a white sangria (delicious-well made and presented), large Insalata salad ( one bowl for 2 people and very plain salad) dressing was good, roasted vegetable pizza with red sauce n no olives -my favorite it was tasty. Ended up taking half home 1/4 each. $30 for each of us Deborah was our waitress-on point and very friendly.

I love Bertucci's. Growing up I didn't know it was a chain so it's very exciting to come to a different location than the one I had as a kid. As usual their rolls are fresh and delicious. And their olive oil dipping sauce was even better than I remembered. Nice and spicy and bursting with flavor. I was going to branch out and try their calzone today but then we discovered Tuesday is Buy One Get One Free for their large pizzas. So we ordered the Big Papi and Roasted Broccoli and Chicken. What we got: Roasted Broccoli and Chicken - 4*. The sauce is amazing, if it wasn't for that this would be a 3* pie. The chicken was a bit dry and I was hoping there'd be more broccoli. Big Papi - 5*. Wow wow wow. This one is packed with flavor and the hot honey is *pausing to drooool* so dang good. If you like meat and spice, give this one a go!

I was craving a Nolio pizza and it didn't disappoint even though I couldn't eat it until at least an hour after I picked it up and got home. However, I did think the price was a tad high but I'm not generally a pizza eater so I don't have a lot of reference but, $19 for a small pizza??

Service was very quick. Bridget was an angel and very patient with our large late night party.

Hailey was such a sweet bartender, i love this place and the cooks, brandon, john, troy, nate, and especially Eli, the managers chris and paul were so awesome and treated me with so much kindness

just had lunch catered at Springfield Ford from Bertucci's one of the best lunch spreads we had all year absolutely delicious. Thank you so much. highly recommend

We catered today's last day of the month with bertuccis, pizzas, meatballs and cookies, they were all excellent!! Mike and Bridgets hospitality was unlike no other! Thank you again!!

Came here with a school group of about 100. Food and service was superb. Our waitress Sue handled our large group with grace and kindness.

I felt like splurging (read- being a fat POS) and, quite frankly, decided that I had gone way too long without the godliness of Bertuccis rolls. I ordered my most favorite dish (baked tortellini chicken gratinati), a variation of which I've been eating at this restaurant for over a decade. I'm grateful it has never been taken off the menu and only slightly modified. Anyway, I ordered a bunch of food that I didn't even really want or need to meet the minimum for delivery. What I really wanted was the rolls. Unfortunately, their online system has a very limited character count for the notes section so I could not adequately describe the fact that these rolls were literally the only good thing in my life right now keeping me from totally losing my sh*t. See attached photo for my attempts to convey this message. The staff at this location did not disappoint. MVPs included at least 8 rolls w my order. God bless. The food was amazing, impeccably packages to maintain temp, and delivery through Postmates was (shockingly) problem free and arrived in under and hour from placing the order.

We pass this location on a regular basis so we decided to stop by for dinner on a Friday night. It took a while before we were acknowledged by anyone at the front. Many employees walked past us several times but only one ended up asking us if we've been helped and then flagged down the host. We decided to order a pizza, based on the fact that almost everyone around one was eating it as well. Since we didn't like any of the pre-made choices on the menu, we decided to pick our own toppings. We were served fresh bread with olive oil for dipping before our pizza arrived. I liked the bread but my husband wasn't a fan. The pizza came out about 15-ish minutes later. The pie itself was huge and our server was nice enough to serve us each a slice to start. The pizza however was not good at all. The sauce to cheese ratio was off. Little to no cheese with a LOT of sauce. We both agreed that the pizza was probably the worst we've ever had. I barely finished my slice. We ended up taking it to go and dropping it off to our family in hopes that it would get consumed by someone instead of wasting food.

Jenn, Bridget, Raneer had excellent service and were all great. The food and ambiance were also amazing.

Horrible customer service today which happens to be June 19th, go figure! My husband and I walk in to no hostess at the front nobody's there to greet us so I walk over to the bar and ask the young lady who is standing there on her personal cell phone having a conversation with her mother and asked do we seat ourselves she replies no the person at the front also does the to go so there's nobody up there right now so she walks over and grabs. The menu. Never says you guys follow me or anything goes to the table and says well my name is Kate or whatever "Karen" as far as I'm concerned I'll be helping you. I'll give you a chance to settle in and walk away that was disgusting. We were the only African American people in the restaurant at the moment so that's what her attitude gave. I will never return to this place. Tried to give zero stars!!! Ambience was nice.

First time here and from the front of the house to the back of the house was wonderful. I immediately got seated as I was for my other guests to arrive and the food was wonderful, I got the lemon chicken piccata and it was awesome. Their garlic knots are good but more in a shape of a ball . We shared the white sangria and it was good. Dessert we had the lemon cake and it was tasty. My waiter was awesome I think his name was rahnied he was very attentive to us. Will be back again

Good restaurant with nice choices, not too long a wait (usually), fine pizzas (Margherita is my favorite) and plenty of parking. Doable even on Saturday evenings when dining out in the Media area is crowded.

My wife and I used to be regulars at Bertolucci's but the service was always hit and miss, so we haven't been in a while. For this visit both of us got something completely different from our normal selections. What a delight it turned out to be. The waiter, Sean could not have been more attentive throughout the dinner. I ordered the veal piccata and my wife ordered the veal parmesan. During the short wait for our food they brought us their homemade sour dough rolls which are an absolute deight. Both of our dishes came out hot and absolutely delicious. The best part of the meal may be the size of the portions which are more than adequate for an encore meal the next day. All things considered, I can't remember what I've had a better experience than my meal at Bertolucci's!

BLUF: very tasty, and cheaper to boot So, Bertucci's is having a special deal for these two weeks where they're giving 1980s crisis on selected menu items. I figured that would be a great time to go in and try them out again because it been quite a while since I've been there. We started with an antipasto salad and a standard Italian salad. Both are very good, mostly because the dressing was outstanding. The only gave us one roll each Which is less than they used to but frankly my gut doesn't need it anyway LOL. The Nolio pizza was delicious, just the right blend of cheese and caramelized onions. We also got calzones which, although not great, were very good. They did have a nice amount of ricotta cheese in them, which was nice because so many restaurants just put mozzarella in there. The service was friendly and prompt.

Great food and even better service! Our waiter was literally the sweetest. The Lunch special is a 10/10, a salad comes w all and unlimited bread rolls

It's super surprising that this place is only a 3-star instead of a 4.5 or 5 star. Here's why it's definitely a 5 in my book: -they have the best bread and olive oil you will ever get -their food is excellent, authentically Italian brick oven tasting, and unique. From their pizza, to their eggplant Parmesan, to lasagna, to calimari, you cannot go wrong here. Even their desserts are good -if you don't know what to order- I recommend their brick oven pizza, free olive oil + bread, and your choice of dessert. Their pizza is the best I've ever had, not even close. -the restaurant is classy, spacious, very clean, and homey/friendly all the same time. The waiters/waitresses are always super nice, attentive (but give you space when you want it) and friendly. The brick ovens cooking in the background is great. I've always felt good here Again, the 3-star rating doesn't do it Justice. Totally worth at least a 4 or 4.5 if being impartial. In my view it's a solid 5!

Listen, Bertucci's rules. First time I've been here ever, got some killer cocktails, many bread. The pizza rules, spinach artichoke dip? Forget about it. Heather rules- we're industry folks and she killed it for us. We live in West and are chain restaurant folks because $$ and this has replaced Olive Garden for us permanently. Olive Garden's endless meals and weird texture breadsticks don't touch what we just ate.

We were in search of a pizza place that's close by and everything turned up Bertucci's. I was slightly turned off by the pricing, as it seemed more expensive than other places, but when our food arrived the portions made up for it! The style was very much big family sized Italian portions to share. We had spaghetti and meatballs for a small army. The pizza was also gigantic. Everything tasted pretty good and seemed worth the cost in the end! The best part was the days of leftovers we had in the end! Bertucci's is definitely a nice step up from the run of the mill chains and offers huge family sized portions. Greta option to order for a group!

This place has the best veggie pizza! It is FULL of veggies, including thick slices of eggplant, which is not something veggie pizzas usually have (and I love!). They have a great special on pizzas to include but 1 get 1 free. Definitely ordering from here again!

I have been to Bertucci's many times and always love the food. I've had a pretty good but not perfect experience with dining in, but carryout is always superb. I love that they send coupons because the pricing becomes more reasonable. I tend to always go for the cheese raviloi and strawberry lemonade. Last time my sister and I had the vegetable pizza and tiramisu as well. Wonderful food! The ravioli is soft and cheesy, the strawberry lemonade is delicious and comes with refills, and not to mention they provide bread roll baskets to eat while you wait. The vegetable pizza actually exceeded my expectations! It was filling and not too heavy, not greasy at all, and the tiramisu was rich! Will definitely keep placing carry out orders here (you can do it online which is convenient as well)

We were seated and it was so gross, we left. The bathroom was abysmal and smelled strongly of mold. The restaurant greatly needs to be re-modeled. Tiles were coming off the wall by our table. The dishes were dirty. It's sad bc thus used to be a good place to eat.

I came in here recently for a late lunch/early dinner. I got some root beer ($3.49), some sausage soup ($5.00), spaghetti and meatballs ($20.99), and tiramisu ($9.99). The sausage soup was especially good. Overall the meal was tasty and the ingredients were fresh. The service was quick and friendly. Keep up the good work.

I have ordered from this place around 5:12 pm today. My order should have been delivered by 6:14 pm the latest. Went to see how far the driver was, and the time showed delivery at 6:47... Then my delivery time was extended to 6:51 pm. If I knew the wait time for some wings was going to be that long, I would have not ordered from this place. Estimated delivery time is for a reason.. Update: I received the wings. They were tiny, with not much meat on them (lots of skin). Wasted 23 dollars.. moreover, at least half of them were burnt (attaching a pic). Do not recommend!!! Never ordering from here again.

Minus 5 ! It was mobbed with two charter busloads of extremely loud people (mostly teenagers). That being said. I realize the wait staff was stressed. However. We sat there for almost 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. Upon further observance the restaurant looked unkempt, and our table was not very clean. Terrible impression for first-time customers.! Do yourself a favor. Spend a bit mire $$ and go across the street to Maggiano's Little Italy. The food, and ambiance was outstanding. And the wait staff was spot on.
