"As its name suggests, the Bespoke Inn is one of the more eccentric accommodations in downtown Scottsdale . This compact bed-and-breakfast, opened in 2013, has just 10 rooms. Each is decorated with homey, eclectic details that reflect the creativity of the hotel’s previous owners, who designed and built most of the inn’s furnishings themselves. The current owners, Jeremy Ferris and Robert Marchetti, brought in elements of Marchetti’s Italian heritage, which are evident in the updated courtyard and six new rooms. The result is a surprising blend of style and comfort, reinforced by the hotel’s ability to make guests feel they have all become friends. There are other surprises, too. In 2013 Esquire magazine called the café—which has its own odd appellation, Virtù Honest Craft—one of the 20 best new restaurants in America. And the hotel provides Pashley bicycles for guests to use during their stays."

Scottsdale is loaded with hotel options to meet any budget, but if you’re looking for one of the best kept secrets, you’ll find it tucked in the heart of Old Town within pleasant walking distance to literally everything - eating, shopping, art & culture. However, you’ll want to spend plenty of peaceful hours enjoying the many special touches of this well-appointed small boutique Inn. Honestly, I was skeptical about the stay as I was traveling solo on business, knowing that I needed dependable internet and access to good coffee as my business staples. I stayed in the Leo and Isabelle guest room and was literally blown away at the themed details of this room, including an ample supply of local fresh ground coffee, an electric water kettle, filters and pour-over mugs in the room. And not only was their coffee game solid, all of the Inn’s rooms walk out to a quaint garden courtyard that provides shade, sounds of trickling water elements and a complete refuge from the activities of Old Town all around. It was the perfect place to sit, work on emails, and sip great coffee. I had fun enjoying all the small extras in the room and the bed was so comfortable. Bespoke Inn exceeded my expectations and met my business needs without a sweat, but I can’t wait to take my wife back. She’ll love it, too!

My husband and I stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved staying here. We stayed in the Piccolo Attico, which has been newly renovated, and it was perfect for us. The room was beautifully decorated and they seemed to think of everything in the design process. There were special towels for makeup, lovely robes, still and sparkling water, coffee for the mornings and amazing hand soaps etc. If you wanted to borrow a bike or re-stock anything in the evening you could easily access them. Pool area looked really nice, but we didn't have a chance to try it out. The restaurants downstairs also looked beautiful (we LOVED the lit up, tree covered area outdoor eating area) and we would definitely try that next time. We were greeted by our friendly hosts who helped us settle in and gave us a mini tour when we checked in. Everything was communicated professionally via text and email which was also a nice touch. We really can't say enough about our stay here... we loved every minute of it and are looking forward to visiting again sometime soon.

This is a quirky, friendly inn. It isn't a luxury hotel, but it's a good value. For the same price as a chain hotel, you can sleep in a distinctive room, enjoy the shady courtyard, and feel like you really got away. Some of the details are unexpectedly great -- most notably, the bed in our room was so comfortable I never wanted to get up. Some less so -- the pool area isn't as nice as it looks in the photos. I wish the hotel served breakfast in the courtyard, but the owner directed us to a nearby diner that was just fine. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Front desk guy was helpful by helping us getting our money back. The website photos were very misleading, which I’ll share our pictures. My wife and I picked this place because it had pretty high ratings and reviews.|We’ve traveled quite a bit, but I’ve never written a review. This is to provide more information that we wish we would had.|Here’s the 3 things we felt or misleading. I’ll show photos rather than just tell me about it.|1. Pool area. The photo on the website looks really nice at sunset. When you get there, you’ll see the nice pool but there’s only room enough for one or two chairs at each end of the pool.. This is not a pool that people can sit around like you normally see. It’s a long narrow pool with 1 or 2 chairs at the end of the pool. See photos..|2. Location based on the pictures it looks like a great setting .As you’ll see from the photos it’s a place that is basically sitting in the middle of a parking lot.. |3.. Room , from the photos everything looks clean, but here’s a photo we share about we found in our room.

Google
Quaint boutique hotel. Room was small, but nice and clean. Not sure about service, as I was given a code to get in the room. The room was cleaned daily, but never had interaction with anyone. Serving coffee, tea in the courtyard would be a nice touch, rather than messing with the coffee in the room to make yourself.

Google
I wanted to love this place, but in the end we left halfway through our scheduled stay. Although the location is great and the grounds are lovely, our room (the Loft) had a weird set up. The clawfoot tub and shower were separated from main living space by only a sheer curtain (doesn't work well with a mother/son trip or platonic travelers, maybe okay for romantic couples). That was not apparent from the pictures. The stairway to the loft (where the only bed is located) is rather narrow and requires one to walk up and down to use the bathroom -- not good after dark as it didn't feel safe. The outdoor space was not at all private to our room; it was in the main walkway through the center of the inn. Finally, the location is right next door to a doggie daycare and early morning barking was incessant and very annoying. Perhaps a different room would have been less so (noisy). The manager seemed put out when I brought these issues to his attention and suggested this should have been disclosed. I would not stay there again but must assume some of the other rooms are better and quieter than ours was.

Great little inn tucked into a courtyard next to a very nice local restaurant. Friendly staff and great communication. We enjoyed our stay.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. The hotel was immaculate and the pool was lovely and the area at the pool was so nice to sit and chill. The pool felt very private. Jim, the owner, was so accommodating and gave us lots of bar/restaurant recommendations for the area. We had rented a car and there is so much parking nearby. Jim also let us store our cases in his office and let us have a late check out as we had a late flight back to the UK. He did this without us even asking. There is also a lovely restaurant. We didn’t eat there but did have a drink at night. It was our first time in Scottsdale and we would definitely book again. |Mimi is also very cute!

Yelp
We stayed here for a night to celebrate a birthday. It was romantic and we loved everything about it. I do wish there was soda available and that the restaurant opened for breakfast.

Yelp
We had a fantastic stay here. Jim and the staff were very hospitable and really personalized our experience. The hotel itself is small and quaint but felt very serene and peaceful. The rooftop pool was modern and cool, the perfect getaway from the heat. I would definitely recommend a stay here over a chain or larger hotel. They also have a restaurant attached to the inn for dining convenience. Plenty of parking available onsite and around.

Yelp
We live in Scottsdale and went to flagstaff for the first time last week. Beespoke is a super cute little spot. We stayed in the Louis Vutton room and it was very charming and clean. Came with a fireplace which was great because we visited in winter. It was so nice to be able to walk to everything-- it's a great location. There's also cute little fire pits out front. We're definitely going to stay here every time we go to flagstaff. We had an emergency and had to leave 2 nights early. We let them know that we wouldn't be there and they were nice enough to give us a gift certificate for the two nights we couldn't stay. Wasn't expecting that at all. Amazing service. Highly suggest. Especially if you want to be right near downtown.

Yelp
We were completely unaware that this Inn is located about 50 yards from a doggy daycare center. The loud barking began just before 7:00 a.m and was constant until they closed around 5:00 p.m. We asked the owner about it, and his reply was "it's only a daycare so it's only during the day". That is really the only issue we had here But being that it was so disturbing, I could not bring myself to give more than two stars.

Yelp
My husband and I have stayed here two times in the last 6 months. We loved it the first time, although the rooms are a little run down for the price. It's nice that they have coffeemaker, refrigerator and free sparkling and still water bottles in the room. We stayed in the suites next to the office on the first floor garden area. It is also walking distance to old town stores and restaurants. Hotel fine if you don't have a problem. The second time we stayed which was Monday night it was a horror show. We got back from dinner in town, their restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday FYI, we were sitting on the couch having a good time and suddenly the neighbor next door starts banging on the wall, then our door, and screaming" I need to talk to you!!!" This went on 3 times. I was scared to death! We told him we were not going to open the door, then he threatened to call the police because he said we were making too much noise. We said go ahead, then silence. It was insane! Never in our many years of traveling have we ever encountered a situation like this. Because they do NOT have staff present after 5pm I had to text the front desk guy at home to tell him what was going on. He said he would talk to them the next day. I texted him the next day to ask for a partial refund because we didn't sleep well knowing we were next to a psychopath. He said he would have to talk to the next door neighbor first and get back to me. Nothing. We will NEVER stay there again.

Yelp
An adorable dog named Mimi works the front desk, and that's not even the best part! Infinity pool on the roof omg. Adorable fire pits on the patio. Excellent stocked rooms with everything from drip coffee setups to a wine fridge! Best advice ever: book in-room massages with "pure knead" Shannon was excellent, so was latisha and Alexis. I can't tell you how lucky we felt to spend a few days here!

Yelp
The penthouse was a dreamy retreat for us! From the private code checkin, private patio on the pool deck AND the gorgeous style and attention to detail.. LOVED EVERY BIT! The room is The size of a large one bedroom apartment! You could invite three other couples to dinner and hire a chef to cook in the fully stocked kitchen .. I loved Jim, the host! And his sidekick, Mimi as well To add further comfort: room has SUPER cozy beds, rain shower head, stand alone huge tub with bath salt... oh, and espresso pour over, drip or gourmet teas for the morning. Amazing restaurants all walk distance and a Starbucks across the street. We rode the bikes 15 miles round trip to a Spring Training game and returned home for a dip in the HEATED lap pool! I could go on... CANT WAIT TO RETURN!

Yelp
What a quaint and cute place. The location is great for this Inn. The patio is lovely but there were no fireplaces turned on or lights so we didn't use it. (It was a Sunday) This Inn was cute but my biggest complaint was we celebrated our 31st anniversary and the first thing my husband notices is there was significant hair in the bathroom drain that hadn't been cleaned up. We overall liked the room but this was off putting. It reminded me of a bed and breakfast charm but without the hospitality.

Yelp
Just stayed at the Bespoke in the Leo and Isabel room last week for a couple nights. The room was lovely..check in and check out was no problem. It was quiet and peaceful. I would have given a 5 star except that the shower had some issues. The shower door would not close all the way. I could not enable the main shower head at all, so the removable shower nozzle was my only option for water. Except that the bracket for that was not functioning properly so I could not stand under the shower, I had to hold the nozzle the whole time. The bed was comfortable except the pillows they were small and had too much loft so I woke up with my neck hurting. For the price of the room, I feel like they could provide some better options there.

Yelp
BEST place we've stayed in so long! Quiet quaint, and just so so lovely! My husband could not stop raving about how awesome the rooms and entire Inn was. You can absolutely tell a lot of detail and craftsmanship went into making this place really special and over the top. Top quality amenities, super soft beds, fantastic showers (don't get me started on the claw foot tub!) we will 100% be back and are already looking into booking the Flagstaff location this winter. It's the perfect spot for those looking to visit old Town, but just enough off the main strip that you won't be inundated with all the bachelor and Bachelorette parties like so many other hotels. Will recommend to anyone looking to stay in Scottsdale or nearby.

Yelp
I had the best time staying here last weekend. The property is very charming with nice touches throughout. Sherry was the perfect host! She was available during check-in and and offered some great suggestions of where to eat and parlay in the area. The infiniti pool was very relaxing after a long hot day. Not to mention the claw foot tub and organic toiletries in the bathroom. I can't wait to stay here again.

Yelp
Omgolly! Where to begin? 1. If you thinking about staying somewhere else, don't. 2, see #1 3. Book directly with the hotel. They will price match More soon...

Yelp
A hidden gem! The spot is stunning and the property is so calm and peaceful. The entire staff is kind and accommodating . Love the rooftop pool and had a wonderful time poolside!

Yelp
We only stayed 1 night and wished we could have stayed another! Such a charming place. Our room felt spacious and was nicely decorated. The only thing that felt small was the shower. We didn't care! This is a wonderful oasis and only a few blocks from Oldtown Scottsdale. Each room is different and I didn't include any pictures since you can see them online. Lots of thought given to amenities. Throw away slippers in case you don't want to walk around barefoot, TV on a swivel so you can watch from the couch or bed, robes, coffee pour-over option for morning or tea and really nice toiletries. The Guiseppe (sp?) & Lotte room felt like a studio apt since it had a fridge, sink, small dining table, sofa and chair. You could easily do take out and eat in the room. We highly recommend this if you want something charming and not predictable like a lot of hotels.
google avatar

Yelp
This place should not be classified as a hotel. It is a disaster. While the rooms are quite nice, it ends there. The door lock and unlock system requires an EXPERIENCED safecracker to figure out. Further, my wife has arthritis in her hands and just can not open thr soor. Further, the office is only open from 10-6, but as I sit here at 10:05 there is nobody there Also it is difficult to get hotwater in the shower Net, net.. stay away

Yelp
We had a lovely stay at The Bespoke Inn celebrating our wedding anniversary. We stayed in Sedona for part of the trip then spent the rest of the time in Scottsdale. They upgraded us to The Loft and it was beautiful!! Very well done. The pool was enjoyable and the food. Oh my goodness the food! Their restaurant Virtu is incredible! We ate there a few times. The inn is walking distance to town. My only complaint is there is a doggy day care center next door and dogs were barking very early in the morning. Unfortunately that is out of there control. I give them 5 stars!! We will return again one day.
google avatar

Theresa G.

Yelp
The inn feels like you are coming home. A warm aroma of freshly ground coffee fragrant the room. All amenities were carefully thought out that beckoned you to unwind. The bed was comfortable. An extra blanket was draped on the large reading chair. It was secluded enough to relax but located within walking distance to old town Scottsdale. Thank you Jim for going out of your way in your conversation and care. Until we meet again!

T A.

Yelp
Do NOT book. First, I NEVER write reviews but felt the need to warn others. Manager was "off site" so couldn't get me to check-in for HOURS. Then, once in the room there was black hair all over the bed AND makeup on the sheets. Floor was dirty even wiped down with a towel. I left within 5 mins. During Covid there is no leeway cleanliness. Jim, the manager, refused to make the situation right or give a refund. Shame on him. My AC was out and I'd rather stay in my house at 102 degrees than this hair and dirt pit. The reviews, photos and what others have posted are very deceiving.
google avatar

Emily L.

Yelp
So long story short - several months ago my partner booked a room here, but when we got there we realized that the room was much smaller than what we thought it was going to be from our understanding of The room description. We spoke with the manager who agreed to refund us the $200 as long as we vacated the room within 10 to 15 minutes which we did and left the room in the exact condition as it was when we arrived. Now here it is six months later and I haven't gotten a single person at the property to return any of my phone calls and I was never reimbursed the money. Money is tight with the whole pandemic going on and for them to treat their client was such a degree of unprofessionalism basically robbing me of 200 hard earned dollars - well I can't even find the words. It's obviously affected my family and i in a rather major way, since here it is this much later and I'm still literally in tears over the issue. All I have to say is I wouldn't risk it when it comes to staying at this place- the property was nice but the disrespectful attitudes of the management casts a shadow that isn't worth the risk. Buyer beware.

Carolynn B.

Yelp
Loved our stay in the Garden Room. The room was quaint and beautiful. They have done a wonderful job with the decor. Our room was right on the beautiful courtyard.
google avatar

Yelp
We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is about a block off the main drag in old town Scottsdale; well within walking distance of several great restaurants, galleries, and shopping. Our room--the Leo and Isabelle--was great. The best part was the deep claw foot tub. I'm a decently-sized guy who is regularly disappointed by small tubs. This one had room to spare. And the pool is wonderful. Cool, relaxing, fun.

Yelp
Cute, clean, and quaint! You feel as if you are staying in an inn in an Italian countryside town. Beautiful common area to welcome guests and great if you come and go as you please (without the need for a lot of attention from the front desk). Stay was very enjoyable and relaxing; the pool was beautiful (as well as the perfect temperature) as well. Street parking was readily available (and free!). Great restaurant attached (Virtu); highly recommend the weekend brunch for hotel guests with the voucher. (Upscale dinner menu looked fantastic as well.)

GL B.

Yelp
We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Bespoke. The friendly people, very quaint and comfortable room and the location. The location was perfect, walking distance to so many areas, a quick drive to hiking and yet quiet enough that we were able to relax and read a book at the beautiful outside areas! Thank you for sharing your beautiful Inn with us, we cannot wait to come back!
google avatar

Heather S.

Yelp
I want to keep this Inn as a secret, but I must share. It is AWESOME - only 10 rooms and each one is unique and homey. We stayed here at Christmas and again at Valentine's Day. It is the ONLY place we want to stay at in the future. It is so cute and decorated nicely. Every room has a claw foot tub. It is very clean and the loft and penthouse suites have full kitchens as well. Everything is in walking distance. Restaurants, bars, clubs, shopping, museums and more! The staff is so accommodating - it literally feels like we are visiting family! I highly recommend it, but fair warning - reservations book fast - so book early! You can thank me later!!

Yelp
Wow wow wow! We reserved 3 of 4 rooms at the Inn for a ladies vacation. What a retreat! Located in Old Town Scottsdale it's within a 5 min walk of all the popular restaurants but in a very quiet edge of the neighborhood. Beautiful state of the art rooms each with a private outdoor seating area. Delicious brunch at on site restaurant Virtu for $10?!? with hotel voucher - a steal! Used the complimentary vintage bikes to ride along the canal into Phoenix. We also thoroughly enjoyed the two common areas next to the restaurant and the garden upstairs with an infinity edge lap pool! If you need a little party/spa action head to Hotel Valley Ho for Friday spa and pool specials. Definitely not a place to stay though.. The owners of Bespoke Kate and Rob are very warm, non-intrusive and always available. This place is AMAZING -worth every penny.

Yelp
We loved spending our anniversary at Bespoke! They were so nice to upgrade our room for our anniversary, we stayed in the Giuseppe & Lotte Suite. The room was great with cute details and a nice little patio. We had both dinner and brunch at Virtú, the on site restaurant, and both meals were wonderful. It is definitely worth spending the 10$ for brunch vouchers, because what we ate definitely exceeded what we spent on the vouchers and it was all delicious! Brunch highlights were the pork ragu over polenta, and the lemon ricotta pancakes. All of dinner was good, but I really enjoyed the asparagus app and you can never go wrong with fresh burrata! We will definitely be back to Bespoke and Virtú.

Yelp
YIKES. My husband and I just stayed here for a one night staycation to celebrate our 12 year wedding anniversary. I booked through Hotel Tonight based on photos and reviews - but let me tell you, they are deceiving. I will start by saying that yes, the hotel grounds are beautiful... lots of pretty greenery, the charming bikes to rent, spanish tile on the stairs, etc. The terrace suite was the room we were assigned. When we arrived it was very clean and inviting, no problems. We were so excited to try Virtu because of previous reviews and a few friends had a great experience there. Let me tell you, the two of us were beyond underwhelmed with every part of our meal. The first plate was overly salted and lacking really any other flavor. The second was so garlicky and then the main dish was such a large portion that it was almost obnoxious. After it was all said and done we paid $280 for a meal that felt worth about $50. Only saving grace was our waiter was kind. After dinner as we approached our room we were both hit with a terrible smell of sewage near our room, that was unpleasant to say the least. During our 24 hour stay our door alarm went off four different times, once because I closed the slider to the bathroom which somehow set off the door alarm. Ridiculous. Don't expect to get much sleep because at 5 AM it's non-stop barking from the dog grooming business next door. The hot water in the shower was super wonky and was backwards with the cold. It was all just very disappointing and I wish we had chosen somewhere else. This place is aesthetically pleasing and it ends there. I would also just like to state that on our way back from appetizers at a different place in old town we were approaching the restaurant and three kitchen employees were out front smoking... one was blowing smoke right as he was opening the door to get back into the kitchen. GROSS.

Yelp
I work for a wholesale fashion company, and one of my co-workers mentioned how cute this place would be for a photo shoot. I contacted Kate about having a photoshoot there and she was more than helpful getting the location set up. This place is seriously too cute for words. You can tell that the owners put their heart into every single detail. They have bikes to bike around old town, an on site restaurant, and an amazing infinity pool right outside the signature flat. Everything from the inside to the fireplace and garden area was just amazing. My team and I kept saying how we needed to stay there ourselves! All in all the pictures came out great and I was so happy to have our shoot at this location. Awesome awesome job!

Yelp
Just had an incredible weekend at the Bespoke Inn. If you like any of these, this place is for you: 1. location, within a block of all of downtown Scottsdale's great restaurants with free parking at the inn 2. design, Kate and Rob's sense of style is a mixture of complete awesomeness, 3. new and clean, they've only been open 6 months, the place is spotless 4. food, Kate and Rob are foodies, we brought six for dinner on Saturday night, 4 courses, great food, great setting in the courtyard, and great conversation with the other guests 5. bicycling, whether you are a hardcore mtn biker or road biker, or a more casual bike pather, Rob has a bike shop on premise and will hook you up. He was a racer, so is passionate about the sport and can point you in the right direction to the areas best riding. 6. tranquility, the courtyard is an amazing oasis Rob and Kate and incredible hosts. They are down to earth with a touch of class. You will feel like a friend after hanging out with them a bit. The place is beautiful. We can't wait to go back with a handful of our closest friends to rent out the whole place. We will be back!

Yelp
I loved my experience here. It's a charming, elegant, and cozy inn, with strict COVID-19 protocols. Only wish I could have stayed longer. Next time.

Yelp
Did a girls trip here for a long weekend. This place was dreamy. Loved our room (the apartment style with the kitchen) and being able to eat at the on site restaurant was a dream because holy delicious! Food and drinks were truly fantastic. Short walk to downtown Scottsdale but far enough away to feel a bit secluded. We all had such a good weekend! Thank you Bespoke Inn & your lovely staff!

Yelp
Booked the Garden Room in February for May 20-23, 2022. Apparently on May 3rd, Gina? changed my room without any communication. I specifically traveled the dates I did because that's the only time The Garden Room was available. I was EXTREMELY disappointed that my entire trip revolved around this room and I was moved without approval or explanation. Only found out upon landing in Scottsdale from MN. Complained to the office staff but kept being told there's nothing they can do about it...asked to have MGT call me but NOBODY ever called. Office staff even told me when I was checking out that she gave my info to Jim (Owner?) and he would be calling. I paid $345+ per night for a room I DIDN'T book - and when I checked in the party they gave the Garden Room to hadn't even checked in yet but they still wouldn't give me the room I booked. Would NEVER recommend this Inn to anyone - I clearly wasn't valued as a customer AT ALL.

Yelp
Charming boutique hotel with character. Room was incredibly spacious, with comfortable bed, kitchen area, and loved the bathtub! Nice walk to other restaurants. For anyone with allergies or sensitivities; the bedding is washed with a scented fabric softener which created uncomfortable sleeping conditions for me.

Yelp
Adorable inn nestled in old town Scottsdale with great vibes, friendly staff, and amazing food at the restaurant on the property. Parking was never an issue. Would definitely stay again

Yelp
This place is hidden gem in the quiet side of Old Town. My wife and I enjoyed a staycation at the Bespoke Inn. Upon check-in we noticed the curtain rod was coming out of the wall. Jacob tried his best to fix it, with no avail. So we got upgraded to the loft. Certainly appreciated and we absolutely loved our time there. Do the $10 brunch at Virtu too. We look forward to another stay soon!

Small but very cozy inn. Includes vouchers for brunch at the restaurant, and bikes for toodling about town. Walking distance to old town restaurants and bars. Bed was very comfortable, and the room and bathroom were stylish and well thought out.

Yelp
Amazing getaway, Kate and Rob were fantastic hosts. We were the only ones staying there which suited us as we needed a peaceful retreat. We stayed in the George & Ann room/suite, beautifully decorated and very clean. Each morning Kate or Rob prepped a breakfast that was cooked to our taste. If you book, seriously consider the whole upstairs flat, I think we would spend the extra if we go back.

Yelp
Horrible customer service, faulty locks, misleading photos, and awkward location. We booked for an anniversary get away, followed the contactless instructions to get into our room and ended up walking in on another couple! It was so embarrassing for all of us! When we called the front desk a guy came out and said that our reservation was actually made for the night before. An honest mistake on our part, but then WHY DID OUR KEY CODE STILL WORK?!?!? We were told that the previous night would not be refunded, and even though they had a room available, we would have to pay for another night as well. It was past 4pm during the pandemic and state curfew, who would really be booking that late? Why not just offer the room to make up for the fact that we JUST WALKED IN ON ANOTHER COUPLE?!?! If they really do have last minute bookings like that, think twice before booking a pay by the hour, last minute motel who shares a patio with a bar...

Yelp
Amazing space in the center of it all. Just had an incredible pre-Christmas getaway at the Bespoke Inn. We normally stay at one of the resorts in the area - but were persuade to give the Bespoke Inn a try - and we could not have been happier. The property is small and intimate. The staff completely accommodating, and while the restaurant is technically separate from the hotel - the staff there was amazing as well. We had the penthouse and decided to host local friends for a wine and cheese night - several of our local friends are not looking at the property for a staycation. Can not wait to have our next visit.

Yelp
Giving this place a 3 only because it was cutely decorated, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was central to Old Town Scottsdale. Service was horrible. We arrived pretty early and our room was not ready yet which was understandable. However, we were not offered to use any of the hotel amenities (pool, bikes, etc.). Even once we got into our room we still were not offered to use any of the hotel amenities (I found out we can take bikes out when checking out of the hotel). We also found blood stains on our towels - disgusting!! When we went to use the pool it was only open for a half hour because there was a public event going on that evening. Meanwhile, they were setting up for the party so it was just uncomfortable swimming next to the windows as they set up. The pool overlooks the restaurant and a parking lot. If I was sitting in the restaurant I would feel uncomfortable. I booked this for my fiance and I to celebrate our engagement and for the same price we could have stayed at a luxury resort and been pampered. Very disappointed, would not recommend.

Yelp
This place was great! We had the best time, and the owners were wonderful hosts and knowledgeable guides. The pool was refreshing and courtyard was relaxing. The rooms were beautiful, and well decorated and stocked. The food was wonderful - fresh and delicious. We didn't have a car, everything was within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
I cannot say enough about how much I loved this place!! The room was beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect for walking to Old Town! Kate was very helpful and made great recommendations for local places to visit/see. If you are heading to Scottsdale I would make sure to stay here!

Yelp
We had a fantastic stay! I wouldn't consider myself a boutique hotel kind of guy, but this place is stellar. Our room was clean, well put together and VERY comfortable. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about the area. Vitru shares the courtyard and is a must as well. We will be staying here again.

Yelp
We are visiting from New England and thoroughly enjoying our stay. Lovely room, very charmingly decorated, large and well appointed bathroom. Indulgently luxurious towels, shower and bath tub. An onsite epicurean delight of a restaurant called Virtu. We had octopus with bruschetta for brunch one day! Duck Benedict and delicious steak and eggs. Wonderful coffee. Brunch is complimentary. Highly recommended for dinner or any meal. Owners Kate and Rob are such gracious hosts. We arrived late and Kate met us on the street and Rob came in late to assist us with the TV. Everything works. Wireless internet works perfectly at high speed which permitted me to download two movies for our return flight to Boston. Didn't have a chance to use the bikes but they had a good selection which was new and extraordinarily well maintained. Highly recommended!!

Yelp
Only been here an hour and would not change a thing! Quaint, beautifully decorated. Great spaces all around the property to rest and recharge.

Yelp
Terrible. There is an extreme lack of humanity displayed by the people who run the place. Shame on you, Bespoke Inn. A dear friend and I were due to arrive there for a two nights to recharge her spirit while she is caring for a mother suffering with pancreatic cancer. My friend is on an unpaid leave from her job to care for her parents. Spending two nights at this inn was going to be the high point of a very difficult year. 4 days before we were due to arrive, her mother was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital in critical condition. Clearly by her mother's side is where she needed to be and not relaxing at the Bespoke Inn. We notified the Inn right away that our plans were canceled. (We were both flying from different coasts. )The Bespoke said no refunds. I've called, emailed, asked to speak to someone at the Inn. The only response was an email saying their policy is no refunds. My dear friend has called and gotten a ridiculous run around. The only person who showed a bit of humanity was Myra. But they have not changed their policy even when a potential customer is dealing with heartbreak. Certainly businesses have to be run efficiently, but this is an absurd response from a business in the hospitality industry. The email was signed "in the spirit of Hospitality"....that is quite a joke. This was the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. There should be someone with more humanity overseeing what is supposedly a beautiful place.

Yelp
Small, romantic inn with thoughtful, bespoke touches located within walking distance of downtown Scottsdale. The owner-operators are attentive and thoughtful in their advance preparation for even the smallest details: soft, luxuriant towels, fresh fruit and wonderfully appointed rooms. Their Tuscan-style courtyard hosts an excellent restaurant with a wonderful brunch and cutting-edge cocktails. Will stay here anytime I'd like to be near Phoenix or Scottsdale.

Yelp
What an exceed expectation experience. My friend and I stayed at Bespoke Inn for two nights in September of 2015. We stopped here before heading back to NC after spending some time in Sedona , Arizona at Enchantment Resort. We originally booked the upstairs bedroom, but when we asked if we could include the "suite" just after arrival they were so accommodating. And what a value that is. We could live in this space and be happy. The kitchen is laid out for entertaining with no disregard for the "chef". The open living area is so comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are flawlessly conceived. Step outside and there was the most amazing relaxing spots terraced on three sides, including a stainless steel lap pool!! The owners were so fabulous from check in "tour" to dining suggestions. Those of which included the restaurant downstairs, Virtu. It was great for dinner and breakfast! I would highly recommend this Inn. Oh and did I mention you also get a bike to pedal around town ?!
