Great location, in old town region, 3 minutes walking distance to train street. Delicious breakfast, room is very clean. Best of all is their customer services. From the welcome drinks and cold towels to freshen up, to free manicure for all the guests who stay here. the most outstanding customers services I've ever experienced. From doorman to kitchen staff, every one carries a smile and greats you with care. Recommend this hotel to all people who plains to travel to Hanoi city👍👍👍

Our stay at this hotel has been thoroughly enjoyable. The rooms are clean, the location is convenient, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. A heartfelt thank you to Mei, who greeted us with genuine warmth and grace. She was attentive and thoughtful throughout, making sure we felt comfortable and well cared for. Her sincerity stood out and it never felt like routine hospitality, but something personal and kind. The rest of the staff have also been helpful and polite, always ready to assist with a smile. We’re truly grateful for the care we’ve received and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. And if you’re lucky, you’ll be welcomed by Mei too.

This was the last hotel we stayed at in Hanoi, and the service was unbelievably good. When we arrived, the staff helped carry our luggage. During check-in, we were even offered candied fruits to snack on. They introduced nearby attractions and provided a small map to help us get oriented. There was even complimentary nail polish available! The breakfast was very diverse and delicious, with different dishes served over the two days we stayed. Most importantly, there was someone like a personal concierge who helped us with everything we needed. The only minor downside was that there wasn’t a designated spot to place fresh clothes when showering (at least in the double room we stayed in), but everything else was fantastic. Highly recommended—we're so glad we ended our Vietnam trip at this wonderful hotel.

This is a great boutique hotel right in the heart of the Old Quarter. It is very convenient and close to everything. The hotel is very chic and funky. The service is top notch. The buffet was very good. The Staff, especially Yoshi at the front desk, offered impeccable service and attention to details. They noticed that it was my daughter’s birthday in 2 days and gave us 2 birthday desserts. They also helped us arrange for our tour and recommended and booked a great restaurant nearby. Yoshi also let me know where the best shopping areas were. My family had an early flight and they arranged for the ride to the airport. The hotel also arranged for us to receive a breakfast bag to eat prior to going to the airport. Yoshi also gave us a parting gift of Vietnamese treats. I cannot rave enough about this hotel.

She was incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From giving us local tips to assisting with our travel plans, Mei’s hospitality truly made a difference. This was the first hotel on our 3-week journey in Vietnam. So amazed on the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Welcome drink, upgrade to a better room, tons of information and nothing was too much to ask. Breakfast was amazing. Thank you so much ! Absolutely recommended !

The Bespoke and Trendy Hotel is a sanctuary in the craziness which is Hanoi. We had rooms in the old part - very comfortable with traditional furniture and views down onto the street - and the refurbished main building - huge, modern and extremely stylish. We ate there twice and the food was wonderful both times. My partner loved the beef in bamboo and I had plenty of delicious vegetarian options from which to choose. The best part of the experience though was provided by the staff - from the front desk to the restaurant we were made to feel welcome and valued. Nothing was too much trouble and wherever we went in the hotel we were greeted with the broadest smiles and genuine enthusiasm. Everyone was happy to chat and share stories/expertise in absolutely perfect English. If we ever get back to Hanoi we would love to stay there again, no question!
