Great location in the centre of town. Close to plenty of bars and restaurants. The train station is walking distance, or a short bus ride and the airport is only 50 minutes on the bus. The only downside to my stay were some noisy guests, unfortunately two of them were in the room next to mine.

Unfortunately, I can not fully recommend this hotel.||The positive things first. The room was OK. The bed was comfy and I slept quite well. The front desk, breakfast buffet and cleaning personnel were all friendly. The location is super!||Then the not so positive things. Unfortunately, the cleaning in my room seemed a little bit neglected. A previous customer's milk was left in the fridge and the fridge had some yellow stains. The room door had visible handprint marks on it etc.||I asked for a late check-out the day before I was leaving. It was alright and I paid in advance. The next day, at the time of the normal check-out, they still called to my room and asked when I was leaving. I explained I had bought the late check-out. They said it was okay as long as I showed the receipt when leaving. Just to make sure, I showed the receipt to the front desk already when I was going out for a little walk and sightseeing soon after the call, and they said again everything was OK and I need not worry about anything. When I got back to the hotel, my room card no longer worked.||This last day's hassle with the late check-out unfortunately ended up painting my experience more negative. Without it, I could've given the hotel 3 stars.

Parking was easy and convenient, as we were able to park in the hotel’s courtyard free of charge. This was a definite positive.||For the most part, the hotel was good: the room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. However, what left the strongest impression was the staff’s lack of flexibility in a couple of situations.||First, during breakfast, all the small tables were occupied, and the only available seating was at a large table that had been reserved for a group—even though no one was sitting there. We tried to discuss the situation with the staff and suggested we could sit there temporarily until the group arrived or another table became free. But the staff wouldn’t allow it under any circumstances. They insisted we come back later, even though breakfast was being served and we already had food on our plates. This left a bad impression.||Second, the hotel’s website mentioned laundry service, so I went to ask about it at the reception. I was told there was a self-service laundry available for €4. We had our own detergent with us, but the staff insisted that only detergent capsules could be used. So we had to go out and buy those. On our second attempt, we then learned that coins were required to operate the machines—information that hadn’t been shared earlier. So, off we went again to get change. In the end, the washing and drying worked fine, but it was unnecessarily complicated.||Overall, it would have been helpful to have some basic information about the hotel’s services available in the room. There was nothing, so we had to ask the reception for everything. A printed info sheet, like in many other hotels, would have made things easier and helped us avoid the confusion around laundry, for example.

The hotel has a couple of great pluses, it's location and parking, that's all. Their cook has probably never seen what bacon and scrambled eggs look like. And most importantly, if you're traveling for business, avoid this hotel. They won't bill you because they use an intermediary between them and booking.com. You'll have to wait a month for the invoice.

Good hotel, matched expectations. Didn’t require parking nor use leisure facilities which both seem to have received negative comments before. Reception area and staff nice; room clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a tasty selection of pastries, also had yogurt and toast. Also available some hot food and cheese & meats.

Very good location to visit #ZalgirisArena, Akropolis shopping center or Kaunas old town. Everything is by the hand. Very kind staff, free parking. But hotel himself needs some refreshment. Its not 4* hotel.
