Have been following their company for years and have consistently been impressed by their attention to the details of beautiful craftsmanship, in both their products and their online experience. Every new product contains a story of the product, but also of what went into making it, and why theirs stand apart. I finally ordered my first shipment from them and they continue to impress. From the packing tape on the box, to the real stamped packaging inside, to the free patch included with the order, to the stunningly simple invoice for the order: 100% genuine care for what they do. The price tags may be higher than other similar products that you can find elsewhere, but the quality of production and satisfaction you get with the order is well worth supporting this rare vestige of authenticity in a world filled with companies trying their hardest to LOOK handcrafted. Will be ordering again soon. Keep up the exceptional work!

My boyfriend and I were immediately impressed by Best Made Co.'s bold logo. After looking into the brand a bit more, my boyfriend became obsessed with their clothing. We ordered an item online and had a customer service related request. Nick contacted us almost immediately and was very helpful, professional, and courteous. We were so impressed with the company after dealing with him that we went into the brick and mortar store and purchased more clothing. The two men at the store were personable and helpful, and the quality of their items is amazing! Our cups look brand new after a year (despite occasional clumsiness), and the clothing frequently brings in compliments from strangers. I was blown away by the luxuriousness of the fabrics, the rich colors, and the attention to detail. I must admit that the lack of women's clothing produced moments of envy that made me wish I were a man. Perhaps in the future there will be women's clothing too..... (nudge nudge). Overall, we're both so impressed with the products and customer service of this company. Can't wait to spread the word!

I ordered a hat that was said to be made in Italy but when it came it had a “made in China“ label on it. Customer service blew me off like it wasn’t a big deal and just said they’ve “made some recent manufacturing changes“. If their entire marketing didn’t revolve around the idea of sourcing things responsibly then this would be different but come on! I ended up keeping the hat anyway and actually like it a lot but wish it was what it claimed to be and hope this company can live up to its name in the future. I’d say if you’re reading this, look to your local craftsman first. Is there a cobbler, blacksmith leather worker or craft clothing manufacturer that you can buy from directly?

WOW. Great products and fantastic presentation. We bought the Stellarscope for Father's Day and it arrived on time and with a beautiful card, presenting in a cool package. It was just really cool and I was very impressed. I will be buying from Best Made Company again.

Bought an axe there the other day for a co-worker's leaving gift. Beautifully designed products. Also the store attendee was helpful and professional despite trying to deal with a disgruntled customer who was upset about receiving too many catalogues (obviously not the stores fault) at the same time.

This is the general store of my dreams. They have an incredible collection of products ranging from true classics to modern. The atmosphere itself is worth a visit but you're sure to find something to take home whether it's an Army Field Manual on survival, a jug of maple syrup, or one of their classic Best Made axes. Actually, I don't know if I saw their maple syrup sold in the store itself but maybe they should have a weekly pancake breakfast offering samples... Just a thought.

I purchased the blanket lined ranch jacket. Great coat. Very well made.. BUT.... caution... the smallest XX large I have ever seen or worn. I have no idea why a coat designed for winter wear would be so small that it cannot be worn over a sweater. It is also a few inches too short to be completely practical. I think I will keep it.. but I suspect that for true rural winter weather, it will reveal that it was designed for city dwellers, and will revert to my old ugly parka... darn...

Literally the worst customer experience I've ever received. I ordered a poorly fitting $200 jacket before they "disappeared" due to Covid, and now that they are owned by Duluth they don't honor any refunds or guarantees. Basically an exit scam and all I want is to return my jacket for one that fits - I've contacted them on Facebook, email, phone, and instagram and nobody will help. I've been a loyal customer but don't order from then - they've become no more than a corporate, uncompassionate company that doesn't follow through with any of their promises.
