Art Plaza Hotel

This hotel is a perfect value for money. It is not a luxury hotel, but a hotel with a relatively small lobby and a not-so-large dining room. And it still has a lot of advantages. First, the location is excellent. Near the pedestrian street, but not too close, meaning in a quiet area. The rooms are quite modern and tidy. The breakfast was above average in my opinion for an average European hotel. The staff's attitude is excellent. So again - it is not a huge hotel with a pool, gym and more, but for those who want to sleep close to the center, comfortably, and at an excellent price, this is a lot for you.

The hotel is located in the heart of Sofia, and a short walk from monuments, shops, restaurants, and public transport. If you book hotel pick up for a tour they will pick you up at this location. The service is outstanding - the reception at the hotel is extremely helpful. They can help you with booking taxis, private drivers, tours, restaurant reservations/recommendations, etc. The breakfast has a very good variety of foods. Overall, we were comfortable in our room. The only thing we didn’t like was that the shower door isn’t sealed well and water gets all over the floor, so you have to be careful with the direction of the shower head. But that wasn’t a big deal. When we return to Sofia we will choose this hotel again.

Rooms are very comfortable with nice beds, sofa, writing table and cupboards. Good AC and hot water 24 hrs. Staff at reception, in breakfast at section and housekeeping is excellent and they really take efforts to ensure your stay is comfortable. ||While leaving the hotel I saw LIFT was not working and they had put a notice on LIFT door. This may be one off such incident but make sure that LIFT is functional. ||Overall nice hotel and I will stay here again

Our stay at this hotel was great! We arrived at the hotel before check in and there was a place to leave our luggage until check in time. The hotel is located a few steps from Vitosha boulevard and this is extremely convenient. The breakfast was fantastic with many choices of savory and sweet dishes. The room and breakfast area were clean. Our stay at your hotel was a wonderful experience due to the kind and helpful staff! Thank you!

The hotel location is very good, very close to the center, to other purposes and places in the city. The rooms are small, 18 square meters. There is no space in the shower for toiletries. Makeup, etc. The air conditioning did not work the first night, it was impossible to sleep. The breakfast is excellent, rich and varied.

Very good location, just next to the walking street. Room size was not big but not too small either. Breakfast was good. Very convenient to explore the city.

Great place to stay in Sofia! High-quality hospitality service provided in the city center of the Bulgarian capital Sofia. The ladies at the reception desk are cooperative and with excellent command in English.

Small hotel in the city center. Near walking street and very convenient to explore the city. All attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast was good
