Art Plaza Hotel

The hotel location is very good, very close to the center, to other purposes and places in the city. The rooms are small, 18 square meters. There is no space in the shower for toiletries. Makeup, etc. The air conditioning did not work the first night, it was impossible to sleep. The breakfast is excellent, rich and varied.

Our stay at this hotel was great! We arrived at the hotel before check in and there was a place to leave our luggage until check in time. The hotel is located a few steps from Vitosha boulevard and this is extremely convenient. The breakfast was fantastic with many choices of savory and sweet dishes. The room and breakfast area were clean. Our stay at your hotel was a wonderful experience due to the kind and helpful staff! Thank you!

Great place to stay in Sofia! High-quality hospitality service provided in the city center of the Bulgarian capital Sofia. The ladies at the reception desk are cooperative and with excellent command in English.

Wonderful find! A great hotel to stay with our children. With 14&10 year old boys, it is not easy to find the right place to stay. Youngest is too young to put them in their own room and oldest needs his space. We had a lovely family suite here which was perfect.||Looks like it has had some recent investment along with dropping the Best Western association (no bad thing!). Everything feels well maintained and clean. Breakfast was a great spread!||Central location is a great plus. Close to the main pedestrian street and short walk to the centre!

We checked in and room looked clean. We noticed that toilet seat and side of bowl were smeared with feces. My wife and I both mode contact with it. Asked reception for help. The receptionist refused to help. She did not offer to clean it as housekeeping is off for the day. She could not provide us with another clean room.

Great location. No parking. There is only one parking space which is paid 20 eur per day. The breakfast was pretty simple. As well the room. 4 stars are too much for this hotel.

Lovely hotel in a perfect position for seeing the sites of Sofia. Very close to many places for food and drink. Hotel very clean, rooms serviced every day. Staff are professional and helpful. Would definitely return.

The room is very nice, clean and spacious whilst cosy, the location is exceptional as it is a stones throw from Vitosha mountain and the service was spectacular. We were served by a bald man (I can’t remember his name) who explained everything to us and helped our check in, we were then taken care of by the lovely Vilena who was friendly, approachable and always smiling. The service is spectacular. The location is literally a couple of minutes away from the main strip Vitosha Boulevard and it’s so handy! I will definitely stay here again when I return to Sofia. 10/10.
