Best Western Brigham City Inn & Suites

Checking in was fast, even though she wasn't the friendliest person. If you book a hotel for the morning breakfast, please stay away. Everything was empty with no staff in sight. This is one of the worst hotel breakfasts I've ever encountered. Rooms were clean, however the sink kept dripping all night. Beds were very firm and squeaky. Won't be back to this location. This places needs an overhaul.

My overall experience at this hotel wasn't great. We had a trailer so we had to park on the street. I could over look that if it wasn't for so many other details. The hotel has been renovated so it visibly looks nice, but it smells. The room smelled like it was damp and it wasnt/hadn't been raining before or when I arrived. The smell did get worse when the rain came but that wasn't a surprise. My room faced the street, the windows open which was nice, but they didn't lock. The beds were also not comfortable. The room was handicap accessible but didn't have a walk in tub or a pull down shower head and had terrible pressure. The check in person was super nice and the cleaning staff were all wonderful. However there was one lady who was super nasty to my friend and her daughter. Apparently you aren't allowed to have any one visit you in your room or help you with your scooter or they will be stopped and yelled at in the lobby. No we weren't loud, no we didn't make a mess, no one ate the complimentary breakfast, no one slept over. I will NEVER stay here again and my friend who lives there will be sure to make sure no one she knows stays there again.

The staff was fine and the breakfast was actually good and they are pet friendly for 20$ a pet each night. The problem I had is I paid over 120$ for a room for the night (163) and the bathroom was covered in black mold and the sink had a leak. The towels were also stained and didn't smell very clean. This isn't up to the standard of other Best Westerns I have stayed at.

My husband and I stayed the night here while passing through town for work. Great hotel to stay at, and very affordable.The pool and hot tub were awesome!! The biscuits n' gravy and waffles we had for breakfast were super tasty, and the staff and rooms were great! Definitely will stay here again if we come back through!

The most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. Mold growing ALL over our room and it also reeked of pet urine. Don’t be deceived by their current 4-star rating. Spend the extra $10 to stay somewhere else that won’t leave you feeling disgusting.

Made an overnight stay with 1 other person and 2 small dogs. Paid extra for the dogs. Very disappointed for what I paid for. Toilet running intermittently (tried to fix ourselves), light burned out over the sink, stains on carpet, desk and TV cabinet, large spackle repair in the wall, great mattress but terrible pillows. Room was clean and odor-free (good work hskpg). Hope they can improve this property. Great location and pretty quiet.

Read these reviews carefully! We dodged a bullet by looking more closely at the reviews the day of our reservation. One review mentioned the hotel having bed bugs and this was 2 weeks prior to our reservation. The lady on the phone tried to tell us that the hotel is under new management and that they had a "tree bug" problem that is now resolved. I didn't buy it. No wonder this hotel was the only hotel with availability nearby at the time.

Room was dirty around the edges and made us a bit itchy. No tissue in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

That will do for one night, however this one definitely is not the best Best Western. That is for sure and pretty far from the cleanest one. Coffee maker looked disgusting, someone forgot their socks behind the bathroom door so cleaning guys are not thorough. On a bright side there is a weird Wal-Mart right across the street and they do have a swimming pool even though I noticed that showering before and after the pool is also not very common here. Brigham City itself is probably the size of Blackfoot it is like a Blackfoot just with a greater choice of chain restaurants, guess if Blackfoot was closer to Boise it would also have more food. I think no coffee/breakfast in the lobby was due to COVID so I understand, however it looked like there was some kinda construction in progress on a second floor, I prefer businesses that close during the construction time thus showing respect to customers and keeping them safe. Hot tub was hot enough and all, but I thought it would be a much quieter neighborhood at night while we stayed there we heard almost like a gun fire and someone got busted with 3 police vehicles in the middle of the night, so much noisier than expected, but nothing that a good pair of ear plugs can't fix.

We had received a night away from work. Love best western usually. This place however is a JOKE upon getting to our room the kurvig was filthy. Told the lady she said sorry that should have been caught by house keeping. I said okay and that we'd be leaving for dinner. Then come back to use the hot tub ICE cold. Yellow stained towels in the bathroom. But the final straw and I get a hotel is not quiet. But from 12:30 until 2:30 when the people above kept stopping over and over we checked out. All the front desk could say is sorry that happened like are you kidding me. Wish there was a half star at this point.

Great people , great room and super clean. I would have given them a five, but no hot tub or pool. When that is the case the hotel should give a 20 or 10 % discount. Another thing that was strange was the EV plug in was in a handicapped stall. Take the sign down or no one will be able to charge their car. "Handicap is way higher on the need scale". I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN. You guys show you care !!!!!

Booked the room for the spa, but when we check on the pool and hot tub we're clearly drained and apparently broken. The lady at the help desk was a dear in the headlight and clearly had no idea what she was doing. Finally got our room keys and head to the room which they were still cleaning. So, we had to go get a different room. The TV wasn't connected when we got in the room. Even though there was very few people staying in the hotel, they booked people on both sides of our room and you could hear everything that was going on. In the morning, an hour before check out, roomservice barges in and wakes me up. I do not recommend and I will never go back.​

The room was nice and clean, but nothing special. The customer service was as expected for this type of chain, quick and friendly. Perfect for an overnight stay when driving through.

Were traveling with kids, & had to stop by for a very emergency bathroom break. At first we were afraid that they might say "No", but to our surprise they let us use their public restroom. Can't thank them enough for helping us out at that moment!!! It's a very clean and modern looking building. Looks like some sort of renovation going on. The front desk lady was super nice.

First I am so laid back in what I need from a hotel. Clean, safe, maybe a nice complimentary continental breakfast. A small workout room. Since I walked in this hotel has been nothing but issues. We were first placed into a room that hadn't been cleaned. The second room was fine until we tried to use the shower. The tub didn't drain. Upon leaving after the first of two nights, I request room service and for the drain to be checked. Arriving back at the hotel after a long day. My room wasn't serviced. So the tub wasn't fixed. Also the TV won't turn on. The hotel is also in disarray from possible repairs or renovation? No elevator. I have never left a negative review. I travel for both work and personal reasons. This experience changed that. Please do not book here.

So happy I took this issue to my financial institution, since Best Western (local and corporate), weren't willing to admit any mistake or fault. So my financial institution (VISA) went to bat and after months of waiting, I'm happy to say I finally got my money back for this. Don't take the company's word for it ever.... they'll battle you as long as they can... take it right to the people who control money, the financial institutions... To Best Western Brigham City Staff: Who had the last laugh? ;) Who won this dispute? It doesn't pay to kick families out on Christmas.

Nice decor and comfortable, but Sink faucet was broken and the guest washer & dryer were broken. Provides a nice free breakfast with eggs & make your own waffles. Pet friendly. Indoor pool. Free WiFi & parking. Has two charging stations for electric vehicles.

I love best western, we will always stay at a BW when we travel. That being said I have to say we will not be staying at the BW in Brigham City Ut. Ther was a dirty towel left in our room we just checked in to, and the room was not serviced the next day....I am told that they no longer service rooms if you are staying more than one night...unless we ask...however we were never told that. ...I am giving them 2 stars because when I told the front desk woman about the towel she was very apologetic and nice.

Their breakfast included a frozen breakfast burrito, a nitro grain bar, and a yogurt! Better than what most hotels are offering. Parking was easy. I was going to use the hot tub but the whole pool area was filled with screaming kids running back and forth. The room was nice, I slept on the pull out couch which is like any average pull out couch.. I had to get the bedspread for that and the mattress has plastic wrap in it, easier to clean/sanitize I'm sure. The room had one towel in it which wasn't enough. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

We specifically picked this hotel because we were told we could have reservations for an adjoining room and we were going swimming. I booked about a month in advance and I called the next days to confirm it was adjoining rooms and was told yes it was. We arrive to find out the adjoining rooms are now full so we can't have it anymore. The pool is so cold, the hot tub isn't working, the elevators do not work, our tv in the room didn't work and we did not have black out curtains so we went to call the front desk only to find out our phone also doesn't work. We had to call the front desk with our cell and the tv couldn't be fixed. 124$ for a hotel room with zero amenities. Disappointing, will definitely never stay here again.

We stayed one night 7/7/20. I was pretty panicked when I pulled in to see if there were any available rooms, we had just had a horrible experience in a near by city with a disgusting hotel. As soon as I walked in I noticed it was very clean and the lady who greeted me was so nice! The room was very clean and quiet and the pool and spa were amazing after a 12 hour day in the car with two small kids. I can not say enough good things about our experience, especially the kind friendly lady (Angelica? I think), Thank You so much!

First, our room didn't look anything like these pictures. Second, we ordered and paid for a suite (complete with a pull out couch) and received a small, unimpressive room with 1 king bed. Finally, they don't do housekeeping here - only if you request it (due to COVID - apparently you're supposed to know this even though it's the first time I ever encountered it after staying several places recently - and they don't tell you about this when you check in). SO, unless you enjoy making your own bed, cleaning up your room, emptying your trash, cleaning your bath and getting fresh towels yourself (services normally provided with a hotel booking - what you pay for, right?) you had better specify that upon check in (to the lady with cotton candy colored blue hair).

The forth Best Western we stayed in on our recent trip to the Grand Canyon. By far the nicest. Very clean and fresh. The air conditioner filters were very clean and not plugged, as others have been. Nice colors in the room. Room size very large. Overall couldn't have done better anywhere
