Best Western Chinatown Hotel

I recently stayed from May 22nd to 25th, and had a great experience! The room and food were of good quality. The staff and management were friendly and welcoming. #芳姐

1. The bathroom is not clean and has stains.2. When taking the elevator on each floor, the waiting area for the elevator does not have air conditioning.3. The restaurant air conditioner is not cool.4. There is not much food to choose from.5. The room is very small.6. Not worth the price paid7. The internet signal is not very strong.Overall the hotel needs to improve a lot.

Small place. Not clean and light was not take caảefully. I found a big mouse on my floor. Spa is not working and no one stay there.

Smells bad and i think nobody cleaned the room for a while.. The photos of the hotel are totally different from what it really looks. Never go there or you regert following my advice.

Stayed 5 nights at this hotel with an entire football team (players & staff). Hotel staff and management worked really hard to accomodate the demands of our team (dining, gym, internet, etc.). Because of the staff and quality of the hotel amenities & food, the stay was very cozy and welcoming. Kudos to the manager and staff! Salamat!

I went to this place, and it was awesome! location is not bad, do not feel safe at night as environment is dark with few or no people at night time, accessible to china town easily, lobby is small, people there are super nice, and they have yummy food. The spa people are really good at massages, too! In the morning, you can hear people at the bazaar, it's very noisy.

Excellent accomodation with great staff, always ready to welcome you. The room service and housekeeping staff are always ready and active to serve you. The food is also fresh and good, especially the varieties in breakfast. Good experience all over.

Conveniently located at the heart of Chinatown, this hotel has modern rooms and helpful staff. We recommend to book the superior room because the cheapest one doesn't have a proper window (the wall of the adjacent building it's 20 cm away from the window). Although small, the room had all the necessary amenities and the bed was confortable. The breakfast was pretty good. Being vegetarians we managed to have a proper meal without any problem. There's always water and orange juice available for guests at the lobby. Since we had a late flight we requested a slightly late check-out and the staff kindly accommodated it. Overall, good value for money.
