I have been staying at the Best Western for three weeks, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff here is incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming, truly making me feel at home while being away from home. The level of customer service is excellent, and it has exceeded all of my expectations. The rooms are always impeccably clean, and the staff pays close attention to every detail during their cleaning. It’s clear they take great pride in maintaining a high standard of quality. The free breakfast is another highlight—it’s delicious and a great way to start the day! Initially, I was booked at another local hotel, but after noticing several unacceptable concerns, I canceled my reservation and demanded a refund. I’m so glad I found this Best Western instead. The quality here rivals, if not surpasses, many higher-end hotels. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay. Thank you, Best Western, for an exceptional experience!

Google
Wonderful experience at this hotel. Fairly priced and has everything you need. Rooms and beds were immaculate and the furniture/fridge/TV seemed new. Great breakfast and customer service! The area felt safe.

Google
A nice and quite hotel with a great front desk staff. The room was pleasant and very clean, but did show it's age. Water pressure in the shower was light but I don't think the hotel has any control over this. The breakfast was on standard fare and all hot items were fresh and hot. I would stay here again and can recommend that if you are in the area and need a place for the night this is a good choice.

Google
The staff was amazing. We had to stay an extra day and all were very accommodating and helpful. Nice breakfast selections as well. Location would be a 5 if better access to the entrance. Very confusing. We always stay there when traveling through. Thanks Best Western.

Google
The room was nice and very clean. The bathroom is small, but adequate. And the included breakfast was great! Overall a nice place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Google
Very impressed with the hotel, service, cleanliness and location. We stayed here based on the other reviews and were not disappointed. From check in to room cleaners to the breakfast staff, all went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area. The pool was closed for the season but the area was clean and well kept. Although we weren't traveling with kids, there was a nice fenced in playground that looked fun

Called at the last minute to book a room. Had been on the road almost 22 hours. Rafael was very friendly and helpful. Fast check in and had a discount. Bathroom is a tad small but nothing major. The room was super clean, beds very comfortable. Hot breakfast was delicious. Super easy checkout. Staff was really friendly. Hotel is right off the highway

Google
Room was nothing special and not very well taken care of. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was pretty dirty and facilities weren’t anything special. We got a “deal” on the room but no way is it worth what they called normal price. Great location, whole place needs an update and good clean. Skip their breakfast and go to Waffle House or other local restaurant

Kimberly W.

Yelp
Great budget option. Is it a motel? Sure. And it doesn't look like much from the outside. However, it is very well maintained. My room smelled neither of smoke nor industrial cleaner, which is often an issue with budget places. Very good hot breakfast, considering the price. They had eggs, biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes, and breakfast sausage. And they monitored it well enough so I never saw them run out. You do have to walk across the parking lot to access the lobby/breakfast, but that's the nature of the location. If you're coming off the interstate, your gps will probably try to take you through the back entrance, but leaving the place to hop back on 65 is super easy from the main entrance. The drive from here to downtown Nashville is all interstate, so while it's about 20 miles from there, it's only about a 20 min drive. It's also close to a bunch of random restaurants and strip malls, so even if you're not heading downtown, everything you might need is nearby.

Yelp
Great price ! Great Location ! Friendly staff! My family and I enjoyed this cute hotel with a playground , clean pool and a gym . Well worth it bc they got clean rooms with clean bathroom.

Yelp
Cockroaches!! This place is disgusting. I woke up in the middle of the night to a cockroach crawling up my arm. Jumped up. Ended up pulling beds out to find it. It went into the wall. Then I see a second one next to the coffee pot. By then my wife is freaked out. At the same time, there are two men who've been in a running truck right outside our window. Like they must've slept there. We were supposed to stay multiple days, but nobody wanted to stay anymore. I asked to talk to a manager but no manager was on site. I've left 3 messages and still haven't spoken to anyone and it's been 2 weeks. Gross place. We went to a much nicer place just on the other side of the 65 that was similar price. Run from this place!

Yelp
We stay here every year as we make our way south for the winter. It is always clean, staff is friendly, facility is updated and breakfast is good. Great stay and value. Also great Mexican restaurant next to Pulblx.

Courtenay O.

Yelp
What a lovely hotel! Shawn and Shreeya helped us check in, changing us from a smoking room (We don't smoke.) to a non smoking king bed room on the ground floor. They were so friendly and efficient. Then they presented us with a goodie bag for being Diamond members (water, Gatorade, chips, and granola bar with a thank you note for choosing this BW). We found our room: a spacious end room, with fridge, bedside tables/lights, reading lights, easy chair, desk table & chair, and everything was clean and quiet. The facility also has an outside pool and play area for the kids, which we had no time to use. We had a good sleep. Bed was very comfortable. Only distraction was a loud noise made by the air conditioner when it kicked in to cool the room to a lower temperature. It was a hot and humid night! Breakfast area was large and food selections were good. We came late (8:30) so we had to sit at the high top. It was crowded. The food selections were what we expected: eggs, sausage, biscuits'n'gravy, cereals, bagels, bread, cereals, fresh yogurt, coffees and teas. All was good. Check out was quick and easy - bill printed out and emailed. This is a wonderful Best Western and we wish all could be so great!

Yelp
Stayed in for one night. The room was really clean. Even my mother approved of cleanliness. A/C unit worked perfectly. The water pressure was powerful and hot.The sweet desk lady made the Check-in quick and easy especially after a day of driving. Just note the lobby was in a different building in the front. Breakfast was the typical breakfast bar you expect. Overall had a nice one night stay.

Christopher G.

Yelp
Was booked into this hotel by someone else (sons boss) for 3 night stay. Room was clean, staff friendly and the morning breakfast was adequate (typical continental). Plenty of restaurants close by & old town Franklin is just a short drive. The only negative I have is that they are renovation some rooms on the ground floor front of building, so the construction noise started between 0700 - 0800. But it wasn't so loud that is was unbearable. Our room was on the ground floor on the back side of the building. Overall a good experience.

Jason S.

Yelp
"Nonsmoking" room interior was ok- if you like sleeping in front of an ashtray (literally) and white trash tailgating and chain smoking in front of your door. They literally put chairs in front of my door and an ashtray and chain smoked for 48 hours. DISGUSTING!!! Complained several times on day one, asked them to remove the ashtray from my "porch" they eventually did. The trash dragged it right back. Front desk response was initially- "as long as they are not smoking in the room there is. nothing we can do" WTF- so blowing directly in smoke in someone's vent is ok? I asked to change rooms, they refused to accommodate. Eventually I just found a slightly less trashy hotel down the street and checked out at 12AM before needing a f*ng lung transplant! Manager only refunded one night so I'll be calling the corporate office to get ALL of my money back. DISGUSTING - do yourself a favor and just check into a local jail for the night... Same crowd. WORST Best Western experience ever. AVOID this DUMP.

Yelp
My daughter tried to get some sleep there at 2 a.m. room was broken into by cleaning service at 7 a.m.twice police were called owner doesn't understand American laws should not be in charge of a hotel very bad business cops were called and my daughter was treated like a criminal when the hotel was at fault and they gave half the money back. If I was there I would have demanded some one be arrested.when I am asleep in my home or a hotel room that's my Ville .cleaning service must be the owners wife...

Claudia H.

Yelp
We live in CA, but my husband went to the NASCAR Race in Talladega, AL, but took our daughter, who's currently in College in TN, so he had a long drive back from AL to TN, so he called me to find a hotel room for him on the way back to AL but it got so late I had to find something closer to Nashville, I chose this hotel, because it had some good reviews and it was in an area I'm familiar with! There was no option to put in a Guest name, as on other hotel websites, so I put in his name in the Special Request section to make sure there weren't gonna be any problems, but RAFAEL gave my husband the toughest time on checking in, my husband pulled out his ID, the email I forwarded to him (with all my member info in it) AND even the credit card I paid with and Rafael still decided to give my husband a hard time. I'm sorry if you present all information and the email with the confirmation, there is no fraud or anything shady going on! At 11pm this kind of behavior is not appreciated!! On a positive note, the hotel was very comfortable my husband said and he slept very good and breakfast was the best he's ever had in a hotel like this!!!

Robert S.

Yelp
I would give it a zero but that is not possible. I was injured there by slipping on mud going up the stairs. I asked for some bandages but they had none. They gave me two small bandaids. I gave them over the phone a detailed report what happened. I had 4 major cuts on my leg. The steps are concrete and one of their employees fell the previous week on the stairs. I also hurt my neck. I asked for restitution and was told I would not get anything and corporate also called them and got nowhere. I have filed a lawsuit against them because of my injures and continued problems.

Karin S.

Yelp
Very small rooms, stained bedding, dirty floors, missing shower curtain, sirens going by literally every 20-30 minutes. Human trafficking situation going on in the hotel and front desk area. Cops called. Stay away from this place. I asked for a discount and/or refund (b/c of the above complaints) when checking out and was refused. Instead I was asked to join the BW rewards program. This room was over $100. Definitely not worth it and won't be returning.

Marleen W.

Yelp
Clean, pillows and bed comfy, pool and super playground with multiple slides and climbing stuff. Breakfast closes early 9am. places to eat within walking.

Claudette M.

Yelp
I booked this hotel to be my half-point stay when driving down to NOLA. I booked the room using Airmiles and wasn't disappointed. The weather was so nasty driving down, torrential rain. I was exhausted when I arrived, and it helped that the desk clerk was super friendly. He welcomed me and told me to let him know if I needed anything. I'm very careful about how much hotels put on my credit cards as I've been double-charged several times after already paying for a room up front. I was very pleased that the clerk ran the card for incidentals, but didn't put any kind of hold on it at all. The room was on the first floor, which was great because there is no elevator. The clerk, Nathan, told me they save 1st floor rooms close to the office when they see a woman traveling alone...will definitely stay here again. The parking lot was well-lit and I felt safe. There is a Shoney's right there within very easy walking distance if you're so inclined. The room was very clean and had clearly been updated recently. Loved the silver tones in the decorating. Nice towels, great coffee for the in-room machine. Clean fridge and microwave. The remote even came in a 'clean remote' bag. The bed was very comfortable...a must. I loved the reading lights attached to the headboard. I'd love to have those at home. Nice selection of tv channels and tv in perfect working order. The bathroom was also stocked with higher-end products.Room was spotlessly clean.I wish I could've transported this room to NOLA lol. I didn't try the breakfast. I usually have no luck with Gluten-free hotel bfast unless it's a really fancy place with a buffet. But it looked clean just like the lobby. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

Caroline S.

Yelp
We booked our room on Booking.com last night and when we arrived we were given the key to room 222. The building that our room was in was separate from the lobby so it took us a while to find it. No elevators to get up to the second floor, but that's not a big deal. I just thought I'd bring that up. When we got into our room it had that musty smell that we've grown accustomed to at some hotels. Things that I look for are good water pressure, clean carpets, and a firm bed. We did have a very slow sink drain and it seems I always need to clean the showerhead in order to get the water to flow. That was true at this hotel. The bed was a little soft for our tastes. I would experiment next time I'm in this area and go to a different hotel.

Yelp
I checked in this evening for an 11 day stay for business. The staff was friendly and attentive. The lobby was clean. They required a mask for entering the lobby--THANK YOU!! My room is clean, comfortable, safe, and updated. The staff at check in informed me of how to park and such. They also informed me of free breakfast, but I do not eat breakfast. I drink tea and have toast. The beds are firm. Fridge and microwave are in the rooms. Modern furniture and working facilities are available. There is a pool-- I will not use while COVID19 is active. Bottom line is that I am a single woman traveling and staying in a hotel because I work. This place makes me feel safe and secure. AOK

Leah C.

Yelp
7/9/21 check in. Upon parking, we saw a cop scoping out a room as well as creepy-looking dudes on motorcycles hanging outside their rooms. The pool looked like a COVID petri dish. We were given room 256. Upon entering, all looked good at first glance. We stepped out for the evening, came back around midnight and noticed two COCKROACHES near the refrigerator. We also found a bug in one of the beds, as well as BLOOD STAINS on the comforter. We also noticed hair on the toilet and dirt on the bathroom door. Not to mention the big gap in the front door, which I'm assuming is how all the bugs got in. The gap was big enough for a mouse to get in if they had any around the premises. We went down to the front desk at 12:16 am only for RAPHAEL to rudely tell us they don't have any other rooms available. We took photos of the roaches, but he didn't even ask to see them. He said they'd come up and spray so, clearly, he/the building is aware that roaches exist on the property. He would not offer to put us up at another Best Western. Instead, he said he'd give us a refund -- if we, two women visiting from out of town, "left the premises immediately" at 12:30 AM. We obviously had no choice but to stay there for the night. In the morning, we went down to check out early, only to be told "there's nothing we can do" by a different desk employee except give us a $20 discount. For an insect-filled, dirty room, a pathetically small discount is not sufficient. Unbelievable. We ended up finding another hotel in which the woman at the desk sincerely apologized for Raphael's behavior because, clearly, that is not the way the hospitality business should be run. They've got some nerve advertising themselves as a 3 star hotel. It's a 1 star motel. I've already reported this hotel to the local health department and I would implore any of you reading this to not stay there. Low price, yes, but as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. I would gladly pay an extra 100 a night to stay at a cleaner establishment with more hospitable service from employees.

Ray R.

Yelp
The hotel isn't bad if you have low funds. But the room smelt bad due to people allowed to smoke in hotel. Looks as if it's an old motel that they just added paint over the walls. But does give a nice appearance. People are always hanging out by the cars, drinking beer and grills going. Apparently a lot of people live at this hotel. Rooms are fairly clean. But I highly doubt I ever stay here again. Based on the fact it doesn't appear safe, and your vehicle doesn't either. Again you get what you pay for.....

Janine B.

Yelp
Quality of our room was poor as the renovations on the motel are below sub-par. The room was NOT well cleaned. I even found toenail clippings on the floor. The location is decent; it is simple a very old motel and not enough money went into the improvements or training the cleaning staff. The towels, toilet paper, & tissues are all very thin and feel cheap. Just understand what you are getting. In this case, you very much get what you pay for.

Tammy B.

Yelp
JUST A HEADS UP . . . . THIS HOTEL HAS A BEDBUG INFESTATION! HAD TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL AT 3:45 AM! Manager stated there was no vacancy to change rooms. Seriously? When you wake up with bugs on your pillows? Got a refund, but never again will I stay at a Best Western. BW stands for Bedbugs Welcome. I have pics but no option to post them here.

Dominic M.

Yelp
It's a motel, which I did not know and my room smelled like smoke so bad I was coughing for 20 minutes, small bathroom, do not recommend

Olivia C.

Yelp
It doesn't look the best but I had a very comfortable stay here. When I checked in, the girl at the front desk was very nice. My room was comfortable - a little outdated in some places, but it was functional! There was a big snowstorm happening, which is why I needed to stay there so I could get to work up the road, and one thing I will say was that I barely needed to run the heater at all during that whole 3 days - that building is extremely well insulated! Because of the snow, I ended up having to stay longer than I planned, and the same girl at the front desk was very kind, she helped me get a new key after my old one automatically deactivated, and was very pleasant to chat with - I wish I'd gotten her name so I could give her a shoutout! The only thing I wasn't super pleased with was that on day 2 of my stay, the hotel had buzzsaws/construction going on in the room opposite mine, the other side of the building. I understand that work must go on, but I felt like maybe it could at least wait until after checkout time that way it has a lower likelihood of disturbing people. Overall, I'd stay there again!

Linda S.

Yelp
They have cockroaches. Checked in July 7, 2021, room 214. It was after 9pm when we arrived. Turned on light in bathroom and a huge cockroach over 3 inches long was in bathtub and it crawled back in the bathtub drain overflow plate. It was so late that we stayed but slept with lights on. Left first thing in the morning. The showerhead was not even flush with the wall. It was about 2" from wall and I'm sure that was more access for the cockroaches to enter and exit. Did not bother speaking to front desk personnel because they were unpleasant when we checked in. We had friends in two other rooms there that night. One of then requested at booking over 3 months ago for a first floor accessible room because she uses walker and cannot climb stairs. Guess what? They gave her a 2nd floor room and had the nerve to say it was only a few steps up to second floor. Wow. We had to help her climb the steps to get to her room. The friends in the third room opened their ice bucket and got a strong smell of urine wafting from the ice bucket. The rooms were all musty and the AC units leaking water outside. I've stayed at many Best Westerns and never had issues like this. Definitely do not stay at BW Franklin Inn TN.

Samantha B.

Yelp
I stayed here two nights this week. I actually live 30 miles away and work 4 miles away, but I had early morning meetings in Nashville and wanted to shave time off of my commute. The general manager is a friend-of-a-friend, so I decided to stay here instead of in Nashville, which saved me about $300. This is the nicest Best Western I've ever stayed at, and definitely the best value in hotels in Franklin. The decor is modern, the TV quality is good, the shower is hot and has good pressure, and the showerheads are very tall (7'5"). All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The location of this hotel is outstanding. The hotel is in walking distance of a Publix, the best O'Charley's, a great Mexican restaurant called Nachos, a Starbucks, Einstein Bagel Co., and a very nice liquor store. It is about two miles away from Cool Springs Galleria, the mall, and all the stores and eateries that typically surround malls. If you're not familiar with this area, you should know that this is a very safe, very pleasant area. I will definitely stay here again when I need a shorter commute for days that begin too early!!

Jean P.

Yelp
Rooms are kind of "divey " but they're clean and good amenities for the kids ie pool and playground, free pancakes

Cory H.

Yelp
I'm giving a solid 4 star rating. 4 stars....Check in and out was a breeze. Clean room, clean sheets, clean towels, clean sink area, clean toilet. Folks that tidied up room each day did a good job. Minus one star....I had to exterminate a few "stink" bugs on more than one occasion. Not a problem!!! All went to sewer heaven.

Davante G.

Yelp
We came in from out of town after being on the road. Everything around was booked due to it being the weekend & late hour. All that was left was a smoking room we had to take. My son & I were in need of sleep and took the room. We were beyond disgusted when we found these mattresses to be filthy full of whatever is on the mattress. The stains were so bad we had to share a bed & sleep in our cloths. Worst of all, THEY CHATGED M $140.00 for the filthy s $it holeThis place should be turned into the State of Tennessee!!!

Michelle K.

Yelp
Had the worst experience at this hotel. Stayed three nights. The first two nights were noisy outside my room which opened up to the main parking lot. There were a lot of people coming and going all night but it wasn't too bad. The third night was scary, as a woman traveling alone. There were people fighting and yelling in the parking lot ALL night long. There was no way to tell which room they were in therefore I didn't make a call to the desk. In the morning I gathered my things to check out and went to the front desk. The attendant was not sympathetic at all and stated that it was my fault for not calling the front desk and that they could have moved me in the middle of the night. I explained that I didn't feel comfortable even leaving my room due to what was going on and she said that I had to call Expedia in order to cancel my remaining three nights. I called Expedia and they told me they called her and she was charging me for the three nights I stayed plus half of the day I was checking out (I checked out at 7am). I went back in and spoke with the desk attendant who was clearly not interested in helping me at all and she said that she had the right to charge me for half of the day even though I wasn't staying that day at all. I tried to call after the fact to speak to a manager but was never able to connect with one. This hotel is less expensive for a reason. It caters to what seems to be a very rough crowd with little intervention by the hotel staff. If you'd like to get a good nights rest and feel safe this is not the place to stay.

Lori H.

Yelp
We have been stopping at this Best Western location for about the last 7 or 8 years. We haven't really had any issues until this last trip for 7/16/2022 and 7/23/2022. Two reservations. My husband was in the military (Air Force) for six years. We have always gotten a military discount which they advertise on their website and have never had an issue. They state on their website just present proof of credentials. We go to check in and they tell us now because we went through a third party to book the reservation this discount is not available. I have proof of every reservation showing we booked through the third party and we have never had a problem previously . They would not accommodate us with the military discount. Please beware if you are a veteran, that if you book the reservation through a third party you will not get the discount you are entitled to! We will NOT be returning after all these years. I also had a problem with disability access and they gave us a second floor room on the first reservation. They didn't accept responsibility for that either. The front desk is not accommodating in any way. They don't care if you are right and they are wrong. Very disappointed. A nice way to treat veterans!

Mark W.

Yelp
Great service and friendly staff!!! Weirdest hotel stay ever! First of all, if there is sausage biscuits and gravy on a menu I order it every time.. So when they served it every morning of my 10 day stay I was ok with it.. Day 2 the jack port of the TV was ripped out Day 3 I come home at Midnight to all my room lights on and the shades open Day 5 the toilet paper roll holder was on my bed when I got back Day 6 the washers ate $6 in quarters which were happily replaced and then a nice assistant did some quarter spin move making the washing machine work Day 7 my remote was gone Day 9 the tv went to snow.. All of this was covered by excellent and friendly guest service! Let this be a lesson to the rest of the service industry!

Steve C.

Yelp
Stayed here four nights our stay was very nice our room was very clean and comfortable the staff was very helpful and friendly the free breakfast was good I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

Morgan S.

Yelp
$112 (tax inc) for a motel. Bed was awful and surrounded you like a taco. Shower was okay but oddly high up? I think they are doing major renovations and we had an updated room. Pool looked nice and they have a playground fenced in out front. We missed breakfast but what was left out was the standard waffle maker, coffee, small breakfast foods, looked like there may have been biscuits and gravy? Overall, I think the room should have been on the $75-85 range and with the higher price I expected more. Looks family run and with little kids running around helping clean rooms while we were checking out was endearing.

Audrey K.

Yelp
The room was great, clean, organized and no smell. Upon check in we were informed that they canceled our reservation, it was 8 pm. After informing us they didn't have a king room due to this and going back and forth for a few minutes suddenly they had a room and was able to "reactivate" our reservation. The parking was horrendous people double parked and packed. Which I understand happens but allowing people to take up two parking spaces isn't ideal when filled with bookings. Minus those two issues it was a nice quite stay.

Khalil R.

Yelp
I travelled to Franklin, TN, in October 2018 and booked two rooms in this hotel-- one for me and another for a friend. We checked in at night around 7:00 p.m so it was not terribly late. However, the night clerk was probably already not having fun working at night--which I get that. But, if you are part of the hospitality industry you have to behave as if you were so pleased to see the customer walking you would jump in joy (I know this is a utopia exaggeration). I can confidently say that the receptionist was little opaque and dry. He did not give us the usual hotel information and he haphazardly directed us to the location of the rooms, after I asked him. It took us 5-10 minutes to find the rooms because they were way in the back. My room did not have a nice smell to it but this was not my main issue. The main concern was the amount of dust I found on every item, particularly on the napkins box and the coffee maker. How could someone have coffee when he sees this multitudinous dust? I was grossed out. This tells me that housekeeping in this hotel was not up to snuff. The next morning, the day clerk was in much better mood and spirit than his colleague from the night before. He even greeted and smiled at us. The breakfast was great and got lots of varieties. I particularly liked the pancake machine. However (and there is always however), the fruits in the basket looked ancient as if belonged to the Flinstone age. Also, my friend and I found two pieces of hair on the plates. Needless to say, that was not a great experience. I would say give this hotel a try because it is not that expensive but the management must get its act together. I mean, the Hotel lies within the heart of the most beautiful city of Franklin and it should adequately represent this magnificent city.

Adam E.

Yelp
Stayed here on a quick overnight stay between Florida and Ohio. Easy/friendly late check in. Rooms weren't anything fancy but they were clean and beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was also very good.

Bobby P.

Yelp
If it's just an overnight stay good, but if your here over an extended time don't. I went to sit in breakfast area I was told breakfast wasn't ready I said ok I just sit here drink my coffee and read a pamphlet to pass time. Manager came out and said if I continue to sit here it would be a problem. What the hell. I left the area but I want stay here again. Rude staff leaves a lasting impression. So go to Waffle House next door!

Bela F.

Yelp
First look from the road was misleading, I thought it looked run down. But once we drove up it's nice enough. Behind it is a Walgreens and publix. Lots of places to eat and shop. Has a small fridge and microwave in the room. I'm impressed!

Diana K.

Yelp
My husband, two year old son, and I stayed here for a week because of the price. We payed $230 for four nights. First impression: Definitely not a Hilton. Pros: Big gated playground for the kids. Hot shower. Great microwave and mini fridge. Pantene shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of parking. Near tons of shopping, restaurants, and right off the interstate but no interstate traffic noise. Comfy beds. Nice and big LCD tv with lots of channels. Smells clean. Looks clean. Friendly staff. Free breakfast. Thick walls. We didn't hear a thing outside. Cons: Doors are on the outside, I prefer when they're inside. Had to hold the toilet handle down while it flushed but no big deal. There is a pool and small gym but we didn't use them. Overall it was very comfortable for our little family! Very relaxing and DEFINITELY worth the money!!!!!

Yelp
Very nice motel, exceeded our expectations. Not fancy, but Extremely clean throughout & appears newly renovated. Carpet in our small Queen room was new & spotless. I believe the owners were on-site & truly cared about our impression. Very friendly at check-in and at breakfast the next AM. Will stay here again next time we drive through this area.

Yelp
Spent almost 3 weeks here, problems with this place 1. I had to get a new key card every 3 days or so. IT SUCKED!!!! After working 13, had to walk to lobby to get another card. It was ridiculous. 2. The housekeeping did not wipe down the vanity or nightstands so I did it myself. 3.The cable went out if it rained or if it was sunny. I was unable to watch my Housewives on my day off and that made me sad. 4. The do not disturb sign was on the door, yet maintenance took the door off for some repair. I would spend some extra money and stay somewhere else.

Yelp
The room had minimal amenities; only fridge and coffee maker. The tv sounded like it had a cricket living in it. Carpet had not been throughly vacuumed in a while. There was a plug for the ac laying out on the floor from the wall. Slow draining shower/tub. Bed slept awful, unless you enjoy sleeping on a very firm mattress. Front staff quite rude.

Yelp
The reviews were hot and cold on this hotel so I was leery about booking my stay. I am happy we decided to stay. The staff was kind, the rooms were clean and updated and the breakfast was good! Our friends who came to town for the same wedding, booked rooms at the Hyatt in Franklin. The only difference between their stay and ours was a super fancy lobby and bigger rooms. The breakfast was similar. We paid less than half of what they paid for the same amount of days! I would definitely give this place a chance!

Yelp
I don't understand any rating over 2 here. First the lobby of the motel (not hotel) is in a separate building and everything is updated. The rest of the motel is split in two buildings and sits in a poorly lit area. 1. I stayed on May 5, 2017 after driving for 8 hours straight. Was exhausted and needed an affordable spot. Check in was a breeze. I felt deceived because the lobby was nice but the room was crap. 2. There were people hanging over the balcony of the hotel and the area was not well lit. We couldn't find a parking space so we had to unload, park in the lobby area and walk. It felt so unsafe that we did not separate or dare walk separately. People were hanging out like an extended stay. 3. Our room was MUSTY and SMOKEY even though we registered a nonsmoking room. There was only one lock on the door which you could shake after the door closed and see glimmers of light from the outside if a person turned on their headlights from a car. Could hear all activity outside. We ended up propping a chair under the door for safety. Would have left but our room was non refundable and we had limited funds. 5. They had soap dispensers in the shower and at the sink instead of bars of soap or shampoo bottles. As a result, you could not tell what was actually in those containers!!!! So unsafe for a person with allergies and people could do anything with those things. Just be warned. 6. The carpet in our room was old. It felt nasty to the touch and was clearly carrying that odor in the room. Had to wear shoes at all times. 7. The bathroom is OLD!!!! Just be warned. Everything about this room experience was grunge. Unless there has been some remodeling in other areas of the hotel, any ratings above 2 have to be fake. I travel 10-15 days out of the month and have for years. But this place ranks among the worse. I would equate it with a sleezy motel and it is certainly not worth the price. Be warned.

Yelp
***6 months pregnant and forced to sleep in my car because of the bedbugs at this hotel! Followed to my car by and angry front desk employee. And they won't refund my money!*** I found a bedbug crawling out of my pillow on my second night staying at the Best Western in Franklin, TN. I caught it in a cup and went and told Raphael at the front desk. He told me there were no more vacancies at this hotel, or at any other hotel in town, and that he could only refund me for the night he was working and I would have to call his manager in the morning to get the previous night authorized. Since I booked through Hotels . com, they informed me that if I got a refund for that one night, my case would be closed and I wouldn't be able to get refunded for both nights. Raphael was extremely uncaring about the fact that I now had nowhere to stay and no money to get another room. He also demanded that I leave the live bed bug with him and when I refused and started to walk out the door, he became upset and followed me out to my car. Luckily I was able to make it to my car before him and drive away with him standing outside yelling at me. I was terrified. It was midnight, there was no one around, and I felt extremely threatened. I'm 6 months pregnant and ended up having to sleep in my car in the cold because I had no other option. When I spoke to the manager, Nick, the next morning, he told me he wouldn't be able to refund my first night "because there's no proof the bed bug was there the night before." WHAT?! There were mattresses sitting outside by the dumpster, which tells me they knew about the problem. I've filed two complaints with Best Western and I'm still being refused a refund. I've also called Nick 3 times requesting a copy of the video from inside the lobby where Raphael followed me to my car, but he is not being cooperative. Please don't stay here. Choose any other hotel chain.

Yelp
This was one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in in years. This place was nicer than most Hilton's I've stayed in. The flat screens in the rooms are huge, the room smelt great, the rest of the hotel was quiet and the showers and breakfast was very nice, and the location is perfect. Right in the middle of stores, shops, and food all around. I'll stay here anytime I visit Franklin!

Yelp
The motel was very easy to find and is conveniently located near many stores and restaurants. The office and breakfast area are in a different building that the motel itself which has two buildings for guests. The price was ok but I felt like it was more expensive than it should be during an off season and the tax that's added on is ridiculous. The room was small but clean enough. I didn't like that the soap and shampoo were in dispensers and cheap dispensers at that. There was an iron and ironing board but no hair dryer. They offered a free full breakfast with hot and cold options and it was very good. This motel seemed to have a lot of guests that were day workers. They were loud and kept varying hours and they seem to congregate in the parking lot in the evenings. Their work vehicles took up most of the parking spaces at our building. I'm not sure I would stay there again because of the breakfast/office area being in a different building. And also because of the people hanging around in the parking lot in the evenings.

Yelp
This is easily a 1 -2 star hotel at best. The rooms smell of musty smoke and the AC units make it even worse. The cable was in and out for many of the guests. Also, the hotel staff walked in our room while we were in bed they didn't even knock to come change our towels. It's attractive because it's cheap, but the extra 20-30$ would have been worth it for a good nights sleep.

Yelp
Room was nice. Check in and out went smooth. Breakfast buffet was good. No problems for my stay
