Best Western Hotel Atrium Valence

The Hotel itself is nice and friendly and close to Railway but still quite a distance on the trains (2 trains) to get to Paris Centre, much better and not much dearer getting an Uber. |The Bad Part:|Our room 407 had Mould in the Bathroom all over the ceiling and also my wife was bitten 4 times during the night in bed so I'm worried there were Bedbugs as well.|What should have been a nice experience in a nice hotel didnt quite work out as anticipated and we were left disappointed.

Stayed here a while ago, not exactly in the city center so it’s quieter. Short walk though. Parking in the back is very convenient but don’t bring a large vehicle. People were great & rooms were clean. Would definitely stay here again when I’m lucky enough to return to Valence.

Great hotel during my jaunt through the wine region. Room was big and bed was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was well stocked and there is coffee throughout the day. The parking is just steps from the hotel. If it is full the other city carpark is only a few minutes walk away. |Andrew, who was at the front desk at night was so very helpful with my laundry and the dryer. They also knew the best place for kabobs, and it did not disappoint!! If you are looking for a hotel in Valence, let Atrium be your choice!!!

Clean, modern, private. Check in was easy. There is a private parking at the hotel. Breakfast was optional (16€ per person). Everything in the room works perfectly. There were two complimentary water bottle in the fridge, one sparkling and one still. Induction kitchen was also included in the room along with plate and cutleries. Bed was super comfy, there were also extra pillow in the room if needed. Shower was clean, there were both rain shower and mobile shower. Really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is located near the centre of Valence, which can easily be accessed by foot.|The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was also pretty nice. The main drawback, was the parking, which was very narrow. We were happy not to have a big car!|A place you can sleep at when in Valence.

we booked this hotel just before midnight for one night as we were on our way to the South of France and looked spontaneously for a room. Receptionist was friendly. Pleasantly surprised; it was super quiet during night and quite modern. We had a good night sleep. Within 5 minutes by foot you are in the center of town where we had breakfast (it was market day as well, cute little old town with great shops and worth a visit!).||Only 4 stars as we arrived just before midnight and only one parking space was available and it was a super hassle to get into it, quite small. If you arrive a bit earlier I am sure it will be fine.

Really friendly workers, who did everything for having a pleasant stay! We had free drinking water and a lot of other services. Definitely a 4 Star Hotel. Also the breakfast was amazing and all that for a price of 70€ per night!

Nicely decorated and clean hotel. We booked a family room which has a second (open) level. Parking is very narrow and there are only 15 spaces: first come, first serve. We arrived around 18.00 h and luckily had the last available spot. Short walk to the centre, but through a few tatty streets.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else...most of the people working in this hotel are wonderful but one worker who worked days during the week truly had no ability to be hospitable. She complained about my key use and how the hotel was running out of keys because I had three extra keys. I paid over a thousand dollars in this place for my six day stay with two rooms, and some unhappy employee was trying to make me feel guilty about these cheap plastic key cards. Get a job you love and stop taking your discontent out on paying guests!

Complete dump. Hard towels, cheap mattress and old pillows. The hallway carpets are filthy and the whole place is outdated. Trash cans outside the front door. Each of our 4 nights our keycard did not work when we returned to our room. We then would walk down three flights of stairs, get another card and it would not work. The breakfast was gross with stale croissants (in France?) Go anyplace else.
