Best Western Hotel Le Guilhem

The location of this hotel was fantastic. It was cozy and small, with friendly staff. The rooms were clean and equipped with all the essentials you need. The carpet in the hallways was not in superb condition (e.g., full of stains), but at least the rugs in the rooms were clean. A plus, the restaurant next to the hotel was terrific. Highly recommended. The price is fine considering the location.

Nice little hotel with friendly staff located in the old part of the city. The hotel will benefit from completion of the renovation now under way. In 3 days we could tolerate the shortcomings but there are things to improve.

Very good location, close to the city center. It takes no more than 5 minutes to walk from the nearest city parking to the hotel. Check in advance with the hotel about discounts on city parking. The discount is quite large. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable bed, good hot water pressure in the bathroom. Breakfast is enough for those who prefer to have a good meal in the morning. Very friendly staff.

We really had a great stay at this hotel in the centre of Montpellier. We experienced a warm welcome and a perfect breakfast location with views over the nearby Cathedral. Our room felt a bit outdated though.

All fine, rooms are nice and staff is great. Only minus : we had an executive room located at 3rd floor. Just there is no elevator above 1st floor! So ask in advance where your room will be especially if you are not fit to climb some very twisted stairs!

Wonderful small hotel, we did have the power going in and out, but the room was excellent otherwise, and the staff was a helpful as they could be under the circumstances. Wonderful location in the old city, a little hard to find, but well worth the stay and visit. Beautiful city. Recommended.

Great little hotel in the old quarter. Authentically old on the outside, but with all the modern conveniences inside. Close to all the sites -- no car needed. Nice view from the rooms facing the Ecole de Medecine and the St Pierre Cathedral church. Very calm area.

Excellent location and wonderful staff! Free WI-FI ! However the Wi-Fi sadly didn't work well a lot of the time .
