Best Western Hotel Liberta

Great location and friendly staff. This hotel is not modern but the location was perfect. We got an upgrade on arrival for our room. The room had a sofa bed area with its own a/c and the bed area also had an a/c, which both worked great. The bathroom was a bit small, we had a tub everything was very packed but it worked and the water pressure and temperature were good. Would stay again as we loved the location.

The central location is great and being on a side street with limited traffic is a plus. The breakfasts are surprisingly good with fresh fruit and good baked goods. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated and could benefit with better lighting as they are on the dim side. Overall a positive stay.

BW Hotel Libertà is very well positioned, at just 2 minutes walk from the UNESCO site. The hotel is right in the middle of the city centre, so it's well positioned also for other tourist attractions.||My room was just OK, with a bed comfortable enough, but insulation from outside noise was poor. The area is quiet, but there were several noises in the early morning, due to trash collection.|There was no way to secure the window shutters, which banged at every gust of air.||The bathroom was very small, with an extremely narrow shower in which it was difficult to move. Once the shower head was in place, the rubber hose became constricted and only little water came out.||Wi-fi was OK.

Ideal location , easy to get around on foot to visit all local sites. Basic but comfortable|a bit old fashioned. Good breakfast ,hosted by a lovely lady . The only negative ,too many mirrors in the bedroom very deceiving kept bumping into them

A very central but quiet, clean and well run hotel right in the middle of Modena. ||Friendly, helpful staff - especially Franco, who gave us lots of information and directions - the best receptionist in all our travels.||Self service breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice of both hot & cold food.||To be so near the middle of this beautiful town and not to be disturbed by traffic was perfect.

Very centrally location. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are decent, they have blackout windows for some reason which do open but a building is bang opposite few feet away so we kept them mostly closed. So there was no natural light. Apart from it very good experience staying here ! Hotel breakfast is excellent with some Italian specialties. All touristy places are at a walking distance.

We had a one night stay here and it worked for what we needed. Arrived on a Monday and our check-in was quick and seamless. There is an Old world charm as they still have keys and ask that you leave them at the front desk when you leave the hotel. At the bottom of the steps in the lobby area, there is a Moderna's famous tribute with a picture of Pavarotti and Ferrari display. Breakfast is available and from what we saw it looked comprehensive as well they had a small bar area. They don't have a Fitness room. Our 3rd floor Double Twin room had a safe with outlets next to the beds. Opening windows were a nice touch. Staff was really helpful with suggestions for restaurants and tips overall. What we liked the most was the location and that's what you're paying for here. Amazing restaurant/cafe/Bar (UVA d"Oro, Paticerria remondini & Birrlandina) around the corner and 15 minutes walk to the Ferrari museum. Extra star for the service.
